The invention discloses a point cooling orienting device which comprises a casting hole, wherein a cooling cavity is formed in the casting hole, a cover body is sleeved on the casting hole, first threaded rods are arranged on the left side and the right side of the cover body in a threaded mode and penetrate through the cover body, a push plate is fixedly arranged at one end of each first threaded rod, a sleeve is fixedly arranged at the upper portion in the cover body, rubber rings are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of each sleeve, and a water-stop plate is arranged at the bottom of the cover body. The cooling device is provided with the cover body, the first threaded rod, the push plate, the sleeve and the rubber ring, so that a cooling cavity can be well sealed when a casting hole is cooled, and a good cooling effect is ensured; meanwhile, the water-stop plate, the baffle, the second threaded rod and the water inlet are arranged, so that when the hole wall of the casting hole is cooled, the thick end of the wall can be cooled firstly, then the thin end of the wall can be cooled, the hole wall of the casting hole is cooled uniformly, and directional cooling is realized.

Background
The cooling system is an important component of die-casting mould and die-casting process, and the point cooling is an important part in the cooling system and is mainly applied to cores and loose cores generally. The circular holes on the casting products are usually cooled in a point cooling mode, so that the hole walls can be uniformly cooled, and the quality of the casting products can be stabilized.
Some casting products have round holes with uneven wall thickness, and a part of the hole wall is thicker, so that the aluminum liquid is solidified slowly and has high temperature, so that the quality adverse conditions such as drawing die, shrinkage and the like are easily generated in the product holes, and a large amount of cooling treatment is needed. However, the other part of the hole wall is thinner, so that the aluminum liquid is normally solidified at the hole wall, excessive cooling treatment is not needed, otherwise, excessive cooling at the thin wall part can cause the quality defects of the product such as the migration, the undercasting and the like easily to be generated in the hole.
The following problems exist when using existing point-cooled orientation devices:
1. the wall thickness of the round holes on some casting products is uneven, so that the cooling treatment at the wall thickness part and the wall thin part is uneven, and the poor condition of the casting quality is easily caused;
2. when cooling the round hole wall on the casting product, the air tightness is not good, so that cooling water is easy to leak, and the cooling effect is not good.
