Further, in an embodiment, the upper surface of the mounting portion 6 is provided with a groove for mounting the pulled object, specifically, the depth of the groove is the same as the thickness of the pulled object, the width of the groove is slightly larger than the width of the pulled object, and the groove and the pulled object are in clearance fit, so that the mounting of the pulled object is facilitated. The left side and the right side of the mounting part 6 are provided with grooves for mounting the fixed part 1 of the pulled device and the control part of the pulled device, and the grooves are covered by a cover plate after mounting, thereby protecting the devices mounted in the grooves and ensuring the complete and beautiful appearance of the pulled device.
Further, in one embodiment, the pulled-out device fixing part 1 is a special-shaped wheel 7, one end of the special-shaped wheel is in the shape of a circular arc, the other end of the special-shaped wheel is in the shape of a bulge, the circular arc is convenient to rotate, and the bulge is used for being matched with a groove of a pulled-out object to fix the pulled-out object.
Further, in one embodiment, the pulling-up control part 2 includes a fixed shaft 8 of the fixing part of the pulled-up device, a reset device 9 and a fixed shaft 10 of the reset device, the reset device 9 is arranged between the fixed shaft 10 of the reset device and the fixed shaft 8 of the fixing part of the pulled-up device, and the fixed shaft 8 of the fixing part of the pulled-up device fixes the fixed part 1 of the pulled-up device. The reset device 9 resets the fixed part 1 of the pulled-out device after the process of mounting the pulled-out object. In a further embodiment, the pulling-out device further comprises a reinforcing key 5, the reinforcing key 5 is arranged on the mounting position of the mounting portion 6, in a first state, the reinforcing key 5 is placed on the pulled-out object, the surface close to the pulled-out object is in contact with the surface corresponding to the pulled-out object, the force of the pulled-out object is increased through the force of fingers pressing on the reinforcing key 5 when the pulled-out object is pulled out, and the pulled-out object is prevented from slipping and failing to be pulled out; in the second state, the push-pull key leaves the surface of the pulled object, so that the pulling device and the pulled object are separated conveniently. In a specific embodiment, the reinforcing device may be a push-pull key, and the reinforcing device is configured to be reinforced by pushing and pulling up and down along the pulling direction of the pulled object, or may be a pop-up key, and the reinforcing device is configured to be reinforced by rising and falling up and down perpendicular to the pulling direction of the pulled object, or other modes of the reinforcing key 5 that can be implemented, which are not described herein repeatedly. In this embodiment, the reinforcing key 5 is a push-pull key, preferably, the reinforcing key 5 has a step shape, one end with a large cross section is close to the object to be pulled, and the other end with a small cross section is installed in the blind hole of the installation position, so that in the first state, the tail end of the end with a small cross section of the reinforcing key 5 is not separated from the blind hole, and the reinforcing key 5 is prevented from falling off, and in the second state, the step part of the reinforcing key 5 is clamped at the junction of the open groove and the blind hole, and the end with a large cross section of the reinforcing key 5 is completely retracted into the open groove, so that the pulling device and the object to be pulled can be separated.
Further in one embodiment, the lower portion of the mounting portion 6 is in the shape of a handle 3 for easy gripping. Preferably, in one embodiment, a receiving unit is disposed on the handle 3 for facilitating receiving, and in this embodiment, the receiving unit is a receiving hole 4 located at the tail of the handle 3.
The work engineering of the pulling device of the invention is as follows: taking the MZ1 plug product as an example, when the MZ1 plug product needs to be pulled out, the reinforcing key 5 is located in the open slot, the MZ1 plug product is installed in the installation part 6, the special-shaped wheel 7 rotates, the convex part is matched with the groove part of the MZ1 plug product, the MZ1 plug product is locked with the pulling device, then the reinforcing key 5 is pushed onto the MZ1 plug product and pressed tightly, the installation part 6 is pulled along the pulling direction of the MZ1 plug product until the MZ1 plug product is pulled out, the reinforcing key 5 is returned into the open slot, the MZ1 plug product is taken out of the pulling device, and the pulling operation of the MZ1 plug product is completed.
Through actual measurement, the information card can be pulled out only by 150N force, which shows that the difficulty of pulling the card is greatly reduced by adopting the pulling mechanism, the original labor which needs to take several minutes is changed into instant completion, and the pulling efficiency is improved.
In summary, the pulling-out device provided by the present invention has at least the following advantages compared with the prior art:
(1) according to the invention, through setting the mounting part, the pulling control part and the fixed part of the pulled device, the pulled object is fixed and pulled, so that the force required for pulling the object is reduced, and the pulling time is shortened;
(2) the invention has the advantages of simple structure, easy realization of forming process, low engineering difficulty and higher practical value.
