The male die 3 continues to punch so that the two bending arms 14 move downwards and start to gradually punch the two ends of the steel belt 5, at the moment, the bending support columns 10 serve as support points, the two ends of the steel belt 5 are bent under the action of the bending arms to form a U shape, and the stage is the primary bending of the steel belt 5; the punch body 1 continues to punch to make the bending arm 14 continue to punch, that is, the arc surface 1402 of the bending arm 14 continues to extrude the bending support column 10 after extruding the steel strip 5, and under the combined action of the arc surface 1402 and the bending support column 10, the bending arm 14 starts to rotate, that is, the bottom end of the bending arm 14 moves in the phase and punches the two ends of the steel strip 5, so that the steel strip 5 is formed into a final "heart" shape, and this stage is the last bending of the steel strip 5. The whole manufacturing process is completed step by step, and full-automatic one-step forming of chicken heart ring manufacturing is realized.
