The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
It will be understood that, as used herein, the terms "first," "second," and the like may be used herein to describe various elements, but these elements are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another. It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or be connected to the other element through intervening elements. Further, "connection" in the following embodiments is understood to mean "electrical connection", "communication connection", or the like, if there is a transfer of electrical signals or data between the connected objects. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms "comprises/comprising," "includes" or "including," etc., specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, components, parts, or combinations thereof, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, components, parts, or combinations thereof. Also, as used in this specification, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of the associated listed items.
Technical terms related to the embodiments of the present application are described below:
preparing a money: the public function that uses in the cash product transaction, after the transaction information is input in the completion of the product transaction, this functional module is transferred, and the cash data (security classification, number) that will give this time or collect is input in the system, records that the current teller has the security classification and corresponds the number of numbers.
The cash balance of the system: real-time cash data currently owned by a teller and real-time cash data actually owned by the teller are recorded in a bank system, and the balance changes along with the occurrence of cash business such as deposit, withdrawal and the like.
Transaction of cash product: in counter-banking transactions, transactions involving the use of cash, such as deposit and withdrawal, are common. In a banking system, cash products are transacted in large quantities and are developed and operated by different applications. Each cash-related product transaction must be checked out for a cash statement at the time of reconciliation (e.g., before the teller ends his day). It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the cash transaction event may be used to refer to the cash product transaction.
Adjusting account: at the check time (for example, before the teller comes off work at the end of the day), the business handled today needs to be checked out, whether the cash balance of the system is consistent with the current cash object of the teller is checked, and the inconsistency can cause the generation of wrong account. When the real cash is inconsistent with the balance of the system, the balance of the system is manually adjusted after the fact that the real cash is correct is confirmed according to the cash transaction voucher of the current day, and the accounting is kept consistent with the real cash.
The main disadvantages of the current system cash balance checking and exception handling method include low timeliness, low transparency, insufficient accuracy and the like. The cash balance of the system is updated in real time through account checking data transmitted by each product transaction side, the authenticity of the transaction data depends on product transaction, the cash balance system is opaque, and when the data of the product transaction side is invalid, lost, wrong and the like, the condition that the cash balance of a teller recorded by the system is inconsistent with the cash real object is easily caused. For example, the teller can only obtain the current cash balance recorded in the system when checking the balance before going to work at the end of the day, that is, the teller cannot know in real time whether the cash balance and the cash object recorded by the system are abnormal after each cash transaction is completed. When the abnormity occurs, no way is available for processing the wrong account in real time, and only when the balance is checked at the end of the day, after the cash balance and the real object have errors, the reason for generating the wrong account needs to be checked from each transaction made today, so that the timeliness of abnormity processing is greatly reduced.
The method overcomes the defects of the existing teller cash balance checking method and technology, and provides a simple, transparent and quick scheme capable of realizing real-time response of the teller to check the cash balance. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The bank data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The present application is applicable to a banking data processing system that includes a computer device 102 and a computer device 104, where the computer device 102 and the computer device 104 can communicate with each other and a teller can operate the computer device 102.
Further, the bank data processing system includes a counter transaction system and a cash balance system, and the counter transaction system may be integrated on the computer device 102, or may be placed on a server, a cloud, or other network server; the cash balance system may be integrated on the computer device 104, or may be located on a server, cloud or other network server, and furthermore, the cash balance system may be used to update the system cash balance for cash transaction events, which may be understood as real-time parameters stored in the computer device 104, such as real-time cash data currently held by a teller.
It should be noted that the computer device 102 and the computer device 104 may also be the same device; the server in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a bank data processing method is provided, which is illustrated by applying the method to the computer device 102 in fig. 1, wherein the computer device 102 is integrated with a counter transaction system; the method comprises the following steps:
step 202, in response to the occurrence of a cash transaction event, obtaining a first transaction record from a database of a cash balance system;
the first transaction record is the current transaction information aiming at the cash business event and is obtained by writing the current transaction information into a database through a cash balance system; the current transaction information comprises transaction data corresponding to the preset data attribute.
