In an embodiment of the present invention, the vertical cavity 121 is communicated with the primary filter screen 5, the secondary filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7 through a garbage inlet 125, garbage on the primary filter screen 5, the secondary filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7 enters the vertical cavity 121 through the garbage inlet 125, when the garbage in the vertical cavity 121 needs to be transported out, the driving device 124 is started, the driving device 124 drives the first rotating shaft 122 to rotate, and the first rotating shaft 122 drives the spiral auger 123 on the first rotating shaft 122 to rotate, so that the garbage in the vertical cavity 121 is lifted up and transported out through the garbage discharging assembly for reprocessing.
In addition, the garbage discharging assembly in this embodiment is not shown, and the main structure of the garbage discharging assembly is similar to that of the garbage collecting assembly, and the garbage discharging assembly is communicated with the top of the vertical cavity 121 and is arranged in a downward inclined manner, so that the garbage lifted into the vertical cavity 121 can be conveyed out.
In this embodiment, the driving device 124 is implemented in the form of a first motor driving a conveyor belt and a belt wheel, where the conveyor belt is configured to drive the first rotating shaft 122 to rotate, so that the top of the first rotating shaft 122 is open, and the flocculant can be added conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the flushing mechanism 8 includes a vertical column 801, the vertical column 801 passes through the channels 9 formed on the first-stage filter screen 5 and the second-stage filter screen 6 and extends downward to abut against the upper side of the third-stage filter screen 7, and the connection parts of the vertical column 801 and the upper sides of the first-stage filter screen 5, the second-stage filter screen 6 and the third-stage filter screen 7 are all provided with water spraying scrapers 804; a water injection cavity 802 is formed in the vertical column 801, and the water injection cavity 802 is communicated with the interior of the water spraying scraper 804; the top end of the scouring mechanism 8 is connected with a movable support frame 10, and the top of the scouring mechanism 8 is connected with a driving assembly 11;
wherein, the inclination of water spray scraper 804 is the same as the inclination of first-order filter screen 5, second grade filter screen 6 and tertiary filter screen 7 for the rubbish of adhesion is cleared up on first-order filter screen 5, second grade filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main function of the flushing mechanism 8 is to impact the garbage adhered to the primary filter screen 5, the secondary filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7 through the action of the water flow, and compared with the scraper, the flushing effect of the water flow on the garbage is more obvious, so that the garbage on the primary filter screen 5, the secondary filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7 can be effectively cleared.
When the garbage cleaning machine works, water is injected into the water injection cavity 802 through a water injection pipe 803 communicated with the water injection cavity 802, and garbage is cleaned through the action of water flow and the cooperation of a water injection scraper 804 with the primary filter screen 5, the secondary filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the width of the channel 9 is the same as the diameter of the vertical column 801, and only the vertical column 801 is used for moving, so that some garbage will fall through the channel 9 in the process, but the garbage will be filtered by the three-stage filter net, and the filtering effect will not be affected.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of water spraying ports 806 are formed in the water spraying scraper 804, a pressure switch device 805 is disposed at the inner side of the water spraying scraper 804 of the water spraying ports 806, the pressure switch device 805 includes a supporting seat 8051, a rotating rod 8052 is hinged on the supporting seat 8051, and the rotating rod 8052 is connected with the inside of the water spraying scraper 804 through an elastic member 8053; the other end of the rotating rod 8052 is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped baffle 8054;
when the arc-shaped baffle 8054 is impacted by water flow, the rotating rod 8052 is driven to rotate around the supporting seat 8051 to open the water spraying opening 806 by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic member 8053.
The elastic element 8053 may be a spring, or other elastic elements that can perform the same function.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after entering the water injection cavity 802, the water flows into the water injection scraper 804, and acts on the pressure switch device 805 under the action of water pressure, the pressure switch device 805 is opened, and the water is injected through the water injection hole 806 to flush the garbage on the three filter screens.
