and/or the target resource is downloaded by the electronic equipment from a server, and the server is connected with the electronic equipment.

receiving a resource request instruction sent by electronic equipment;
and sending a target resource corresponding to the resource request instruction to the electronic equipment according to the resource request instruction so that the electronic equipment receives and stores the target resource.

and sending the target resource to the electronic equipment.
