the positioning frame assembly (200) is positioned on the vehicle door (001) and can be used for enabling an adult palm to penetrate through the upper liquid inlet (211);
the inner-layer bag body (300) is a waterproof bag body with an opening, the outer-layer bag body (400) is a waterproof bag body with an opening, the opening positions of the inner-layer bag body (300) and the outer-layer bag body (400) are positioned on the positioning frame assembly (200), the outer-layer bag body (400), the positioning frame assembly (200) and the inner-layer bag body (300) form a closed space, and the closed space is provided with an air inlet (410);
the balloon inflation assembly (500) plays a role in introducing gas into the closed space so as to expand the closed space;
