As shown in fig. 1, the rapid cleaning and sterilizing device for acupuncture and moxibustion cupping device for traditional Chinese medicine treatment comprises a shell 100, a partition 200, a cleaning chamber 300, a drying chamber 400, a liquid storage device 500, a placement device 600 and a liquid injection device 700;
as shown in fig. 1, a partition board 200 is fixedly connected inside the casing 100, and the disinfection apparatus body is divided into a left part and a right part by the partition board 200, wherein the left part is a cleaning chamber 300, and the right part is a drying chamber 400; the lower end of the cleaning chamber 300 is fixedly connected with a transverse plate 340, the transverse plate 340 is fixedly provided with an ultrasonic transducer 320, the cleaning chamber 300 further comprises a water outlet pipe 330, the water outlet pipe 330 is positioned below the transverse plate 340, one end of the water outlet pipe passes through the transverse plate 340, and the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the shell 100 and is used for discharging waste liquid outwards; two upright columns 310 are fixedly connected to the opposite side walls of the cleaning chamber 300; the liquid storage device 500 is fixedly connected to the left side of the shell 100, the liquid storage device 500 comprises a disinfectant liquid storage tank 510 and a disinfectant liquid storage tank 520, the disinfectant liquid storage tank 510 is used for storing disinfectant liquid, and disinfectant liquid can be conveyed to the liquid injection device 700 through a liquid guide pipe 750; the deoiling liquid storage tank 520 is used for storing deoiling liquid and can convey the deoiling liquid to the spray part 613 through a first liquid conveying pipe 661;
as shown in fig. 2, a circular hole 311 and a groove 312 are arranged in the upright 310, the length of the upright 310 is at least two thirds of the depth of the cleaning chamber 300, and the placing device 600 is used for adjusting the depth in the cleaning chamber 300; the circular hole 311 and the groove 312 have the same length, and are at least three-quarters of the depth of the pillar 310.
The placement device 600 as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5 includes a placement plate 610, a paddle assembly 620, a connecting bar 630, a sliding bar assembly 640, a base assembly 650 and an infusion assembly 660; a plurality of placing holes 611 are uniformly formed in the placing plate 610, the diameter of each placing hole 611 is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the acupuncture cupping device 800, annular upper spraying parts 613 are arranged at the edges of the placing holes 611, and the upper spraying parts 613 are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the placing plate 610 and used for cleaning the outer wall of the acupuncture cupping device 800 from top to bottom; two ends of the placing plate 610 are fixedly connected with a fixture block 612, the width of the fixture block 612 is equal to the width of the fixture block 612, and the fixture block 612 can be attached to the round hole 311 and the groove 312 of the upright post 310 to move up and down.
The poking piece assembly 620 comprises a grating cover 621, a first spring 622, a first sliding sleeve 623, a first sliding rod 624 and a grating bar 625, wherein the grating cover 621 is a rectangular grating plate, the grating cover 621 is positioned above the placing hole 611 and is used for covering the acupuncture cupping device 800 so as to keep the opening of the acupuncture cupping device 800 horizontal, and the first sliding sleeve 623 is fixedly connected to two sides of the grating cover 621; two ends of the first sliding bar 624 are fixedly connected to the placing plate 610, a first sliding sleeve 623 is sleeved on the left half part of the first sliding bar 624, and a first spring 622 is sleeved on the right half part of the first sliding bar 624; the right side of the first spring 622 is fixedly connected to the first sliding rod 624, and the left side thereof is fixedly connected to the first sliding sleeve 623; the first spring 622 and the first sliding sleeve 623 can slide left and right on the first sliding rod 624; the grid bars 625 are uniformly fixed on the grid cover 621, and the minimum distance between the grid bars 625 is larger than the diameter of the liquid injection head 720.
One end of the connecting rod 630 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the placing plate 610, the connection position is located outside the upper spraying part 613, the other end of the connecting rod 630 is fixedly connected to the base assembly 650, and the length of the connecting rod 630 is equal to the height of the acupuncture cupping device 800.
Further, the acupuncture cupping device 800 is placed between the placement hole 611 and the base assembly 650 with the opening facing upward.
