Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a pet pot 100, which is mainly used for feeding pets such as cats, and the pet pot 100 includes a bin 10 and a base 20.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, a mounting groove 21 is formed on one side of the base 20 facing the bin 10, and the bin 10 is rotatably disposed in the mounting groove 21. A gap d is formed between the part of the cartridge body 10 positioned in the mounting groove 21 and the groove wall 212 of the mounting groove 21, and the gap d encloses to form an object channel 30. A through hole 211 is formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 21, the through hole 211 is arranged opposite to the bin body 10, the object channel 30 is communicated with the through hole 211, and an object entering from the object channel 30 can fall to a placing surface on which the pet basin 100 is placed through the through hole 211, namely, the through hole 211 is communicated with a placing surface on which the pet basin 100 is placed in future.
Wherein, the placing surface may be a floor, a table, or other medium surface capable of supporting the pet basin 100.
Referring to fig. 7, it should be noted that the bin 10 may be cylindrical, for example, the bin 10 is a roller, the roller may be supported by four rollers 50 in the mounting groove 21, one end of the roller is provided with a transmission gear engaged with the output gear 60 of the driving motor, and the roller is driven by the output gear 60 of the driving motor to roll on the base 20.
When an object (such as cat litter) enters between the bin body 10 and the mounting groove 21 from the object channel 30, namely, between the bin body 10 and the base 20, the object can fall from the through hole 211 to a placing surface for placing the pet basin 100, and the placing surface is like the ground, so that the cat litter falling between the bin body 10 and the base 20 can fall to the ground, and the fallen cat litter can be directly cleaned on the ground.
Dismantle the clearance card cat litter between storehouse body 10 and base 20 with storehouse body 10 from base 20 among the prior art, the clearance of being more convenient for. In addition, because the cat litter that enters into between storehouse body 10 and the mounting groove 21 can directly drop subaerially from through-hole 211, so can not take place the cat litter card between storehouse body 10 and mounting groove 21, also can not take place the condition that driving motor's output gear 60 and drive gear are blocked by the cat litter, also avoided the cat litter card like this to lead to the friction or influence storehouse body 10 pivoted problem between storehouse body 10 and base 20.
In one embodiment of the present application, optionally, the cross-sectional area of the through hole 211 is S, the cross-sectional area of the portion of the cartridge body 10 located in the mounting groove 21 is a, and the relationship is satisfied: s is more than or equal to 3A/5 and less than or equal to 2A/3.
In the present embodiment, the cross section of the through hole 211 means that the pet bowl 100 is placed on a horizontal ground, and is sectioned in a direction parallel to the horizontal ground, that is, is sectioned in a lateral direction. Similarly, the cross-section of the cartridge body 10 is also transversal in a direction parallel to the horizontal ground.
The limitation of the area of the cross section of the through hole 211, that is, the limitation of the size of the through hole 211, can avoid the problem that the object (cat litter) entering the object passage 30 is not easy to fall from the through hole 211 due to the small size of the through hole 211. The object entering the object channel 30 can be timely dropped onto the placing surface by limiting the size of the through hole 211 and the portion of the bin body 10 located in the mounting groove 21 in proportion.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the groove wall 212 of the mounting groove 21 is disposed along the notch thereof to be inclined toward the through hole 211.
Specifically, the groove wall 212 of the mounting groove 21 is inclined along the notch thereof in a circular arc structure toward the through hole 211.
In the present embodiment, the groove wall 212 of the mounting groove 21 is inclined in the direction of the through hole 211 so that the groove wall 212 of the mounting groove 21 forms a single slope. Under the structure of this cell wall 212, the object (cat litter) that enters into between storehouse body 10 and the mounting groove 21 can follow the cell wall 212 landing that the slope set up to through-hole 211 department, and then drops to the face of placing from through-hole 211 on, the object (cat litter) of being convenient for slips through-hole 211 department in object passageway 30, can prevent effectively that the cat litter card from leading to the friction or influencing the pivoted problem of storehouse body 10 to take place between storehouse body 10 and base 20.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present application, the size of the inlet 31 of the object path 30 is optionally smaller than the size of the outlet of the object path 30.
In the present embodiment, by setting the size of the inlet 31 of the object path 30 smaller than the size of the outlet of the object path 30, that is, by adopting a strictly wide-in and wide-out uneven design, it is possible to smoothly drop to the placing surface through the through-hole 211. Specifically, at the entrance of the gap d between the drum and the base 20 (the entrance 31 of the object path 30), the gap d is controlled to be 3mm, and the inner gap d from the entrance toward the through-hole 211 gradually becomes larger. Like this, if the cat litter can fall into clearance d, then because of inside clearance d is bigger, ensure that the cat litter can fall to placing the face through-hole 211 smoothly.
In one embodiment of the present application, optionally, the area of the longitudinal section of the object passage 30 gradually increases from the inlet 31 of the object passage 30 to the outlet of the object passage 30.
