Abstract
The application provides a method and a device for monitoring the working state of a starter and a vehicle, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which a starter belongs, wherein each group of cold start data at least comprises one-to-one corresponding start time of the cold start of the engine and the ambient temperature of the engine during the cold start; determining cold start data of the partial group as target cold start data, wherein the difference value of the environmental temperatures of any two groups of target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first preset temperature difference; and sending working state abnormal information under the condition that the target average value is greater than the starting time threshold, wherein the working state abnormal information is used for prompting the working state of the starter to be abnormal, and the target average value is the average value of the starting time of the preset number of target cold starting data. The method solves the problem that the service life of the starter is short because the working state of the starter cannot be monitored in the prior art.

Technical Field

Background

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of monitoring an operating state of a starter according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, acquiring multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which a starter belongs, wherein each group of cold start data at least comprises one-to-one corresponding start time of the cold start of the engine and the ambient temperature of the engine during the cold start;
step S102, determining the cold start data of a partial group as target cold start data, wherein the difference value of the environmental temperature of any two groups of target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first preset temperature difference;
step S103 is configured to transmit operating state abnormality information for prompting an abnormal operating state of the starter when a target average value is larger than a start time threshold, where the target average value is an average value of the start times of a predetermined number of the target cold start data.

In the embodiment, the obtained multiple groups of reference cold start data are cold start data when the starter is in a normal working state, the maximum start time in the target reference cold start data is determined as the start time threshold corresponding to the environment temperature interval, and the start time threshold corresponding to each environment temperature interval is determined under the condition that the starter is in the normal working state.
The monitoring device for the working state of the starter comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the acquisition unit, the determination unit, the transmission unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can set up one or more, solves prior art and can't carry out operating condition monitoring to the starter and lead to the problem that the life of starter is low through adjusting the kernel parameter.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), including at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, where the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for monitoring the operating state of the starter.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the monitoring method of the working state of the starter is executed when the program runs.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle, including: an engine comprising a starter, one or more processors, memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs comprising instructions for performing any of the above methods, the processors when executing the programs implementing at least the steps of:
step S101, multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which a starter belongs are obtained, wherein each group of cold start data at least comprises one-to-one corresponding starting time of the cold start of the engine and the ambient temperature of the engine during the cold start;
step S102, determining the cold start data of a partial group as target cold start data, wherein the difference value of the environmental temperature of any two groups of target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first preset temperature difference;
step S103 is configured to transmit operating state abnormality information for prompting an abnormal operating state of the starter when a target average value is larger than a start time threshold, where the target average value is an average value of the start times of a predetermined number of the target cold start data.
The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program initialized with at least the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
step S101, acquiring multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which a starter belongs, wherein each group of cold start data at least comprises one-to-one corresponding start time of the cold start of the engine and the ambient temperature of the engine during the cold start;
step S102, determining the cold start data of a partial group as target cold start data, wherein the difference value of the environmental temperature of any two groups of target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first preset temperature difference;
step S103 is configured to transmit operating state abnormality information for prompting an abnormal operating state of the starter when a target average value is larger than a start time threshold, where the target average value is an average value of the start times of a predetermined number of the target cold start data.

According to the method, the starting time of cold starting with the similar environmental temperature during starting is obtained, the average value of the preset number of starting times is calculated, when the average value is larger than the starting time threshold, the working efficiency of the starter can be determined to be reduced, the working state abnormal information is sent, a user is prompted to overhaul the starter, the service life of the starter is prolonged, and the problem that the service life of the starter is short due to the fact that the working state of the starter cannot be monitored in the prior art is solved.
2) In the monitoring device for the working state of the starter, an acquisition unit acquires multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which the starter belongs, wherein each group of cold start data at least comprises one-to-one corresponding starting time of cold start of the engine and the ambient temperature of the engine during cold start; a determining unit configured to determine that the cold start data of a partial group is target cold start data, and a difference between the ambient temperatures of any two groups of the target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first predetermined temperature difference; and a transmitting unit that transmits operating state abnormality information for prompting an operating state abnormality of the starter when a target average value is larger than a start time threshold, the target average value being an average value of the start times of a predetermined number of the target cold start data. The device calculates the average value of the preset number of starting time by acquiring the starting time of cold starting with similar ambient temperature during starting, can determine that the working efficiency of the starter is reduced when the average value is greater than the starting time threshold value, sends working state abnormal information to prompt a user to overhaul the starter, prolongs the service life of the starter, and solves the problem that the service life of the starter is low because the working state of the starter cannot be monitored in the prior art.