The sliding rod assembly 640 includes an upright rod 641, a nut 642 and a damping sleeve 643, one end of the upright rod 641 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the fixture block 612, the nut 642 is sleeved on the upright rod 641, a section of thread groove matched with the nut 642 is formed in the inner wall of the top of the round hole 311, the damping sleeve 643 is arranged above the nut 642, the inner wall of the damping sleeve 643 abuts against the outer wall of the upright rod 641, and the damping sleeve 643 can move on the upright rod 641 under the action of human power.
As shown in fig. 6, the base assembly 650 includes a base 651, a locating port 652 and a lower spray detail 653; the base 651 is disc-shaped, a positioning opening 652 is formed in the center of the circle, the positioning opening is used for enabling the acupuncture cupping device 800 to be located at the center of the base 651, and the diameter of the base 651 is larger than the outer diameter of the upper spraying part 613; a lower spraying part 653 is arranged on the upper surface of the base 651, and a small hole for draining water is formed between the positioning hole 652 and the lower spraying part 653; the shape and size of the lower spray part 653 are the same as those of the upper spray part 613, and the axes of the base 651, the upper spray part 613 and the lower spray part 653 are coincident; one end of the connecting rod 630 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the placing plate 610, and the other end is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base 651.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the infusion set 660 includes a first infusion tube 661 and a second infusion tube 662; one end of the first infusion pipe 661 extends into the deoiling liquid storage tank 520 of the liquid storage device 500, and solution is transported by a water pump, and the other end of the first infusion pipe 661 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the placing plate 610, and is divided into a plurality of channels which are communicated with the upper spraying parts 613 one by one, and used for transporting the deoiling liquid to the upper spraying parts 613; one end of the second infusion tube 662 is fixedly connected to the upper spraying part 613, and the other end of the second infusion tube is fixedly connected to the lower spraying part 653, so that the degreasing fluid in the upper spraying part 613 is delivered to the lower spraying part 653.
The liquid injection device 700 comprises a liquid injection head 720 and a liquid guide pipe 750, one end of the liquid guide pipe 750 is fixedly connected with the liquid injection head 720, and the other end of the liquid guide pipe 750 extends into the disinfectant liquid storage tank 510 of the liquid storage device 500 to convey the solution through a water pump; the liquid injection head 720 is a hollow cylindrical pipe, and can extend into the acupuncture and moxibustion cupping device 800 through the grill cover 621, so as to inject a disinfectant into the acupuncture and moxibustion cupping device 800.
The acupuncture cupping device for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this application embodiment washs degassing unit fast in actual operation:
1. the operator first takes the placing device 600, stirs the pick-up assembly 620, and places the acupuncture cupping device 800 to be cleaned between the grill cover 621 and the base assembly 650.
2. After the acupuncture cupping device 800 is fixed, the upright rod 641 and the fixture block 612 are inserted into the round hole 311 and the groove 312 in the upright post 310, the height of the nut 642 and the damping sleeve 643 on the upright rod 641 is adjusted by hands, then the nut 642 and the round hole 311 are connected in a threaded manner, the inner wall of the damping sleeve 643 is abutted against the outer wall of the upright rod 641, the upright rod 641 and the placing plate 610 cannot displace downwards under the action of gravity, the depth of the fixture block 612 in the round hole 311 can be easily adjusted, and the depth of the placing plate 610 in the cleaning chamber 300 can be easily controlled. And since the width of the groove 312 is equal to the width of the latch 612, the latch 612 plays a role of limiting the placing plate 610, and the placing plate 610 does not shake during the washing process.
3. The liquid injection head 720 of the liquid injection device 700 is inserted into the acupuncture cupping device 800 at intervals through the grid bars 625 on the grid cover 621, and simultaneously the water pumps in the disinfectant liquid storage tank 510 and the degreasing liquid storage tank 520 are opened. At the moment, the upper spraying part 613 can spray the deoiling liquid on the outer wall of the cup body 810 of the acupuncture cupping device 800 from top to bottom, and the lower spraying part 653 can spray the deoiling liquid on the outer wall of the acupuncture cupping device 800 from bottom to top; meanwhile, the injection head 720 is used for filling the acupuncture cupping device 800 with the disinfectant solution, so that the disinfectant solution can be injected into the acupuncture cupping device 800; when the liquid injection head 720 fills the acupuncture cupping device 800 with the disinfection solution, the water pump in the disinfection solution storage tank 510 is closed to stop injecting the disinfection solution, and then the acupuncture cupping device is continuously soaked for a period of time for disinfection and sterilization.
