A sanitary pad based on an internal and external isolation sterilization structure is characterized by comprising: sanitary pad body (1), the upper and lower two sides are equipped with respectively and disinfect the layer of absorbing water and absorb water the layer, upper and lower two sides inner chamber still is equipped with first vacuum cavity (11), the inboard of first vacuum cavity (11) is equipped with gas storage chamber (12), the inside packing of gas storage chamber (12) has bactericidal gas, be equipped with barrier paper (2) between gas storage chamber (12) and first vacuum cavity (11), the both ends of this barrier paper (2) pass the both ends of sanitary pad body (1) respectively and glue and establish at the internal surface, the end that stretches out of two sanitary pad bodies (1) possesses the intersection, barrier paper (2) are fixed for the bonding with the internal surface of sanitary pad body (1), the inner rigid coupling of barrier paper (2) is in the inner chamber of sanitary pad (1), and after barrier paper (2) take out, gas storage chamber (12) and first vacuum cavity (11) intercommunication.
