Description

Working table of ceramic tile cutting machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a processing device, in particular to a workbench of a tile cutting machine.
Background
A conventional tile cutting machine comprises a base, a cutting unit, and a table. The cutting unit is provided with a machine arm connected with the base and a saw blade which can be rotatably arranged on the machine arm and is spaced from the base. The worktable can be slidably arranged on the base along a processing axial direction X and can pass through the space between the saw blade and the base. The working table includes a first table 91, and a second table 92 capable of approaching or separating from the first table 91 along the machining axis X. When a user wants to cut a tile 93, the tile 93 is placed on the table and the table is pushed between the saw blade and the base, so that the tile 93 is cut by the saw blade. If the original tile 93 is larger in area, the tile 93 will partially float outside the table (as shown in FIG. 1). At this time, the user can move the second table 92 to a position away from the first table 91, so that the entire workbench is in a spread state with a large area (as shown in fig. 2). Thus, the tile 93 can be supported by the first and second tables 91 and 92 without suspending outside the worktable.
However, when the second table 92 is moved to a position away from the first table 91, a depletion region 94 is formed between the first table 91 and the second table 92, which cannot support the tile 93. When the strip-shaped tile 93 is cut along the processing axis X, the tile 93 is easily broken at the depletion region 94, which results in processing failure.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:
referring to fig. 3, one embodiment of the work bench of the tile cutter of the present invention is adapted to be installed in a tile cutter. The tile cutting machine further comprises a base 81 and a cutting unit 82 disposed on the base 81. The cutting unit 82 has a arm 821 connected to the base 81, and a saw blade 822 rotatably disposed on the arm 821 and spaced apart from the base 81. The present embodiment is slidably disposed on the base 81 along a processing axis L and can pass between the saw blade 822 and the base 81.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the present embodiment includes a first table body 1, a second table body 2, a cutting groove 3, and two water blocking members 4.
The first table body 1 includes a first surface 11 facing a side where the saw blade 822 is disposed, an insertion groove 12 recessed in the first surface 11, a plurality of first drainage channels 13 recessed in the first surface 11, a plurality of second drainage channels 14 recessed in the first surface 11, and two guide portions 15 disposed on a side opposite to the first surface 11. The slot 12 extends to the edge along the processing axis L and corresponds to the saw blade 822. The first drain channel 13 communicates the socket 12 with the outside. Each guide portion 15 has a guide hole 151 penetrating in the machining axis direction L.
The second stage 2 is mounted on the first stage 1, and includes a main body 21, an insertion portion 22 protruding from the main body 21 along the processing axis L and extending into the slot 12, and two guide rods 23. The main body 21 has a second surface 211 facing the side where the saw blade 822 is disposed, and an abutting block 212 protruding from the second surface 211. The inserting portion 22 has two bearing portions 221 abutting against the first table body 1 and spaced from each other, and a connecting portion 222 connected between the bearing portions 221 (as shown in fig. 8). The surfaces of the bearing points 221 adjacent to the side of the saw blade 822 together form an insertion surface 223 facing the side on which the saw blade 822 is arranged. The second surface 211, the insertion surface 223 are flush with the first surface 11. The guide bar 23 is connected to the body portion 21 and is disposed on a side opposite to the insertion surface 223. The guide rods 23 extend along the processing axial direction L and are movably inserted into the guide holes 151, so that the second stage 2 can move between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the first stage 1 along the processing axial direction L.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the guide portion 15 and the guide rod 23 are used to enable the second table body 2 to move relative to the first table body 1. However, this is only an example, and those skilled in the art may also use other technical means to achieve or similar functions, and should not limit the present invention.
In the retracted position, the main body 21 is adjacent to the first stage 1, and the insertion portion 22 is located in the slot 12. The first surface 11, the insertion surface 223 and the second surface 211 together form a mesa P. The cutting channel 3 extends along the processing axis L and corresponds to the saw blade 822 and is recessed in the table P. Specifically, the cutting groove 3 penetrates the first body 1, the insertion portion 22, and the main body 21. Furthermore, the water blocking members 4 are respectively provided in the cutting groove 3 at portions corresponding to the first block 1 and the insertion portion 22. Thus, when the saw blade 822 of the cutting unit 82 is cooled by water, the water flow is stopped by the water blocking member 4 without being splashed around. When the water flows into the slot 12 or the cutting channel 3, the water can be discharged through the first drainage channel 13 and the second drainage channel 14, so as to prevent the cooling water from overflowing the table top P. In the extended position, the main body 21 is away from the first platform 1, and only a small portion of the insertion portion 22 is located in the slot 12.
It is particularly emphasized that the insertion portion 22 is entirely located in the slot 12 in the retracted position, but in other variations, the insertion portion 22 may be mostly located in the slot 22 instead of entirely. In the extended position, the insertion portion 22 is only partially disposed within the slot 12, but in other variations, the insertion portion 22 may be detached from the slot 12. This is by way of example only and should not be taken as limiting.
In operation, the tile 83 to be cut is placed on the table P and abutted against the abutment block 212, and then the tile 83 is pushed between the saw blade 822 and the base 81 so that the saw blade 822 cuts the tile. If the tile 83 has a larger or longer area, the tile 83 can be moved to the open position before placing the tile 83 to be cut.
Thus, when the tile 83 is placed in the embodiment in the deployed position (as shown in figure 9), the tile 83 is simultaneously supported by the first surface 11, the second surface 211 and the insertion surface 223. In contrast to the prior art, no depletion region is formed between the first stage 1 and the second stage 2 that cannot support the tile 83. Thus, this embodiment clearly provides better support to help prevent the tile 83 from breaking during processing.
In summary, the working table of the tile cutting machine of the present invention can achieve the object of the present invention by matching the slot 12 and the insertion portion 22, so that the insertion portion 22 can support the tile 83 when the tile 83 is cut at the unfolded position, thereby providing better support to prevent the tile 83 from breaking during the processing process.