4. After cleaning and disinfection, the water pump is turned off, the acupuncture cupping device 800 is taken out from the placing plate 610 by hands, and the acupuncture cupping device 800 is placed back on the placing plate 610 after the disinfection solution in the acupuncture cupping device 800 is poured out. Waste liquid is discharged through the outlet pipe 330 in the cleaning chamber 300.
5. The clean water is injected into the cleaning chamber 300, the depth of the placing plate 610 in the cleaning chamber 300 is adjusted so that the acupuncture cupping device 800 is completely soaked in the clean water, and the ultrasonic transducer 320 is turned on to clean the acupuncture cupping device 800. After the washing is completed, the waste liquid is discharged through the water outlet pipe 330 in the washing chamber 300, and the acupuncture cupping unit 800 is moved up from the placing plate 610 to the drying chamber 400 to be dried.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
the upper spraying part 613 and the lower spraying part 653 can spray and clean the acupuncture cupping device 800 with a large outer wall radian, and meanwhile, the problem that oil stains on the outer wall of the acupuncture cupping device 800 and germs inside the acupuncture cupping device are not washed and disinfected respectively in the prior art is solved by matching the liquid injection device 700, so that the more thorough disinfection and washing effects of the acupuncture cupping device 800 are realized.
Example two
The acupuncture and moxibustion cupping device rapid cleaning and disinfecting device for traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the first embodiment discovers that acupuncture and moxibustion cupping devices 800 with different specifications cannot be cleaned and disinfected in the cleaning and disinfecting process, and in order to enable the device to clean and disinfect acupuncture and moxibustion cupping devices 800 with different specifications, the embodiment of the application further optimizes the placing device 600 on the basis of the above embodiment.
As shown in fig. 8, the connecting rod 630 includes a second spring 631, a second sliding sleeve 632, and a second sliding rod 633, the upper end of the second sliding rod 633 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the placing plate 610, the lower end of the second sliding rod 633 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the second spring 631, and the second spring 631 is sleeved outside the second sliding rod 633; the second sliding sleeve 632 is sleeved outside the second spring 631, the upper end of the second sliding sleeve 632 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the second spring 631, and the lower end is fixed on the base 651; the length of the connecting rod 630 can be extended downward by the cooperation of the second spring 631, the minimum length of the connecting rod 630 is equal to the minimum height of the acupuncture cupping devices 800 with different specifications, and the maximum length is equal to the maximum height of the acupuncture cupping devices 800 with different specifications.
Furthermore, the length of the second infusion tube 662 in the infusion set 660 is equal to the maximum length of the connecting rod 630, and the second infusion tube 662 is made of a soft material.
Further, the diameter of the placing hole 611 in the placing device 600 is larger than the maximum diameter of the acupuncture cupping device 800 in different sizes.

can disinfect and wash the acupuncture cupping devices 800 with different specifications, and improves the practicability of the device.
EXAMPLE III
In consideration of the practical use, the acupuncture cupping device 800 needs to be taken out from the placing plate 610 by hands after the disinfection is completed, the disinfection solution in the acupuncture cupping device 800 is poured out and then put back, the operation is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the disinfection solution is easy to splash onto hands when poured out, so that the skin is irritated and damaged. In view of the above problems, the embodiments of the present application optimize the functions and structures of the liquid injection device 700 and the sheet assembly 620 based on the above embodiments.
