when the grinding conical surface is inspected, a distance sleeve is arranged between the grinding shaft and the bushing, two ends of the distance sleeve are respectively contacted with the adjacent grinding part and the bushing, and the distance sleeve is used for axially connecting the grinding shaft and the bushing so as to provide pressure for enabling the conical end surface of the grinding shaft to be contacted with the conical mounting surface in the mounting hole.
2. The cylinder liner grease gun mounting hole grinding tool according to claim 1, wherein a threaded hole is provided in a middle position of the tapered end face of the grinding shaft, and the grinding sandpaper is fixedly provided on the tapered end face by a flange on the screw.
3. The cylinder liner grease gun mounting hole grinding tool of claim 2, wherein the screw is located in the grease hole of the cylinder liner, the screw being in clearance fit with the grease hole.
4. The cylinder liner grease gun mounting hole grinding tool of claim 1, wherein said abrasive sandpaper is a funnel-shaped structure formed from a fan-shaped sandpaper roll.

The cylinder liner grease gun mounting hole grinding tool of claim 1, wherein the length of the grinding portion is less than the depth of the mounting hole, the diameter of the grinding portion is greater than the diameter of the limiting portion, a bushing is sleeved on the limiting portion, and the bushing is in small clearance fit with the limiting portion.

The grinding tool for mounting holes of a cylinder liner grease gun according to claim 1, wherein the bushing is provided with oppositely arranged bolt holes, the bolt holes are fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder liner, the protruding part of the bushing is inserted into the mounting hole, and the protruding part is in small clearance fit with the mounting hole.
7. A grinding method, characterized by using the cylinder liner grease gun mounting hole grinding tool according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following specific steps:
step 1: manufacturing sector-shaped abrasive sand paper, and rolling the sector-shaped abrasive sand paper into a funnel shape, wherein the abrasive sand paper needs to be prepared into a coarse grinding type and a fine grinding type;
step 2: the funnel-shaped grinding sand paper is fixed on the conical end face of the grinding shaft through a screw, and the bushing is coated with grease for lubrication and then sleeved on the limiting part of the grinding shaft;
step 3: inserting an abrasive tool into a mounting hole of a cylinder liner cylinder grease gun, mounting a connecting bolt, fixing a bushing to a cylinder liner, clamping the end part of a grinding shaft rotating part by using an electric hand drill chuck, starting the electric hand drill, and keeping grinding sand paper in contact with a conical mounting surface in the cylinder liner mounting hole for grinding for 5 minutes;
step 4: removing the connecting bolt, removing the grinding tool, checking the conical mounting surface of the mounting hole, and if the roughness meets the requirement, replacing fine grinding sand paper and grinding for 2 minutes; if the requirements are not met, grinding the materials according to the steps 1 and 2 by using coarse grinding sand paper continuously until the requirements are met, and replacing fine grinding sand paper;
step 5: after all grinding is finished, performing spot check on at least two grinding conical surfaces for checking;
step 6: cleaning the mounting hole on the cylinder sleeve grease gun and blowing out by using compressed air.
8. The polishing method as recited in claim 7, wherein the inspection method of step 5 is: smearing oil with bright colors on the conical end face of the grinding shaft; and adding a distance sleeve between the grinding shaft and the bushing, then installing the distance sleeve into the installation hole, symmetrically and uniformly tightening the connecting bolts on the bushing, dismantling all components after the grinding tool is installed and stands for one minute, and checking the coloring condition of the conical installation surface in the installation hole.
