Claims (6)

1. Die cutting apparatus, comprising:
a work table;
the power mechanism is arranged above the workbench through a bracket, and the output part of the power mechanism forms vertical downward stamping force;
the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning plate and a positioning block, the center of the top of the positioning plate is connected with the output part of the power mechanism, the positioning block is mounted at the bottom of the positioning plate, the positioning block comprises a plurality of groups of mounting sites, and each group of mounting sites corresponds to a die cutting range of one specification;
the die-cutting mechanism comprises a die-cutting plate and a die-cutting rule, the top of the die-cutting plate is connected with one group of mounting sites, and the die-cutting rule is mounted at the bottom of the die-cutting plate;
the limiting mechanism comprises a pair of feeding and discharging limiting plates and a pair of abutting limiting plates, the pair of feeding and discharging limiting plates are arranged oppositely, the pair of abutting limiting plates are arranged oppositely, the pair of feeding and discharging limiting plates are located in a die cutting space below the die cutting mechanism, the pair of feeding and discharging limiting plates are mounted on the workbench in a rotatable mode through rotating shafts respectively, and the pair of abutting limiting plates are adjusted in distance through abutting pieces respectively.
2. The die cutting apparatus of claim 1, wherein said power mechanism comprises:
the output shaft of the first motor is horizontally arranged, the middle part of the first motor is connected with the eccentric part of an eccentric wheel, and the end part of the first motor is connected with the bracket through a bearing;
the power transmission unit, it includes a pair of leading truck, punching press piece, ram rod, a pair of leading truck install in support and formation determining deviation, the both sides of punching press piece slide to set up between a pair of leading truck, the punching press piece through a link install in one side axle center department of eccentric wheel, the link with the punching press piece the eccentric wheel is articulated, the bottom of punching press piece is connected the ram rod, the top center department of locating plate connects the ram rod, the ram rod forms power unit's output.

The die cutting equipment of claim 1 wherein the positioning plate comprises a force bearing plate at the center, a square frame at the periphery and a cross connecting rod, wherein multiple sets of mounting sites are mounted on the cross connecting rod and are distributed at equal intervals from the center to the periphery.

The die cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the die cutting plate is a square frame structure composed of four bars, a set of mounting points are connected to the middle points of the tops of the four bars, the die cutting tool is mounted on the bottoms of the four bars, a die cutting pre-pressing unit is disposed at the four top points of the bottoms of the four bars, the die cutting pre-pressing unit includes a blind slot, a protection spring, a touch rod and a touch block, the bottom of the touch rod is connected to the touch block, the two ends of the protection spring are respectively connected to the slot bottom of the blind slot and the touch rod, when the protection spring naturally extends, the touch rod extends out of the blind slot, the touch block is lower than the cutting edge of the die cutting tool, when the protection spring is compressed to a limit distance by an external force, the touch rod retracts into the blind slot, and the touch block is lower than the cutting edge of the die cutting tool.

The die cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second motor and a pair of engaging gears are provided inside the worktable, an output shaft of the second motor is fixedly connected with a gear shaft of one of the engaging gears, the gear shafts of the engaging gears are respectively connected with a pair of rotating shafts through belt transmission, the rotating shafts are connected with the feeding and discharging limiting plates through shaft sleeves which are fixedly sleeved outside, and the rotation of the output shaft of the second motor enables the pair of feeding and discharging limiting plates to rotate between a vertical upward state and a horizontal outward state.

The die cutting equipment according to claim 1, wherein a pair of tightening limiting plates are fixedly installed on the top surface of the workbench, opposite inner side surfaces of the pair of tightening limiting plates are provided with accommodating grooves, the accommodating grooves are provided with through holes, the tightening member comprises a mounting plate, a tightening unit, a tightening plate and a tightening spring, the mounting plate is fixedly installed on the workbench and is vertically connected to the outer side surfaces of the tightening limiting plates, the tightening plate is installed in the accommodating grooves, the tightening unit is installed on the mounting plate, and the tightening unit comprises: third motor, eccentric block, tight pole in top, guide cylinder, the guide cylinder install in the mounting panel, the output shaft of third motor pass through the bearing install in the mounting panel, the output shaft of third motor the eccentric block, the one end of tight pole in top is the semi-circular end of expanding, its circumference when the eccentric block rotates contact force is applyed to the one end of tight pole in top, the other end of tight pole in top passes in proper order the guide cylinder connect perpendicularly behind the through hole the tight board in top, the tight spring housing in top is located tight pole in shrink top rigid coupling and both ends rigid coupling in the tight limiting plate in top with the tight board in top, the output shaft of second motor rotates and makes the tight pole top pushes up the interval of tight board in order to adjust a pair of tight board in top.