When the device works, the working process is as follows: after the water flow enters the water spraying scraper 804, the water flow acts on the arc-shaped baffle 8054, and the arc-shaped baffle 8054 rotates clockwise around the supporting seat 8051 shown in fig. 4 after being subjected to pressure, so that the water spraying port 806 is opened; the water spray opening 806 can be opened only when the water flow pressure reaches a certain degree, and a better flushing effect can be achieved only when the water flow pressure reaches the requirement.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 4, the arcuate flaps 8054 are oriented in the direction of the incoming water, so that only the arcuate flaps 8054 can withstand a greater water pressure.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the movable supporting frame 10 includes a supporting plate 101 disposed parallel to the water spraying scraper 804, and one end of the supporting plate 101 is connected to the second box 4 through a mounting frame 102; the supporting plate 101 is provided with a convex moving groove 103 with a downward opening, and the cross section of the top end of the vertical column 801 is convex and is matched with the convex moving groove 103.
In an embodiment of the invention, the water spraying scraper 804 can also realize the function of a scraper at the same time, and can realize the function of scraping garbage only when moving, because the three filter screens are all in an inclined shape, the movable support frame 10 plays a certain guiding and supporting role for the vertical column 801 and the water spraying scraper 804, because the top end of the vertical column 801 is in a convex shape and is just matched with the convex-shaped movable groove 103, the vertical column 801 can move in the convex-shaped movable groove 103, and the vertical column can not fall down from the convex-shaped movable groove 103.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, the driving assembly 11 includes a connecting plate 111, the connecting plate 111 is connected to a side wall of the second box 4, a second motor 112 is disposed on an upper side of the connecting plate 111, and an output shaft of the second motor 112 is connected to a second rotating shaft 113;
the connecting plate 111 is fixedly connected with an installation plate 114, the installation plate 114 is provided with a first chute 1118, the first chute 1118 is connected with a sliding plate 115 in a sliding manner, one end of the sliding plate 115 is connected with a vertical installation plate 116, a through groove 117 is formed in the middle of the vertical installation plate 116, a worm 118 is arranged in the through groove 117, and the second rotating shaft 113 penetrates through the vertical installation plate 116 and is connected with the worm 118; a worm wheel 119 is matched with the lower side of the worm 118, and the worm wheel 119 is rotatably connected with the vertical mounting plate 116; a third rotating shaft 1110 is arranged in the middle of the worm gear 119, the third rotating shaft 1110 is connected with a first connecting rod 1111, the first connecting rod 1111 is connected with a second connecting rod 1113 through a first hinge 1112, and the second connecting rod 1113 is hinged with a second hinge 1114 arranged on the connecting plate 111; the sliding plate 115 is connected with the vertical column 801 in a sliding way through a horizontal plate 1116; at least one second sliding groove 1115 is formed in the second rotating shaft 113, and the worm 118 is connected with the second sliding groove 1115 in a sliding mode through a pin key.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the water spraying scraper 804 needs to move towards the garbage collecting assembly 12, the second motor 112 is started, the second motor 112 drives the second rotating shaft 113 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 113 drives the worm 118 to rotate, the worm wheel 119 engaged with the worm 118 rotates, the worm wheel 119 drives the first connecting rod 1111 to rotate through the third rotating shaft 1110 when rotating, and the first connecting rod 1111 and the second connecting rod 1113 form a crank-rocker structure, so that the sliding plate 115 and the horizontal plate 1116 can move back and forth left and right, and the flushing mechanism 8 is driven to move, and garbage on the three filter screens can be cleaned.
In the invention, the change of the rotating direction and the change of the rotating speed are reduced through the worm gear and the worm, and the reciprocating motion can be realized by utilizing the crank-rocker mechanism.
The worm 118 can move left and right along the second rotation axis 113, and the second rotation axis 113 can drive the worm 118 to rotate together.
The sliding connection of the horizontal plate 1116 and the vertical column 801 is realized by: the side wall of the vertical column 801 is provided with a third sliding chute 1117, the section of the third sliding chute 1117 is convex, and the end of the horizontal plate 1116 connected with the vertical column 801 is also convex and is just matched with the third sliding chute 1117, so that the horizontal plate 1116 can not change the horizontal position when the vertical column 801 moves up and down.
Referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, the sewage preliminary flocculation treatment device 15 includes a support frame 151, and the center of the support frame 151 is connected to the bottom of the second tank 4 through a support column 152; the supporting frame 151 is connected with the bottom end of the first rotating shaft 122, an inner gear ring 1510 is arranged in the supporting frame 151, a helical gear 153 is engaged on the inner gear ring 1510, a fourth rotating shaft 154 is fixedly connected on the helical gear 153, and a stirring piece 155 is fixedly connected at the other end of the fourth rotating shaft 154, wherein the stirring piece 155 is a stirring rod or a stirring blade;
the first rotating shaft 122 is fixedly connected with an bending rod 156, the other end of the bending rod 156 is fixedly connected with a sleeve 157, and the sleeve 157 is rotatably sleeved outside the fourth rotating shaft 154; a first cavity 158 is arranged in the bent rod 156, the first cavity 158 is communicated with a second cavity 159 arranged on the first rotating shaft 122, an annular cavity 1511 is arranged in the sleeve 157, the first cavity 158 is communicated with the inside of the annular cavity 1511, and a communication hole 1512 communicating the annular cavity 1511 with the outside is arranged on the side wall of the sleeve 157.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sewage enters the second tank 4 after the three-stage filtration treatment, when the sewage is treated, the sewage can be pumped into the second tank 4 at intervals by the sewage pump 2, when a certain amount of sewage is collected at the bottom of the second tank 4, the first rotating shaft 122 is used to rotate to drive the bending rod 156 to rotate, and the bending rod 156 drives the helical gear 153 to rotate around the central axis of the supporting frame 151 through the sleeve 157 to rotate circumferentially, which drives the stirring member 155 to rotate; meanwhile, the bevel gear 153 is meshed with the inner gear ring 1510 in operation, the bevel gear 153 drives the fourth rotating shaft 154 to rotate, and the fourth rotating shaft 154 also drives the stirring member 155 to rotate around the fourth rotating shaft 154;
in addition, a flocculating agent is added through the second cavity 159 arranged in the first rotating shaft 122, the flocculating agent enters the first cavity 158 in the bending rod 156 through the second cavity 159 and then enters the annular cavity 1511, when the sleeve 157 rotates, the flocculating agent in the annular cavity 1511 is uniformly scattered into the second box body 4 through the communication hole 1512, and is sufficiently mixed with the sewage in the second box body 4 under the action of the stirring piece 155, so that the sewage treatment effect can be optimal.
In this embodiment, the sleeve 157 is provided on the fourth rotating shaft 154, the sleeve 157 itself and the fourth rotating shaft 154 are rotatable with each other, but the sleeve 157 does not slide on the fourth rotating shaft 154, the limit stoppers 1513 are provided at both ends of the sleeve 157, and the limit stoppers 1513 are fixedly provided on the fourth rotating shaft 154.
The first box body 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 13, the middle part of the second box body 4 is provided with a water outlet pipe 14, the water outlet pipe 14 is arranged at the middle lower part of the second box body 4, the sewage in the second box body 4 can be ensured to be precipitated and flocculated to a certain degree, and relatively clear water at the upper part can flow out through the water outlet pipe 14.
In the invention, the maintenance and replacement frequency of the filter screens can be effectively reduced by arranging the flushing mechanism 8, and the maintenance frequency of the three filter screens is reduced from 1 time of original maintenance every 15 days to 1 time of maintenance every 27 days by adopting the device disclosed by the invention after observing the actual use process, so that the labor intensity of workers is effectively reduced.
