Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用,组合物的有效活性成分由四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷组成,四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的重量比为10:1~1:30。本发明提供的组合物对草地贪夜蛾具有明显的增效作用,田间应用时防效优秀,明显好于各单剂单独使用,对农作物安全,是防治草地贪夜蛾的理想药剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合物,主要用于防治草地贪夜蛾,组合物的有效活性成分由四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷组成,属于农药应用技术领域。
背景技术
草地贪夜蛾属鳞翅目,夜蛾科,俗名秋粘虫、草地夜蛾、伪粘虫,其幼虫可大量啃食玉米、水稻等多种农作物。原产于美洲热带地区,具有很强的迁徙能力,幼虫取食叶片可造成落叶,其后危害转移至其它部位,有时幼虫以切根方式危害,咬断种苗和植株茎,造成缺苗断垄,严重时造成作物减产八成以上,已入侵我国大部分省份,如果不进行合理有效的防治草地贪夜蛾,我国作物受害面积将会进一步扩大。目前在防控手段上,还是以化学农药为主,然而长期单一重复使用化学农药会导致草地贪夜蛾产生不同程度的抗性,进而导致防效下降。因此,筛选新杀虫组合物,对于延缓抗性,提高防治效果具有积极意义。
四唑虫酰胺为双酰胺类杀虫剂,作用于害虫的鱼尼丁受体,引起细胞内钙离子无节制释放,导致肌肉收缩、麻痹直至害虫死亡。其用于防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目和双翅目害虫。
硝虫硫磷是国内创制的有机磷类广谱性杀虫剂,兼具胃毒与触杀活性,在植物体内有较好的渗透性。主要对昆虫体内的乙酰胆碱酯起抑制作用,从而阻碍害虫的神经传导而导致害虫死亡。对柑橘红蜘蛛、矢尖蚧、棉花棉铃虫、蔬菜烟青虫、小菜蛾及稻飞虱等害虫有良好的防治效果。
目前,尚未发现四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的组合物防治草地贪夜蛾的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:
一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用,其特征在于:组合物的有效活性成分由四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷组成,四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的重量比为10:1~1:30,优选四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的重量比为1:7。
本发明提供的组合物中,四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的总重量百分含量为5%~70%。
本发明提供的组合物可以制备成适合农业生产上使用的多种应用剂型,比较好的剂型为乳油。
本发明提供的组合物制备成的应用剂型中,除了有效活性成分外,还包括农药中允许使用和可以接受的各种辅助成分。
所述的辅助成分包括但不限于乳化剂、溶剂、稳定剂等,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过试验确定。
所述组合物的应用剂型的生产工艺均属于现有已知技术,在此不再赘述。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明,但不能视为对本发明的限制,以下所述仅用于解释本发明,对于不偏离本发明精神和原则所做的修改、替换或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
实施例一 55%四唑虫酰胺·硝虫硫磷乳油
以下各物质的含量均为重量百分含量:四唑虫酰胺5%、硝虫硫磷50%、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚10%、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5%,松酯基植物油补足至100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经溶解搅拌均匀后,制得55%四唑虫酰胺·硝虫硫磷乳油。
实施例二 32%四唑虫酰胺·硝虫硫磷乳油
以下各物质的含量均为重量百分含量:四唑虫酰胺4%、硝虫硫磷28%、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚12%、亚磷酸三苯酯5%,溶剂油100#补足至100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经溶解搅拌均匀后,制得32%四唑虫酰胺·硝虫硫磷乳油。
实施例三 四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷复配对草地贪夜蛾的室内毒力测定试验
试验方法:参考《农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T1154.14-2008》,采用浸叶法。用DPS统计分析软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值),共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。

从表1可以看出,四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷在10:1~1:30(按重量)的范围内复配时,共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,说明对草地贪夜蛾(3龄幼虫)表现出增效作用,四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷以1:7(按重量)复配,增效作用最为明显,共毒系数(CTC)达到最大,为228.23。
实施例四田间药效验证试验
将实施例一和实施例二所制得的药剂组合物在我司广东省惠州市玉米实验基地进行喷施,初见虫时打药,试验结果见表2。
表2各药剂处理对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果
由表2可以看出,使用本发明制备的各药剂组合物,药后7天对草地贪夜蛾的防效均在90%以上,明显好于200克/升四唑虫酰胺悬浮剂和30%硝虫硫磷乳油两个单剂单独使用;药后14天对草地贪夜蛾的防效均在85%以上,说明对草地贪夜蛾具有较好的持效期。同时,在试验过程中未发现使用本发明制备的各组合物药剂后对玉米产生药害。
综上所述,本发明提供的组合物,增效作用明显,应用于玉米等作物上防治草地贪夜蛾,防效优秀,相比各单剂单独使用提高了防效,持效期长,对农作物安全,值得在农业生产上推广应用。

1.一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用,其特征在于:组合物的有效活性成分由四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷组成,四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的重量比为10:1~1:30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用,其特征在于:四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的重量比为1:7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用,其特征在于:在组合物中四唑虫酰胺和硝虫硫磷的总重量百分含量为5%~70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硝虫硫磷的组合物在防治草地贪夜蛾中的应用,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为乳油。
