The soft endoscope is safe to use. The effective integration of the soft endoscope decontamination, storage and endoscope examination report subsystem and the HIS system ensures that each link of the whole process of the soft endoscope decontamination, storage and use is documented. The quality control of an endoscope center is standardized and perfected through an informatization means, the behaviors of workers are restrained, and effective supervision is achieved. Meanwhile, the labor cost is saved, and the working efficiency is improved. Information is integrated and filed, data is stored for a long time, real and objective materials are provided for evidence inversion, and the method has an evidence demonstration effect on clinical medical safety.
As shown in fig. 3, the traceability system forms ID readers into an independent local area network, and seamlessly accesses a Hospital Information System (HIS). The washing, disinfecting, storing, keeping and using of the soft endoscope are combined with information of patients, operating doctors, operating nurses and the like, so that the whole-process traceability is realized.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an application tracing system of a soft endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the application tracing system of the soft endoscope according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
the processing module 10 is used for acquiring decontamination information, storage information and patient information of the soft endoscope and obtaining a treatment scheme of a patient according to the patient information, wherein the treatment scheme comprises gastrointestinal endoscopy and gastrointestinal endoscopy; according to the treatment scheme, corresponding soft endoscopes are distributed by combining the washing and disinfecting information and the storage information, wherein high-level disinfection lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope examination, and disinfection lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope treatment;
a monitoring module 20 for monitoring the dispensing direction of the high level disinfecting or sterilizing mirrors.
The application tracing system further comprises ID card readers, each ID card reader is provided with a corresponding operation step, wherein the decontamination comprises manual decontamination and decontamination of an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine, and the operation steps of the manual decontamination comprise: leakage detection, cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, final rinsing and drying; the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine comprises the following operation steps: leakage detection, cleaning, rinsing, entering a machine and drying;
and the ID card reader is used for sensing the identification of the staff and the identification of the soft endoscope, executing corresponding operation steps, and washing and disinfecting the soft endoscope according to the use requirement to obtain the high-level disinfection lens or the sterilization lens.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an entity of an electronic device 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 30 includes: a processor 301(processor), a memory 302(memory), and a bus 303;
wherein, the processor 301 and the memory 302 complete the communication with each other through the bus 303;
processor 301 is configured to call program instructions in memory 302 to perform the methods provided by the various method embodiments described above, including, for example: acquiring decontamination information and storage information of the soft endoscope; acquiring patient information; obtaining a treatment plan for the patient based on the patient information, wherein the treatment plan includes a gastrointestinal endoscopy and a gastrointestinal endoscopy treatment; distributing corresponding soft endoscopes according to the treatment scheme, the decontamination information and the storage information, wherein high-level disinfection lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope examination, and sterilization lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope treatment; monitoring the dispensing direction of the soft endoscope.
The present embodiments provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause a computer to perform the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, including: acquiring decontamination information and storage information of the soft endoscope; acquiring patient information; obtaining a treatment plan for the patient based on the patient information, wherein the treatment plan includes a gastrointestinal endoscopy and a gastrointestinal endoscopy treatment; distributing corresponding soft endoscopes according to the treatment scheme, the decontamination information and the storage information, wherein high-level disinfection lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope examination, and sterilization lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope treatment; monitoring the dispensing direction of the soft endoscope.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

1. A method for tracing application of a soft endoscope is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps:
acquiring decontamination information and storage information of the soft endoscope;
acquiring patient information;
obtaining a treatment plan for the patient based on the patient information, wherein the treatment plan includes a gastrointestinal endoscopy and a gastrointestinal endoscopy treatment;
distributing corresponding soft endoscopes according to the treatment scheme, the decontamination information and the storage information, wherein high-level disinfection lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope examination, and sterilization lenses are required to be distributed for gastrointestinal endoscope treatment;
monitoring the dispensing direction of the soft endoscope.
2. The application tracing method of a soft endoscope according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining information of decontamination and storage of the soft endoscope comprises:
the soft endoscope is decontaminated according to the use requirement to obtain a high-level disinfection lens or a sterilization lens;
and storing the high-level disinfection mirror or the disinfection mirror to a corresponding consulting room.
3. The application tracing method of the soft endoscope according to claim 2, wherein the washing and disinfecting of the soft endoscope according to the use requirement to obtain the high-level disinfection or sterilization lens comprises:
determining the identification of each soft endoscope and each employee;
setting an operation step corresponding to each ID card reader, wherein the decontamination comprises manual decontamination and decontamination of an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine, and the operation steps of the manual decontamination comprise: leakage detection, cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, final rinsing and drying; the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine comprises the following operation steps: leakage detection, cleaning, rinsing, entering a machine and drying;
and after the ID card reader senses the identification of the employee and the identification of the soft endoscope, executing corresponding operation steps.
4. The application tracing method of a soft endoscope according to claim 2, wherein said storing said high-level disinfected endoscope or said sterilized endoscope to a corresponding office comprises:
acquiring the number, the quantity, the disinfection mode and the distribution time of the required soft endoscopes of each consulting room;
and storing the disinfected high-level disinfection lenses or the disinfected sterilizing lenses to corresponding examination rooms according to the number of the soft endoscopes required for examination and treatment in each examination room.
5. The method for tracing application of a soft endoscope according to claim 2, wherein storing said high-level disinfected endoscope or said sterilized endoscope to a consulting room further comprises:
and judging whether the storage time of the high-level disinfection mirror or the disinfection mirror is longer than the set time, and if so, sending an alarm prompt message.
6. A flexible endoscope application traceability method of claim 1, wherein said monitoring of dispensing direction of said high-level disinfection or sterilization scope comprises:
storing the decontamination information, wherein the decontamination information comprises a mirror model, a serial number, an operation item manual decontamination operation record, an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine decontamination operation record, high-level disinfection, high-level sterilization, operation time and an operator;
storing the deposit information, wherein the deposit information comprises consulting room information;
and combining the patient information, the information of the operating doctor, the information of the operating nurse, the decontamination information and the storage information of the soft endoscope to realize the application tracing of the soft endoscope.
7. An application traceability system of a soft endoscope, comprising:

The application traceability system of a soft endoscope, according to claim 7, further comprising ID card readers, each provided with a corresponding operation step, wherein the decontamination comprises manual decontamination and endoscope washer-disinfector decontamination, and the manual decontamination operation steps comprise: leakage detection, cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, final rinsing and drying; the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine comprises the following operation steps: leakage detection, cleaning, rinsing, entering a machine and drying;
and the ID card reader is used for sensing the identification of the staff and the identification of the soft endoscope, then executing corresponding operation steps, and performing decontamination on the soft endoscope according to the use requirement to obtain the high-level disinfection lens or the sterilization lens.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 6 are implemented by the processor when executing the computer program.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