Specifically, in the event of a cash transaction event, it may be understood that a cash product transaction (e.g., deposit, withdrawal, etc.) has occurred, and the cash balance system may receive transaction information transmitted by the transaction side, the transaction information being used to instruct the cash balance system to update the system cash balance. Based on the application, after receiving the transaction information of the current time aiming at the cash business event, the cash balance system writes the transaction information of the current time into the database to obtain a first transaction record. Further, the transaction information includes transaction data corresponding to the preset data attribute, that is, the transaction data for the cash transaction event has the preset data attribute.
In one embodiment, the cash transaction events include deposit transaction events and withdrawal transaction events. In particular, a cash transaction event in the present application may refer to a cash product transaction, such as a deposit, withdrawal, etc. In some examples, the cash balance system in the present application may be configured with a cash transaction information logging module that may log transaction information sent on the transaction side of the product, e.g., into a database of the cash balance system; furthermore, the method can be understood as adding a cash transaction information recording module to record product transaction information on the basis of the original system cash balance updating of the cash balance system.
In one embodiment, the first transaction record carries a transaction identifier; the preset data attribute at least comprises one of the following: transaction code, transaction serial number, transaction amount and payment direction.
Specifically, when the product transaction-side data (i.e., the transaction information) is sent to the cash balance system, the cash balance system may register information including a transaction code, a transaction serial number, a transaction amount, a transaction receipt and payment direction, etc. as a record (a first transaction record) in the database, and register an identifier (a transaction identifier) for the record (the first transaction record), where the value of the identifier may be set as an unpaired value (i.e., a first identifier value), so as to provide data support for subsequent asynchronous checking of the cash balance and abnormal balance check processing, etc.
Further, the above-mentioned process of writing the transaction information into the database and adding the transaction identifier can be implemented by a cash transaction information recording module in the cash balance system.
In addition, the counter transaction system is provided with a cash balance asynchronous checking module, and the cash balance asynchronous checking module can be used for processing data recorded in a database of the counter transaction system and a database of the cash balance system and comparing the data to obtain the aim of asynchronous checking. For example, the cash balance asynchronous checking module can be used for processing the data recorded by the cash transaction information recording module.
In one embodiment, the step of retrieving a first transaction record from a database of a cash balance system in response to the occurrence of a monetary transaction event includes:
performing identification query on records in a database of a cash balance system, and determining the record with the queried transaction identification value as a first transaction record; the first identification value is a value that characterizes a record as not being redeemed.
Specifically, for example, a counter transaction system is configured with a cash balance asynchronous checking module, and a cash balance system is configured with a cash transaction information recording module, the cash balance asynchronous checking module may first search for a record with an identification value that is not checked from data recorded by the cash transaction information recording module; namely, the counter transaction system carries out identification query on records in a database of the cash balance system, and determines the record with the queried transaction identification value as a first transaction record, wherein the first identification value is a value which can be used for representing that the record is not exchanged.
Step 204, searching a second transaction record matched with the first transaction record in a database of the counter transaction system according to the preset data attribute, and outputting a searching result; the search result is used for indicating the updating of the current system cash balance in the cash balance system;
the second transaction record is obtained by writing the input information aiming at the cash business event into a database of the counter transaction system; the input information comprises the allocation data corresponding to the preset data attribute.
Specifically, based on the acquired first transaction record, according to the preset data attribute, the counter transaction system can search whether a second transaction record matching the first transaction record exists in the database, and output a search result. Compared with the prior art that the cash dispensing (dispensing data) and the cash transaction information (transaction data) are only depended on the data sent by the product transaction side, the method is compatible with the scenes of data failure, data loss and data errors, and the accuracy of updating the cash balance of the system is greatly improved.
In some examples, the counter transaction system writes the entry information for the cash transaction event into a database of the counter transaction system to obtain a second transaction record, where the entry information may include the allocation data corresponding to the preset data attribute.
Specifically, the input information in this application may refer to cash transaction information input by a teller, which is obtained by the counter transaction system when a cash transaction event occurs. Further, the counter transaction system initiates a money allocation operation after the teller records the cash transaction information, and the counter transaction system can obtain the actual amount of the current money allocation (i.e. the amount of the allocated money) in real time after the teller completes the cash allocation.
In one embodiment, the second transaction record carries a payment identifier; the preset data attribute at least comprises one of the following: transaction code, transaction serial number, transaction amount and payment direction.
