Referring to fig. 5 and 7, specifically, the protrusion 6 is a strip-shaped protrusion extending along the axial direction of the heating cavity 3, the plurality of strip-shaped protrusions are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cross section of the heating cavity 3, a heating element 5 is arranged in each groove 7, a pair of electrode rings 20 used for being connected with an external power supply 22 is arranged at two ends of the protrusion 6 in the heating cavity 3, two ends of the heating element 5 are respectively electrically connected with the pair of electrode rings 20, and the external power supply 22 supplies power to the heating element 5 through the electrode rings 20, so as to heat the smoking article 4. Wherein, for uniform heating of the smoking article 4, the heating element 5 is preferably arranged along the length of the groove 7, and furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 6 may be designed as a circular arc, an elliptical arc or other arcs according to design requirements.
Of course, in practical application, the protrusion 6 may also be a dot-shaped protrusion, the cross section of the dot-shaped protrusion gradually decreases toward the root, the dot-shaped protrusions are arranged in rows along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the heating cavity 3, and each row includes a plurality of dot-shaped protrusions arranged at regular intervals; that is to say, a plurality of circumferential grooves and axial grooves which are distributed in a staggered manner are formed between the dot-shaped convex portions, an airflow channel 17 is formed between the axial grooves and the smoking article 4, and the heating element 5 can be arranged in the circumferential groove 7 and/or the axial grooves, so that the heat received by the smoking article 4 is a heat transfer mode of three ways, namely heat conduction of the convex portions 6, air convection heat transfer of the grooves 7 and radiation heat transfer because the convex point area of the convex portions 6 is small and the contact area with the smoking article 4 is also small.
Specifically, the heating element 5 is formed by printing or coating the resistor circuit on the groove 7, and the resistor circuit is covered with a protective glaze layer (not shown). By the design mode, the resistance circuit can be prevented from being directly exposed in an oxidation environment to cause oxidation failure of the resistance circuit, and the service life of the heating element 5 is prolonged. Of course, the heating element 5 may also be a heating wire or a heating sheet.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, it can be understood that, in the practical application process, the heating cavity 3 is formed by rolling a substrate layer 18, a corrugated layer 19 is arranged on the inner side of the substrate layer 18, the wave crests of the corrugated layer 19 form the convex portions 6, the wave troughs of the corrugated layer 19 form the grooves 7, and the shape of the corrugations is divided into 3 types, i.e., V-shaped, U-shaped and UV-shaped, according to the size of the corrugated arc. The U-shaped corrugated peak of the U-shaped corrugation is close to a circle, the arc radius is larger, and the energy absorption capacity is large; the V-shaped corrugation peak of the V-shaped corrugation is close to a triangle, the arc radius is smaller, and the contact area between the corrugation peak and the cigarette paper is small; the shape of the UV-shaped corrugation is between that of the U-shaped corrugation and that of the V-shaped corrugation, most of the advantages of the U-shaped corrugation and the V-shaped corrugation are achieved, and the radius of the circular arc is between that of the U-shaped corrugation and that of the V-shaped corrugation. In addition, the sizes and the heights of the corrugations can be different, and the shape, the size and the height of the corrugations determine the proportion of the increase of the surface area in the heating cavity.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the heating element 5 is disposed between the wave crests of the corrugated layer 19, one end of the electrode ring 20 is fixed on the substrate layer 18 and is electrically connected to the PCB 13 for controlling the output of current, the other end of the electrode ring is provided with the conductive elastic sheet 21, one end of the conductive elastic sheet 21 is fixed on the electrode ring 20, the other end of the conductive elastic sheet 21 is a free end and can bounce to two sides and is communicated with the heating element 5, the conductive elastic sheet 21, the electrode ring 20 and the heating element 5 jointly form a complete circuit loop, when current starts to be output, the electrode ring 20, the conductive elastic sheet 21 and the heating element 5 form a circuit loop after being electrified, and the heating element 5 starts to generate heat. The heating element 5 is a component which can generate heat after being connected with electricity and is characterized by small square resistance, fast heating, high use temperature and strong oxidation resistance. Metal materials such as tungsten, silver and platinum are commonly used. The substrate layer 18 may be made of alumina, glass, metal foil, or the like.
The manufacturing process of the heating element (alumina substrate) is as follows: covering an upper convex layer on an alumina casting green body (a base material layer 18), and arranging corrugated arcs on the convex layer in a rolling way and the like to form V-shaped, U-shaped and UV-shaped corrugations which are regularly arranged; printing or coating resistance lines at the grooves 7 of the corrugated layer 19 to form a heating element 5 for heating; the heating element 5 and the corrugated layer 19 are integrated by hot-press lamination or isostatic lamination. After rolling, degumming, co-sintering, glazing and bonding wires, a heating element assembly can be formed.
The manufacturing process of the heating element (metal substrate) comprises the following steps: a raised layer is coated on the base material layer 18, and corrugated shapes are formed on the raised layer by rolling and other modes; and (3) printing or coating a resistance circuit on the groove 7 of the corrugated layer 19 to form a heating element 5 for heating, and forming a heating element assembly after drying, rolling, degumming, sintering, glazing and welding wires.
