It should be noted that if the selected angle grinder has a function of adjusting the gear position of the rotating speed, when the angle grinder is in a low gear, the thrown distance of the ground dust and the ground slag is relatively short, and the force is relatively small, the corresponding fan 217 can meet the requirements under the conditions of relatively low rotating speed and relatively small suction force; when the dust and the broken slag are in a high-speed gear, the thrown distance of the grinded dust and the broken slag is relatively long, and the force is relatively large, so that the rotating speed of the corresponding fan 217 is relatively high, and the suction force is relatively large, and the dust collection requirement is also met.

1. An angle grinder comprises a grinder body (001) and a grinder head (002) arranged on the grinder body (001), and is characterized in that a connecting bracket (100) is arranged at the joint of the grinder body (001) and the grinder head (002), a polishing sheet (004) is arranged on an output shaft (003) of the grinder head (002), a rotatable protective cover mechanism (300) is sleeved on the output shaft (003), and a dust suction mechanism (200) is arranged in the protective cover mechanism (300); the protective cover mechanism (300) comprises a protective cover (310) sleeved on the output shaft (003) and a fog cooling component (330) arranged in the protective cover (310).

The angle grinder of claim 4, wherein the turntable drive assembly (220) comprises a turntable (222), the edge of the turntable (222) is provided with an outward expanding section (2221) extending downwards and outwards, the width of the outward expanding section (2221) is the same as that of the guide rail groove (314), the thickness of the outward expanding section (2221) is the same as the clearance between the retainer ring (315) and the guide rail groove (314), the turntable (222) and the shield (310) are matched through the outward expanding section (2221) and the guide rail groove (314), and the retainer ring (315) partially covers the outward expanding section (2221).

The angle grinder of claim 5, wherein the turntable drive assembly (220) further comprises a first circular rack (221) and a first engagement wheel (223) engaged with the first circular rack (221), the first circular rack (221) being mounted on a portion of the flared section (2221) not covered by the retainer ring (315).

The angle grinder of claim 5, wherein the dust suction mechanism (200) further comprises a power adapter assembly (230) mounted on the output shaft (003) and a nozzle assembly (210) detachably mounted in the power adapter assembly (230); the power switching assembly (230) comprises a worm gear transmission piece (231) and a worm mounting seat (232), wherein the worm gear transmission piece is connected with the output shaft (003) and used for mounting a worm; the worm mounting seats (232) are respectively arranged on the worms and used for mounting the worms, and the worm mounting seats (232) are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the turntable (222); one end of the worm, which is far away from the machine body (001), is provided with threads, and the center of the end part of the worm is provided with a fan mounting shaft (2321) which extends outwards.

The angle grinder of claim 7, wherein the nozzle assembly (210) comprises a connection section (211) having one end engaged with a threaded end of a worm of the worm gear drive (231), a blower compartment (212) having one end connected to the other end of the connection section (211), a dust collection compartment (213) having one end connected to the other end of the blower compartment (212), a tube body section (214) having one end connected to the other end of the dust collection compartment (213), and a suction nozzle (215) having one end connected to the other end of the tube body section (214); a dust outlet cover (216) is arranged on the downward side of the fan bin (212), a fan (217) is arranged in the fan bin (212), and an input shaft of the fan (217) is connected with a fan mounting shaft (2321).

The angle grinder of claim 6, wherein the shield mechanism (300) further comprises a shield drive assembly (320), the shield drive assembly (320) comprising a second circular rack gear (321) mounted on an upper surface of the shield (310) and a second engagement wheel (322) engaged with the second circular rack gear (321).

The angle grinder of claim 9, wherein the power assembly (400) includes a mounting base (410) connected to the connection bracket (100), motor base plates (440) respectively provided at both sides of the mounting base (410), a first motor transmission member (420) and a second motor transmission member (430) respectively installed in the two motor base plates (440); the first motor drive member (420) is connected to the first engagement wheel (223) and the second motor drive member (430) is connected to the second engagement wheel (322).