Specifically, after the cash transaction is successfully processed, the counter transaction system may register information such as a transaction code, a transaction amount, a payment direction, and the like as a record (record of this time) in a database of the counter transaction system, add an identifier (a payment identifier) to the record, and set the value of the identifier as an unpaid (i.e., a first identifier value), thereby obtaining a second transaction record, and providing data support for subsequent cash balance asynchronous checking, balance abnormal pairing processing, and the like. It should be noted that the allocation data corresponding to the preset data attribute may include a transaction code, an allocation amount, an allocation direction, and the like, that is, the allocation amount may be specifically allocated in the allocation data for the transaction amount corresponding to the preset data attribute, and the allocation direction may be specifically allocated in the allocation data for the payment direction corresponding to the preset data attribute.
In some examples, the counter transaction system may be configured with a cash dispense information recording module; further, the above-mentioned process of writing the input information into the database and adding the allocation identifier can be realized by a cash allocation information recording module in the counter transaction system.
It should be noted that the identifiers (transaction identifier, allocation identifier, etc.) in the present application may be implemented by using identifiers; further, the value of the tag (value of the transaction tag, value of the allotment tag, etc.), the value of the tag (first tag value, second tag value, etc.) may refer to the tag value or the value of the tag. The present application is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
responding to the occurrence of the cash business event, and acquiring the input information aiming at the cash business event;
writing the input information into a database of the counter transaction system to obtain the input record;
adding a fund allocation identifier with the value of the first identifier value to the input record to obtain a second transaction record; the first identification value is a value that characterizes the record as not being redeemed.
Specifically, for example, the counter transaction system is configured with a cash dispensing information recording module, and the module is mainly used for acquiring actual dispensing data of the current cash transaction and recording the actual dispensing data into a database of the counter transaction system. When a cash business event occurs, the cash dispensing information recording module can acquire the input information, write the input information into a database of the counter transaction system to obtain the input record, and add a dispensing identifier with a value as a first identifier value to the input record to form a second transaction record.
Further, the counter transaction system may output a corresponding search result according to whether a second transaction record matching the first transaction record is found in the database, where the search result may indicate that, in the cash balance system, the current system cash balance is updated correspondingly, for example, if it is determined that the data check is normal (the current system cash balance is consistent with the real cash object) according to the search result, the current system cash balance is retained (i.e., it is determined that the current system cash balance is correct); if the data check is determined to be abnormal according to the search result (the current system cash balance is not equal to the real cash, and is abnormal), the current system cash balance needs to be changed, for example, the replenishment of the money is carried out, or the current system cash balance is updated according to the allocation data recorded by the counter transaction system.
In one embodiment, the search result comprises a data abnormal result and a data normal result; as shown in fig. 3, the step 204 of searching for a second transaction record matching the first transaction record in the database of the counter transaction system according to the preset data attribute and outputting the search result may include:
step 302, in response to that the second transaction record matching the first transaction record is not found, outputting a result of checking abnormal data; the check data exception result is used for indicating the change of the current system cash balance in the cash balance system;
step 304, responding to the second transaction record matched with the first transaction record, and outputting a normal result of the check data; the check data normal result is used to indicate a reservation of the current system cash balance in the cash balance system.
Specifically, if the counter transaction system does not find a second transaction record matching the first transaction record in the database, it is determined that the data check is abnormal, and the result of the abnormal data check can be output to indicate the change of the current system cash balance in the cash balance system. And if the counter transaction system finds a second transaction record matched with the first transaction record in the database, the data check is determined to be normal, and a normal result of the data check can be output to indicate the reservation of the current system cash balance in the cash balance system. The method and the device can simply, transparently and quickly respond to the updating of the cash balance of the system in real time.
According to the method for matching and checking the first transaction record and the second transaction record, compared with the prior method that only data sent by a product transaction side is depended on the opposite side, the method is compatible with scenes of data failure, data loss and data errors, and the accuracy of updating the cash balance of the system is greatly improved. It should be noted that the steps 302 and 304 can be implemented by a cash balance asynchronous check module configured in the counter transaction system.
