The air pressure is filled into a closed annular cavity formed between the I-shaped plunger body and the valve body and between the I-shaped plunger body and the valve seat, the valve seat and the lip-shaped sealing ring are integrally extruded from the valve seat cavity, the lip-shaped sealing ring is not damaged when being detached, and the reusability is ensured.

The upper-mounted ball valve has the advantages that the valve body is of an integral structure, the influence of external loads of pipelines such as thermal stress and mechanical stress does not exist, the leakage hidden danger of the connection part of the valve body connecting flange is avoided, the upper-mounted ball valve also has the characteristics of online disassembly and assembly maintenance and the like, and the upper-mounted ball valve is widely applied to ultra-low temperature pipeline systems. At present, a lip-shaped sealing ring is generally adopted for radial sealing between a valve seat and a valve body of the ultralow-temperature top-mounted ball valve, the lip-shaped sealing ring is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) materials, initial sealing is realized by self elasticity as well as an O-shaped sealing ring, the lip-shaped sealing ring also has a pressure self-sealing function, the sealing performance of the lip-shaped sealing ring rises along with the rise of pressure, and the manufacturing cost of the lip-shaped sealing ring is higher. Therefore, when the valve seat sealing surface of the upper-mounted ball valve needs to be replaced after being worn, the lip-shaped sealing ring needs to be maintained not to be damaged and to be reused in the dismounting process. However, when the valve seat is disassembled on line at present, the lip-shaped sealing ring cannot come out along with the valve seat due to friction force and is retained in the valve seat hole, and when the lip-shaped sealing ring is disassembled by the existing tool, the lip-shaped sealing ring is deformed and damaged easily due to uneven force applied to the lip-shaped sealing ring in the circumferential direction by the disassembling tool, and cannot be reused, so that waste is caused.