1. A method of monitoring an operating condition of a starter, comprising:
acquiring multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which a starter belongs, wherein each group of cold start data at least comprises start time of cold start of the engine and ambient temperature of the engine during cold start in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
determining the cold start data of a partial group as target cold start data, wherein the difference value of the environmental temperature of any two groups of target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first preset temperature difference;
and sending working state abnormal information under the condition that the target average value is greater than a starting time threshold, wherein the working state abnormal information is used for prompting that the working state of the starter is abnormal, and the target average value is the average value of the starting time of the preset number of target cold starting data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining cold start data of an engine to which the starter belongs comprises:
acquiring multiple groups of starting data of the engine, wherein each group of starting data comprises water temperature when the engine is started, engine oil temperature when the engine is started, starting time when the engine is started and environment temperature when the engine is started;
and under the condition that both the first difference value and the second difference value are smaller than a second preset temperature difference value, determining the starting data to be the cold starting data, wherein the first difference value is the difference value between the water temperature and the environment temperature, and the second difference value is the difference value between the engine oil temperature and the environment temperature.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining start-up data for the engine comprises:
and calculating the time from the power-on of the engine to the preset rotating speed of the engine to obtain the starting time.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein determining target cold start data from the cold start data comprises:
dividing the working temperature range of the starter into a plurality of environment temperature intervals;
Determining the starting time threshold according to the environment temperature interval, wherein the environment temperature interval corresponds to the starting time threshold one by one;
and determining the cold start data with the environment temperature in a target environment temperature interval as the target cold start data, wherein the target environment temperature interval is any one of the environment temperature intervals.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein sending the operating condition exception information if the target average is greater than the start-up time threshold comprises:
calculating the average value of the starting time of the preset number of the target cold starting data to obtain the target average value;
and sending the abnormal working state information when the target average value is greater than a target starting time threshold, wherein the target starting time threshold is the starting time threshold corresponding to the target environment temperature interval.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the activation time threshold based on the ambient temperature interval comprises:
acquiring multiple groups of cold start data of a target historical time period to obtain multiple groups of reference cold start data, wherein the target historical time period is a time period of a preset time length after the starter is updated;
Determining the maximum starting time in the multiple kinds of target reference cold starting data as the starting time threshold corresponding to the environment temperature interval, wherein the target reference cold starting data is the reference cold starting data of which the environment temperature is within the environment temperature interval.
7. A monitoring device of an operating state of a starter, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring multiple groups of cold start data of an engine to which a starter belongs, and each group of cold start data at least comprises one-to-one corresponding start time of the cold start of the engine and the ambient temperature of the engine during the cold start;
the determining unit is used for determining that the cold start data of the partial group is target cold start data, and the difference value of the environment temperature of any two groups of target cold start data in all the target cold start data is smaller than a first preset temperature difference;
and the sending unit is used for sending working state abnormal information under the condition that the target average value is larger than a starting time threshold, wherein the working state abnormal information is used for prompting that the working state of the starter is abnormal, and the target average value is the average value of the starting time of a preset number of target cold starting data.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A processor, configured to run a program, wherein the program when running performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.

A vehicle, characterized by comprising: an engine comprising a starter, one or more processors, memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs comprising instructions for performing the method of any of claims 1-6.