In one embodiment, in the step of outputting a normal result of the verification data in response to finding the second transaction record matching the first transaction record:
changing the value of the transaction identification of the first transaction record from the first identification value to a second identification value;
changing the value of the allocation identification of the second transaction record matched with the first transaction record from the first identification value to a second identification value; wherein the second identification value is a value used for characterizing that the record is blended.
Specifically, if the counter transaction system finds a second transaction record matched with the first transaction record in the database, it is determined that the data transmitted by the product transaction side is not invalid, lost or wrong, the current cash balance of the system is correct to the real cash, and the two matched data records are set to be paired.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned setting of the two matched data records as matched and corresponding subsequent processes can be implemented by a cash balance asynchronous checking module configured in the counter transaction system.
In one embodiment, after the step of outputting the search result, the method further includes the steps of:
and performing identification query on records in a database of the counter transaction system, and outputting a data checking abnormal result if the value of the allocation identification is queried to be the record of the first identification value.
Specifically, after the search result is output, the counter transaction system may continue to query whether an unmatched record exists in the database, and if the record exists, it is determined that the data recorded in the current counter transaction system database and the cash balance system database are not equivalent, and an exception is generated, and an exception handling is required.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned continuous query of whether there are any unmatched records in the database and the corresponding subsequent processes may be implemented by a cash balance asynchronous checking module configured in the counter transaction system.
In one embodiment, the step of outputting the abnormal result of the check data comprises the following steps:
outputting prompt information according to the result of checking the data abnormity;
in response to the received change operation for the prompt message, executing a change to the current system cash balance; the altering operation includes at least one of: a replenishment operation and an update operation based on the allocation data.
Specifically, after the counter transaction system outputs a search result, if the search result is a result of checking data abnormality, the counter transaction system may push a prompt message to the teller to remind the teller of the current abnormal update of the cash balance of the system, so as to perform corresponding operation processing; the method and the device can transparently and quickly process the cash balance updating exception of the system.
Furthermore, according to the prompt information, records of unpaired records (namely records of which the value of the allocation identifier is the first identifier value and records of which the value of the transaction identifier is the first identifier value) in the database of the counter transaction system and the database of the cash balance system can be inquired, and further the unpaired records can be processed according to the actual cash income condition of the transaction; in some examples, the change to the current system cash balance may be performed in response to a received change operation for the reminder information; the change operation may include a replenishment operation and an update operation based on the replenishment data.
For example, if the database of the current cash balance system has an unpaired record, when the corresponding unpaired record cannot be found in the database of the counter transaction system, a replenishment operation can be performed, and the cash balance and the cash object of the system can be correctly adjusted. For another example, if the database of the counter transaction system has an unmatched record, and the database of the cash balance system cannot find the corresponding unmatched record, the cash balance of the system can be updated based on the data recorded in the database of the counter transaction system, and the cash balance of the system can be consistent with the cash in real objects.
In some other examples, the bank data processing system may be configured with a cash balance checking module that may be configured to handle a correct update of the system's cash balance when an exception occurs with the asynchronous cash balance checking module (e.g., the asynchronous cash balance checking module outputs a result of the checking data exception). For example, when the result of the abnormal check data is output, the cash balance hook module can push information to prompt the teller that the cash balance is updated abnormally, and the teller is required to enter the cash balance hook module to handle the abnormal situation in real time. The cash balance check module may be disposed in the counter transaction system, or may be disposed in the cash balance system. In one embodiment, the cash balance check module is disposed in a counter transaction system.
By checking the transaction records, when the counter transaction system determines that the counter transaction system is abnormal, the counter transaction system processes the abnormal data through message pushing, and further can process the abnormal data in real time.
To further illustrate the solution of the present application, the following description is made with reference to an example, as shown in fig. 4, a cash balance system is configured with a cash transaction information recording module, a counter transaction system is configured with a cash allocation information recording module, a cash balance asynchronous checking module, and a bank data processing system is configured with a cash balance checking module as an example:
the cash allocation information recording module can be configured on the counter transaction system and used for acquiring actual allocation data of the current cash transaction and recording the actual allocation data into a database of the counter transaction system. In the module, the counter transaction system initiates a money allocation operation after the teller inputs the cash transaction information. And after the teller finishes the cash allocation, the module acquires the actual amount of the current allocation in real time. After the cash transaction is successfully processed, the information of the transaction code, the amount of the allocated money, the allocation direction and the like is registered in the counter transaction system database as a record, a mark is added to the record, and the value is set to be not checked. And data support is provided for subsequent asynchronous check of the cash balance and abnormal check of the cash balance.