The functions of liquid pumping and air blowing are added on the basis of the original liquid injection function of the liquid injection device 700; after the disinfection, the disinfectant inside the acupuncture cupping device 800 is directly extracted through the liquid injection device 700, and then the residual solution inside the acupuncture cupping device 800 is taken away through the blowing function.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the fixing part 730 is a hollow cylindrical channel, one end of the fixing part is fixedly connected with the catheter 750, the other end of the fixing part is fixedly connected with the liquid injection head 720, and the diameter of the fixing part 730 is larger than that of the liquid injection head 720; the third spring 710 is sleeved outside the liquid injection head 720, one end of the third spring is fixedly connected with the fixed part 730, and the other end of the third spring is fixedly connected with the magnet ring block 740;
the magnet ring block 740 is sleeved outside the liquid injection head 720, and the third spring 710 can drive the magnet ring block 740 to move on the liquid injection head 720 in a stretching and retracting manner; the distance between the magnet ring block 740 and the liquid injection port of the liquid injection head 720 is larger than the maximum depth inside the acupuncture cupping device 800 in different specifications under the condition of not being subjected to external force;
the magnet ring block 740 is sleeved outside the liquid injection head 720, and the third spring 710 can drive the magnet ring block 740 to move on the liquid injection head 720 in a stretching and retracting manner.
The liquid injection device 700 further comprises an arc-shaped air supply part 760;
as shown in fig. 11, the arc-shaped air supply part 760 is a hollow cavity, the bottom end of the arc-shaped air supply part 760 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the liquid injection head 720, the length of the connection position is equal to one third of the minimum height of the acupuncture cupping devices 800 with different specifications, the whole arc-shaped air supply part extends outwards, and the distance from the top end to the liquid injection head 720 is smaller than the minimum radius of the acupuncture cupping devices 800 with different specifications, so that the liquid injection head 720 and the arc-shaped air supply part 760 can extend into the acupuncture cupping devices 800 with different specifications;
a plurality of air outlets are distributed on the arc-shaped air supply part 760, so that air can be blown into the acupuncture cupping device 800 from different directions, and residual disinfectant in the acupuncture cupping device 800 can be taken out as much as possible;
preferably, the number of the arc-shaped air supply parts 760 is two, and the two arc-shaped air supply parts 760 are symmetrically arranged, so that the arc-shaped air supply parts 760 can surround both sides of the acupuncture needle 820 when in use.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, sliding grooves are formed on the upper side and the lower side of the opening of the grill cover 621, the upper end of the grill bar 625 extends into the sliding groove on the upper side of the grill cover 621, and the lower end extends into the sliding groove on the lower side of the grill cover 621; the two ends of the grid bars 625 are attached to the sliding grooves on the two sides of the grid cover 621 and can move left and right on the grid cover 621 in a matched manner.
Preferably, the maximum distance between two adjacent grid bars 625 is greater than the maximum horizontal distance between two arc-shaped air supply parts 760, so that the liquid injection head 720 and the arc-shaped air supply parts 760 can penetrate through the grid cover 621

1) the operator firstly adjusts the position of the grille bars 625 on the grille cover 621, penetrates the liquid injection head 720 through the grille cover 621 and extends into the acupuncture cupping device 800, and then adjusts the position of the grille bars 625 again, so that the two ends of the liquid injection head 720 are clamped by the grille bars 625;
2) then the magnet ring block 740 on the injection head 720 is elongated, so that the magnet ring block 740 is attracted on the grating cover 621 under the action of magnetic force, and at the moment, the injection head 720 can prop against the inner wall of the acupuncture cupping device 800 under the action of the elastic force of the third spring 710;
3) then, the operator opens the liquid injection function in the disinfectant liquid storage tank 510, injects disinfectant liquid into the acupuncture cupping device 800 through the liquid injection device 700, closes the liquid injection function after the liquid injection is full, extracts the disinfectant liquid through the suction function of the liquid injection device 700 after the disinfection is finished, and closes the suction function after the suction is finished;
4) then the blowing function of the liquid injection device 700 is opened, strong wind enters the arc-shaped air supply part 760 to blow the inside of the acupuncture cupping device 800 from all directions through the air outlet, residual disinfectant in the acupuncture cupping device 800 is taken out as much as possible, and the blowing function of the liquid injection device 700 is closed after the blowing is finished;
5) finally, the liquid injection device 700 is removed from the grid cover 621, and the disinfection of the interior of the acupuncture cupping device 800 is completed.