The working process of the invention is as follows: sewage flows into the first box body 1, and then is sent into the second box body 4 for filtering treatment through the sewage pump 2 arranged in the first box body 1, and the primary filtering treatment can effectively filter garbage in the sewage;
after sewage is sent into the second box body 4 by the sewage pump 2 through the pipeline 3, the graded filtering mechanism carries out graded filtering treatment on the sewage so as to filter most of garbage in the sewage; meanwhile, as more garbage adheres to the upper side of the grading filtering mechanism and can be blocked after a long time, the garbage adhered to the grading filtering mechanism is cleaned by the flushing mechanism 8;
inside one-level filter screen 5, rubbish on second grade filter screen 6 and the tertiary filter screen 7 all entered into vertical cavity 121 through rubbish entry 125, when needs carry away the rubbish in the vertical cavity 121, start first motor, first motor drives first pivot 122 and rotates, first pivot 122 drives the rotation of spiral auger 123 in the first pivot 122, thereby go on promoting the rubbish in the vertical cavity 121, and carry away through rubbish discharge assembly and reprocess.
The water spraying scraper 804 needs to move towards the garbage collection assembly 12, the second motor 112 is started, the second motor 112 drives the second rotating shaft 113 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 113 can drive the worm 118 to rotate, the worm wheel 119 meshed with the worm 118 rotates, the worm wheel 119 can drive the first connecting rod 1111 to rotate through the third rotating shaft 1110 when rotating, and the first connecting rod 1111 and the second connecting rod 1113 form a crank-rocker structure, so that the sliding plate 115 and the horizontal plate 1116 can reciprocate left and right, and the flushing mechanism 8 is driven to move, and garbage on three filter screens is cleaned;
the sewage enters the second box body 4 after the three-stage filtration treatment, when the sewage is treated, the sewage can be pumped into the second box body 4 at intervals by the sewage pump 2, when a certain amount of sewage is gathered at the bottom in the second box body 4, the first rotating shaft 122 is utilized to rotate to drive the bent rod 156 to rotate, the bent rod 156 drives the helical gear 153 to rotate around the central shaft of the supporting frame 151 in a circumferential manner through the sleeve 157, and then the stirring piece 155 is driven to rotate; meanwhile, the bevel gear 153 is meshed with the inner gear ring 1510 during operation, the bevel gear 153 drives the fourth rotating shaft 154 to rotate, and the fourth rotating shaft 154 also drives the stirring member 155 to rotate around the fourth rotating shaft 154;
in addition, a flocculating agent is added through the second cavity 159 arranged in the first rotating shaft 122, the flocculating agent enters the first cavity 158 in the bending rod 156 through the second cavity 159 and then enters the annular cavity 1511, when the sleeve 157 rotates, the flocculating agent in the annular cavity 1511 is uniformly scattered into the second box body 4 through the communication hole 1512, and is sufficiently mixed with the sewage in the second box body 4 under the action of the stirring piece 155, so that the sewage treatment effect can be optimal.

Claims (10)
1. A sewage treatment apparatus, comprising:
a first tank and at least one sewage pump;
the sewage pump is communicated with the second tank body through a pipeline;
the graded filtering mechanism is arranged in the second box body and is used for carrying out graded filtering treatment on the sewage entering the second box body; and
at least two flushing mechanisms are arranged in the second box body, and the flushing mechanisms are connected with the grading filtering mechanism;
the flushing mechanism is used for cleaning garbage adhered to the grading and filtering mechanism;
the garbage collection assembly penetrates through the grading filtering mechanism and is used for collecting the garbage filtered by the grading filtering mechanism; and
preliminary flocculation treatment device of sewage, preliminary flocculation treatment device of sewage sets up inside the second box, and with the garbage collection subassembly links to each other for carry out flocculation treatment to the sewage after hierarchical filtering mechanism handles.
2. The sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the graded filtering mechanism comprises a primary filter screen, a secondary filter screen and a tertiary filter screen which are arranged from top to bottom, and the mesh diameters of the primary filter screen, the secondary filter screen and the tertiary filter screen are reduced in sequence;
wherein, one-level filter screen, second grade filter screen and tertiary filter screen all are middle department slope setting.
3. The sewage treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the garbage collection assembly passes through the primary, secondary and tertiary screens and extends upward to an outside of the second tank for cleaning the garbage adhered to the primary, secondary and tertiary screens.