The cash transaction information recording module can be configured on the cash balance system and is used for recording transaction information sent from the product transaction side and recording the transaction information into a database of the cash balance system. On the basis of the original updating system of the cash balance, the module is added to record the product transaction information. When the data of the product transaction side is sent to the cash balance system, the module registers the information including the transaction code, the transaction amount and the transaction receipt and payment direction as a record in the database, and registers a mark for the record, and the value is set to be not checked. Providing data support for subsequent asynchronous checking and abnormal check of cash balance
The cash balance asynchronous checking module can be configured on the counter transaction system and is used for processing data recorded by the cash dispensing information recording module and the cash transaction information recording module and comparing the data to obtain the purpose of asynchronous checking. In the asynchronous cash balance checking module, the data recorded by the cash transaction information recording module and the cash dispensing information recording module have the same attributes as shown in the following table (table 1):
TABLE 1
Properties Cash dispensing information recording module Cash transaction information recording module
Transaction code trxcode1 trxcode2
Transaction sequence number B1 B2
Receiving and paying direction C1 C2
Amount of money amount1 amount2
The cash balance asynchronous checking module can perform asynchronous checking of the balance according to the following steps:
1. the cash balance asynchronous checking module firstly searches the data recorded by the cash transaction information recording module for records with the marker values being unpaired.
2. The cash balance asynchronous checking module finds out the recorded information (transaction code, transaction serial number, payment direction and transaction amount) in the step 1, searches for a record which is matched with the current information and marked as an unpaired record in a database of the cash dispensing information registered by the cash dispensing information recording module, if the corresponding record can be found, determines that the data transmitted by the product transaction side is not invalid, lost or wrong, the current system cash balance is correct to the cash real object, and sets the two matched data records as paired.
3. And if no matched unbatched record is found in the cash allocation information recording module in the step 2, determining that the current system cash balance and the cash real object are abnormal, and performing exception processing on the module by entering a cash balance hook.
4. And 2, after the step 3, the cash balance asynchronous checking module inquires whether an unmatched record exists in the cash dispensing information recording module, if the unmatched record exists, the data recorded by the cash dispensing information recording module and the data recorded by the cash transaction information recording module are determined to be unequal, and if the unmatched record exists, the cash balance asynchronous checking module needs to enter the cash balance checking module for performing exception handling.
5. And if the step 4 is passed, determining that the current cash balance of the system is consistent with the cash real object without processing.
And the cash balance checking module is used for processing correct updating of the cash balance of the system when the cash balance asynchronous checking module determines that the abnormality occurs. When the abnormality occurs, the cash balance hook module can push information to prompt that the current condition of updating the cash balance of the system is abnormal, and the cash balance hook module can be used for processing the abnormal condition in real time. Specifically, in the cash balance check-out module, the teller can inquire the record of the un-check-out in the cash dispensing information recording module and the cash transaction information recording module, and according to the actual cash income condition of the transaction, the un-check-out record is processed: if the current cash transaction information recording module has an unmatched record, when the cash dispensing information recording module cannot find the corresponding unmatched record, the replenishment operation can be executed, and the balance of the cash and the cash object of the system can be correctly adjusted. If the current cash dispensing information recording module has an unmatched record, when the cash transaction information recording module cannot find the corresponding unmatched record, the system cash balance can be updated by taking the record of the cash dispensing information recording module as the standard, and further the system cash balance is consistent with the cash real object.
In the bank data processing method, by means of the mode of checking the cash allocation and the cash transaction information, compared with the prior art that the data transmitted by the product transaction side is relied on only on the reverse side, the method is compatible with scenes of data failure, data loss and data errors, and greatly improves the accuracy of updating the cash balance of the system. According to the method and the system, the cash balance of the system is checked, when the balance of the system is abnormal, the system is pushed to a teller for processing through messages, further, the abnormality can be processed in real time, and compared with the method that the balance error can be found only when the account is rolled in the end of day in the past, the method and the system can transparently and quickly process the abnormality of updating the cash balance of the system.