In this embodiment, the longitudinal section of the object path 30 is a longitudinal section of the pet pot 100 placed on a horizontal ground surface, which is perpendicular to the horizontal ground surface. Wherein, the area of the longitudinal section of the object channel 30 gradually increases from the inlet 31 to the outlet, and adopts a uniform design of strict inlet and wide outlet. Such design makes the difficult import 31 of following object passageway 30 of cat litter get into, simultaneously, makes the cat litter that gets into object passageway 30 can be smooth along object passageway 30 through-hole 211 drop to the level ground on.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, in an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the pet basin 100 further includes a weight detecting component 40, and the weight detecting component 40 is disposed on the base 20 for detecting the weight of the pet basin 100. And further the weight of the cat can be detected.
Specifically, the weight detecting assembly 40 includes a bracket 41, a load cell 42 and a support leg 43, wherein the bracket 41 is fixed on the base 20, and the load cell 42 is fixed on the bracket 41. For example, the load cell 42 may be fixed to the bracket 41 by screws, or may be fixed to the bracket 41 by glue or other adhesive medium.
The supporting legs 43 are movably clamped on the weighing sensor 42 and penetrate through the base 20, and the base 20 can be supported on the placing surface by the supporting legs 43. When the pet bowl 100 is placed on the placement surface, the placement surface is taken as the ground for explanation, the support legs 43 contact with the ground, the support legs 43 press the weighing sensor 42 toward the support 41, that is, the base 20, the bin 10 and the weighing sensor 42 press down the support legs 43 together, at this time, the whole weight is pressed on the weighing sensor 42 and transmitted to the support legs 43 and the ground, and then the weighing sensor 42 records data.
Referring also to FIG. 13, to better press the load cell 42 against the feet 43 and make the touch load cell 42 more sensitive, contact pads 436 can be provided on the feet 43 with contact bumps oriented toward the load cell 42. Thus, when the foot 43 contacts the ground, the contact point 436 contacts the load cell 42, and the entire weight is pressed against the load cell 42 and transferred to the foot 43 and the ground.
The contact point 436 is made of a hard material, such as metal or plastic.
It should be noted here that the load cell 42 is electrically connected to the controller of the pet basin 100, and the controller displays the data recorded by the load cell 42 on the display screen of the pet basin 100, and the circuit connection structure is not improved compared with the prior art.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, more specifically, the base 20 includes an upper shell 202 and a bottom shell 201 which are connected in sequence, and the upper shell 202 and the bottom shell 201 are connected by screws. The mounting groove 21 is opened in the upper case 202, and the through hole 211 is opened in the upper case 202 and the bottom case 201 in a penetrating manner.
In addition, it should be noted that the shape of the through hole 211 can be designed according to design requirements, such as a circle, a square, an ellipse, a trapezoid, and the like.
Wherein, be provided with holding tank 2011 on the drain pan 201, run through has been seted up to the bottom of holding tank 2011 the connecting hole 2012 of drain pan 201, support 41 weighing sensor 42 with stabilizer blade 43 is located from top to bottom in proper order holding tank 2011. The bracket 41 is fixedly connected to the upper case 202, and the supporting leg 43 movably passes through the connecting hole 2012. Thereby facilitating the fixing of the bracket 41, the load cell 42 and the foot 43.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, in the above embodiment of the present application, the support leg 43 is movably engaged with the load cell 42. Specifically, the supporting leg 43 is provided with an accommodating cavity 431 for accommodating the weighing sensor 42, at least two opposite cavity walls of the accommodating cavity 431 extend towards the direction of the support 41 to form hooks 4311, and the hooks 4311 can be hooked on the top of the weighing sensor 42 to limit the supporting leg 43 to move towards the direction away from the support 41.
In the present embodiment, the load cell 42 is fixed to the bracket 41, and a part of the load cell 42 is located in the receiving cavity 431 of the leg 43. Taking the example of two hooks 4311, the two hooks 4311 are opposite to each other and can be hooked on the top of the load cell 42, so that when the pet bowl 100 is placed on the ground, the support leg 43 can move upward a small distance to press against the bottom of the load cell 42. The above-described structure of the hooks 4311 does not restrict the upward movement of the legs 43, that is, the movement in the direction approaching the bracket 41.
As shown in fig. 14, in the above embodiment of the present application, further, a limiting rib 432 is convexly disposed on the top of the supporting leg 43 toward the direction of the bracket 41, a limiting hole 421 is disposed on the load cell 42, the limiting hole 421 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the top of the load cell 42, the limiting rib 432 is disposed through a part of the limiting hole 421, and the limiting rib 432 is used for limiting the load cell 42 from moving in a direction parallel to the placing surface. That is, while the load cell 42 is fixed to the bracket 41, the limit rib 432 limits the lateral movement of the load cell 42, ensuring the reliability of the assembly.