4. The wastewater treatment plant according to claim 3, wherein the waste collection assembly comprises a vertical cavity, the vertical cavity communicating with the upper sides of the primary, secondary and tertiary screens; a first rotating shaft is arranged in the vertical cavity, the top end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a driving device, and a spiral auger is arranged on the first rotating shaft; the top of the garbage collection component is connected with a garbage discharge component.

The sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the scouring mechanism comprises a vertical column, the vertical column passes through channels formed in the primary filter screen and the secondary filter screen and extends downwards to abut against the upper side of the tertiary filter screen, and water spraying scrapers are arranged at the joints of the vertical column and the upper sides of the primary filter screen, the secondary filter screen and the tertiary filter screen; a water injection cavity is formed in the vertical column and communicated with the inside of the water spraying scraper; the top end of the scouring mechanism is connected with a movable support frame, and the top of the scouring mechanism is connected with a driving assembly;
wherein, the gradient of water spray scraper is the same with the gradient of one-level filter screen, second grade filter screen and tertiary filter screen for the rubbish of adhesion on one-level filter screen, second grade filter screen and the tertiary filter screen is cleared up.
6. The sewage treatment device according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of water spray nozzles are formed in the water spray scraper, a pressure switch device is arranged at the water spray nozzles and positioned at the inner side of the water spray scraper, the pressure switch device comprises a supporting seat, a rotating rod is hinged on the supporting seat, and the rotating rod is connected with the inside of the water spray scraper through an elastic part; the other end of the rotating rod is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped baffle plate;
wherein, cowl can drive the dwang and overcome the elasticity of elastic component and rotate around the supporting seat in order to open the water jet when receiving rivers impact.

The sewage treatment device of claim 5, wherein the movable support frame comprises a support plate arranged in parallel with the water spraying scraper, and one end of the support plate is connected with the second tank body through a mounting frame; the supporting plate is provided with a convex moving groove with a downward opening, and the cross section of the top end of the vertical column is convex and matched with the convex moving groove.

The sewage treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the driving assembly comprises a connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with the side wall of the second box body, a second motor is arranged on the upper side of the connecting plate, and a second rotating shaft is connected to an output shaft of the second motor;
the connecting plate is fixedly connected with an installation plate, a first sliding chute is arranged on the installation plate, a sliding plate is connected onto the first sliding chute in a sliding mode, one end of the sliding plate is connected with a vertical installation plate, a through groove is formed in the middle of the vertical installation plate, a worm is arranged in the through groove, and the second rotating shaft penetrates through the vertical installation plate and is connected with the worm; a worm wheel is matched with the lower side of the worm and is rotationally connected with the vertical mounting plate; a third rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the worm gear and connected with a first connecting rod, the first connecting rod is connected with a second connecting rod through a first hinge, and the second connecting rod is hinged with a second hinge arranged on the connecting plate; the sliding plate is connected with the vertical column in a sliding mode through a horizontal plate.
9. The sewage treatment device of claim 8, wherein the second rotating shaft is provided with at least one second sliding groove, and the worm is in sliding connection with the second sliding groove through a pin key.

The sewage treatment device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the sewage preliminary flocculation treatment device comprises a support frame, and the center of the support frame is connected with the bottom of the second tank body through a support column; the supporting frame is connected with the bottom end of the first rotating shaft, an inner gear ring is arranged in the supporting frame, a helical gear is meshed on the inner gear ring, a fourth rotating shaft is fixedly connected onto the helical gear, and a stirring piece is fixedly connected to the other end of the fourth rotating shaft; the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a bent rod, the other end of the bent rod is fixedly connected with a sleeve, and the sleeve is rotatably sleeved outside the fourth rotating shaft; the bending rod is internally provided with a first cavity, the first cavity is communicated with a second cavity arranged on the first rotating shaft, the sleeve is internally provided with an annular cavity, the first cavity is communicated with the inside of the annular cavity, and the side wall of the sleeve is provided with a communicating hole communicated with the annular cavity and the outside.
