Abstract
本申请公开了一种配电终端,属于电力技术领域,其中,配电终端包括:配电模块和通信模块;所述配电模块与所述通信模块集成于一体,所述通信模块包括5G模组,所述配电模块与所述通信模块电连接;所述配电模块用于控制配电开关本体,并采集电力测量数据;所述通信模块通过所述5G模组发送所述电力测量数据。该配电终端通过将配电模块与包含5G模组的通信模块集成于一体,相较于现有的通过以太网口外接CPE设备的通信方式,大大降低了成本,节省了空间;集成式通信模块、负载开关设计、低功率操作系统应用,大大降低终端功耗;并且由于5G模组的低时延、高带宽的特点使得电力测量数据网络传输时间大幅缩短,可以满足配电网设备数字化升级后的智能化需求。

本申请属于电力技术领域,具体涉及一种配电终端。
背景技术
目前,市场上关于工业物联方面的通信处于爆发阶段,在能源、交通运输(铁路和车站、机场、港口)、制造等领域应用十分广泛,前景十分看好。面对纷繁复杂的工作环境,对工业物联网通信提出了更高的要求。
研发一款更低延时、低功耗的工业配电终端已经迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种配电终端以解决现有配电终端适时响应不够、功耗太高的问题。
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供了一种配电终端,该配电终端可以包括:配电模块和通信模块;
所述配电模块与所述通信模块集成于一体,所述通信模块包括5G模组,所述配电模块与所述通信模块电连接;
所述配电模块用于控制配电开关本体,并采集电力测量数据;
所述通信模块用于通过所述5G模组发送所述电力测量数据。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,所述配电模块和所述通信模块通过座式连接器连接并通过高速通信口通信。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,所述配电模块包括:控制板和保护板;
所述保护板用于采集电力测量数据并将所述电力测量数据转发给所述控制板;
所述控制板用于检测开出/入信号量、分析处理所述电力测量数据及转发所述电力测量数据到所述通信模块。

本申请的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
本申请实施例配电终端通过将配电模块与包含5G模组的通信模块集成于一体,相较于现有的通过以太网接口和线缆外接CPE设备的通信方式,大大降低了复杂度和成本,提高了系统可靠性,节省了空间;并且由于5G模组的低时延、高带宽的特点使得电力测量数据网络传输时间大幅缩短,可以满足配电网设备数字化升级后的智能化需求。

现有的配电终端和5G通信设备是两个独立的设备,使用以太网铜缆连接线传输数据。此种方法结构体积大,占用安装空间,并且运行时功耗大,不利于户外取电使用。对此,本申请实施例提供一种配电终端。
下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的配电终端进行详细地说明。
如图1所示,在本申请实施例的第一方面,提供了一种配电终端,该配电终端可以包括:配电模块和通信模块;
所述配电模块与所述通信模块集成于一体,所述通信模块包括5G模组,所述配电模块与所述通信模块电连接;
所述配电模块用于控制配电开关本体,并采集电力测量数据;
所述通信模块用于通过所述5G模组发送所述电力测量数据。
如图1所示,本实施例中,保护板采集的电力测量数据传送至控制板,控制板将电力测量数据及信号量数据透传给通信模块,通信模块通过加密模块进行数据加密,并通过5G模组发送至云端或电脑控制端,云端或电脑控制端也可以发送控制指令至通信模块,通信模块可以对控制指令进行解密,并将指令发送至控制板,控制板根据指令控制开关本体对三相配电线路进行通断控制;此外,配电终端通过开关本体利用三相配电线路供电。
本实施例中配电终端通过将配电模块与包含5G模组的通信模块集成于一体,相较于现有的通过以太网接口和线缆外接CPE设备的通信方式,大大降低了复杂度和成本,提高了系统可靠性,节省了空间;并且由于5G模组的低时延、高带宽的特点使得电力测量数据网络传输时间大幅缩短,可以满足配电网设备数字化升级后的智能化需求。
在一实施例中,所述配电模块和所述通信模块通过座式连接器连接并通过高速通信口通信。
本实施例中整个配电终端的控制端架构包括配电模块、通信模块(含5G模块);配电模块和通信模块通过座式连接器连接并通过高速通信口通信;通信模块由MCU和5G模组嵌入式集成,MCU和5G模组通过USB口进行通信,通信模块电源由配电模块提供。其中,高速通信口可以为UART口。
在一实施例中,所述配电模块包括:控制板和保护板;
所述保护板用于采集电力测量数据并将所述电力测量数据转发给所述控制板;
所述控制板用于检测开出/入信号量、分析处理所述电力测量数据及转发所述电力测量数据到所述通信模块。
本实施例中配电模块包括控制板、保护板;保护板负责采集电力测量数据并将测量数据转发给控制板;控制板负责检测开入信号量、分析处理测量数据、控制开出信号量、转发数据到通信模块。通信模块按照协议标准封装数据、加密数据、通过5G模组实现数据无线传输。
在一实施例中,所述控制板包括第一微控制单元;
所述第一微控制单元运行RTOS系统。
本实施例中配电模块上电后控制板第一微控制单元(以下简称MCU)运行RTOS系统,并给保护板、通信模块供电;同时负责检测开入信号量、分析处理测量数据、控制开出信号量、转发保护板采集的测量数据到通信模块。
在一实施例中,所述通信模块还包括:第二微控制单元;所述第二微控制单元与所述5G模组通过USB口进行通信。所述第二微控制单元包括下述至少之一:
应用接口;主站通信接口;外部接入设备通信接口。
所述通信模块还包括:加密模块;所述加密模块用于对所述5G模组发送的数据进行加密;
所述第二微控制单元还包括数据加密接口。
所述第二微控制单元还包括下述至少之一:

具体的,通信模块如图2所示,可以包含:主控MCU;应用接口LoRa通信、蓝牙通信;主站通信接口5G、ETH(包含以太网和光纤接口)、隔离LAN;数据加密接口;外部接入设备通信接口;以及系统基本外设Flash、RTC时钟、看门狗、打印串口、在线调试接口等。
具体的,通信模块使用高性能STM32F4作为数据处理器,使用USB3.0与5G模组进行数据交互,5G模组选择M.2封装的模块,这样设计可支持兼容不同厂家的5G模块,只要接口是M.2便可快速替换。软件上使用LWIP协议栈,以实现5G模组网络数据在MCU侧的处理,LWIP协议栈作为优秀的TCP/IP开源协议栈,功能实现自主可控,应用层实现了5G通信、配电自动化系统应用DLT634.5104、配电自动化系统应用DLT634.5101、加密和设备状态管理,如图3所示,在功耗方面,与传统linux系统方案相比,功耗大大降低。
具体的,上电后,通信模块MCU运行uCOS-II系统,并初始化GPIO、UART、USB、SPI等接口,检测初始化加密模块、5G模组,然后运行与控制板数据通信任务、数据协议封装任务、加密任务、LWIP协议栈。通信模块MCU检测到5G模组的USB接口时,首先复位USB总线,获取5G模组的速度信息、枚举和获取USB-ECM数据接口和AT指令操作接口,以及并枚举和获取所述5G模组的设备信息,之后通过LWIP协议与所述5G模组进行业务数据交互。
ECM(Ethernet Networking Control Model)全称是以太网网络控制模型,主要用于USB主从设备的网络数据传输。使用两个接口,一个通信类接口用于配置管理各种以太网功能,另一个数据类接口用于USB总线传输以太网封装的数据帧。主从设备之间发送和接收的以太网数据帧不进行CRC校验,由USB从设备生成和解析以太网数据帧的CRC校验。要求从设备必须至少能缓存一个完整以太网帧的空间。ECM的通讯接口定义了控制请求与通告来完成通讯接口的功能,如图4所示。
在一实施例中,通信模块所需的各种接口负载加装负载开关,按需供电,最大限度降低功耗。负载开关设计,当需要使用相应设备时,打开电源进行供电,用完后关闭电源,以此来节省功耗。
在一实施例中,配电终端支持加密及如下加密操作,在终端正式证书请求文件生成并导出后,利用证书管理工具配套的正式USB Key作为安全模块,将正式密匙证书导入加密模块。导入正式密匙证书前应确保终端安全芯片的密钥版本为0(若密钥版本不是0,用测试USB Key对终端进行密钥恢复操作);在测试加密通信时,利用证书管理工具配套的测试USB Key作为安全模块,将测试密匙证书导入加密模块。
上述实施例配电终端同时兼容无线5G、以太网、光纤、Lora、RS232通信,接口丰富、满足工业级设计。便于在复杂环境下通信方式的切换,减少运维成本。集成式通信模块、负载开关设计、低功率操作系统应用,大大降低终端功耗。兼顾5G快速数据传输的低时延、低功耗、高带宽特性和光纤的长距离通信特性,此种技术方案可以保持数据的快速传输。该结构设计上将通信模块尺寸最小化,将5G模组化集成于配电终端,可以应用于多种工业自动化通信场合,为配电自动化设备的数字化和智能化提供基础通信配置。配电模块把数据透传到通信模块,数据通过加密芯片封装,再传送到主站,既能保证数据安全,又能实现站内数据的远程管理和实时查看其中,加密芯片可以为1161Y加密芯片。在5G模式下功耗大概为1.3W左右;同时尺寸仅为64*41.5*3.5mm,成本也得到极大的降低;并实现了低时延、高带宽数据传输通信,极大提高了通信速率;具备数据加密功能,更安全。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

1.一种配电终端,其特征在于,包括:配电模块和通信模块;
所述配电模块与所述通信模块集成于一体,所述通信模块包括5G模组,所述配电模块与所述通信模块电连接;
所述配电模块用于控制配电开关本体,并采集电力测量数据;
所述通信模块用于通过所述5G模组发送所述电力测量数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配电终端,其特征在于,所述配电模块和所述通信模块通过座式连接器连接并通过高速通信口通信。
3.根据权利要求1所述的配电终端,其特征在于,所述配电模块包括:控制板和保护板;
所述保护板用于采集电力测量数据并将所述电力测量数据转发给所述控制板;
