Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of table data input, in particular to a table input method of text data based on voice recognition, which comprises the following steps: acquiring text data to be input corresponding to voice input data of a user, wherein the text data comprises characters to be input and switching command words; extracting characters among the switching command words according to the positions of the switching command words in the text data to be input, and combining the characters into a plurality of groups of character strings; and inputting each group of character strings into the corresponding cell according to the line number and column number information of the current cell and the position of the switching command word in the text data to be input. Compared with the prior art, the method can effectively improve the process efficiency of data input forms, efficiently shorten the overall operation time, and liberate the labor force of manual input processes such as mouse operation, keyboard typing and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of table data input technology, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for inputting a table of text data based on speech recognition.
Background
The data entry into the Excel report form is a very common operation in the office process of a PC terminal or a mobile terminal. In a specific operation process, sometimes a user needs to frequently switch between a data source and a data input interface to complete the whole process of reading and inputting data, or needs to read data in other equipment or a real scene and then return to a data input end for data recording, the operation efficiency is reduced by the complicated clicking step of switching between the two operation scenes of the data reading end and the data input end, a large amount of row-column switching operations exist in the manual input process of report data, and the inconvenience and the unfriendliness of the operation process are particularly highlighted in an application scene with large data reading and input workload.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, an object of the present invention is to provide a form input method, apparatus, device and storage medium for text data based on voice recognition, which can effectively improve the process efficiency of data input form, shorten the overall operation time efficiently, and liberate the labor force of manual entry processes such as mouse operation and keyboard typing, by acquiring characters to be input and switching command words through voice recognition, and inputting the characters to be input into corresponding cells by means of the switching command words.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a form input method for text data based on speech recognition, including the following steps:
acquiring text data to be input corresponding to voice input data of a user, wherein the text data to be input comprises characters to be input and switching command words;
extracting characters among the switching command words according to the positions of the switching command words in the text data to be input, and combining the characters into a plurality of groups of character strings;
and acquiring the line number and column number information of the current cell, and inputting each group of character strings into the corresponding cell according to the line number and column number information of the current cell and the position of the switching command word in the text data to be input.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a table input device for text data based on speech recognition, including:

The cell format switching instruction is issued by a user and received by an input device.

and the input module is used for acquiring the line number and column number information of the current cell and inputting each group of character strings into the corresponding cell according to the line number and column number information of the current cell and the position of the switching command word in the text data to be input.

A computer device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the computer program realizing the steps of a method for table entry of text data based on speech recognition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed by the processor.
