Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shirt manufacturing, in particular to a 100s mercerized cotton knitted fabric shirt with a drawframe and prepared by adopting seamless glue and a manufacturing process.
Background
The existing high-elasticity knitted fabric only adopts the method of knitting a shirt with a plaid edge and adhering double-sided adhesive, so that the delicate workmanship of the shirt cannot be reflected. If the shirt is manufactured by using the traditional shirt process, the sewing threads cannot bear external pulling force (machine washing or large-amplitude limb movement) because the high-elasticity fabric has overlarge elasticity, and the threads are broken at each part of the shirt.
With the development of times, the high-elasticity fabric with comfortable movement needs to be applied to the field of shirts, so that shirts made of the high-elasticity knitted fabric have the defect of easy deformation after being washed by a machine if the shirts are made by adopting the traditional knitting and sewing process.

(d) bonding the elastic lining to the corresponding splicing part and firmly pressing the elastic lining;
(e) and sewing the elastic lining and the splicing part to obtain the 100s mercerized cotton pull frame knitted fabric shirt.
Preferably, the width of the elastic lining is 0.5-1.4 cm, and the length of the elastic lining is the same as that of the connecting seam of the splicing part.
Preferably, the width of the elastic lining corresponding to the side seams, the sleeve seams, the upper front fly, the lower front fly and the bottom edge of the shirt is 0.5-1 cm.
Preferably, the width of the elastic lining corresponding to the shoulder joint seam and the armhole seam of the shirt is 1-1.4 cm.
Preferably, the high-elasticity fabric is cotton yarn and spandex.
Preferably, the step (d) of bonding the elastic lining to the corresponding splicing part and pressing the elastic lining tightly comprises:
and adhering the elastic linings to the corresponding splicing parts by using an adhesive and firmly pressing the elastic linings by using an adhering machine, wherein the pressure of the adhering machine is controlled to be 0.05-0.3 MPa, and the temperature is 130-150 ℃.
Preferably, after the elastic lining is adhered to the corresponding splicing part, the splicing part is ironed.
Preferably, the elastic liner is a D9901 elastic liner.
The invention provides a 100s mercerized cotton pull frame knitted fabric shirt manufactured by the manufacturing process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that at least:
the manufacturing process of the 100s mercerized cotton pull frame knitted fabric shirt comprises the steps of cutting an elastic lining with a required width according to a sewing position; and then the elastic lining is adhered to the corresponding splicing seam, is firmly pressed by using an adhering machine, and is finally sewn, compared with the shirt manufactured by the conventional shirt manufacturing process, the shirt has the characteristics of fine finishing, high fastness and high elasticity, can be machine-washed, and is not deformed for a long time.
