and step 3: processing the split fiber after re-spinning to obtain base cloth;
and 4, step 4: taking 80-100 parts by mass of waterborne polyurethane resin, 2-5 parts by mass of a leveling agent, 0.3-0.8 part by mass of a mildew preventive, 0.5-0.8 part by mass of a flame retardant, 0.3-0.8 part by mass of a mildew preventive, 0.5-0.8 part by mass of an oil stain prevention auxiliary agent and 0.8-1 part by mass of a crosslinking agent, dissolving in 60-80 parts by mass of a solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain a resin layer coating;
and 5: and (4) coating the resin layer coating obtained in the step (4) on the surface of the base cloth obtained in the step (3), and drying to obtain the finished leather.

The method of claim 6The cloth cover stationery leather and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the specific process of the step 2 is as follows: maintaining temperature 175oC. Pressurizing and heating at 0.7-0.8 MPa for 60 min, releasing steam in 5 min, and repeating the pressurizing and heating and steam releasing process several times to obtain small size fiber.
