The utility model provides a safety device for spot welder which characterized in that: comprises a machine body (1) and an operation table (12); an operating table (12) is arranged at the side end of the machine body (1); a safe emergency stop button (13) is arranged on the operating platform (12); a placing plate (16) is fixedly connected to the top end of the operating table (12); a pressing structure (14) is arranged on the machine body (1); the bottom end of the pressing structure (14) is fixedly connected with a spot welding head (15); a position-fixing plate (17) is fixedly connected to the side end of the pressing structure (14); the position-fixing plate (17) is connected with a sliding rod (18) in a sliding way; the bottom end of the sliding rod (18) is fixedly connected with a safety pressing plate (21); a second number connecting piece (20) is fixedly connected to the top end of the position-fixing plate (17); a signal connecting piece (19) is fixedly connected to the side end of the safety pressing plate (21); a protective plate (22) is arranged on the operating platform (12); a limiting cylinder (23) is fixedly connected to the protective plate (22); a protective glove (24) is arranged on the limiting cylinder (23); the protective plate (22) is rotatably connected with a rotating plate (25).
