The enterprise account opening key prefabrication module 160 is coupled to the binding module 140 and the electronic private seal/electronic signature generation module 150, and is used for prefabricating a plurality of basic keys BKEY1-BKEY ym according to the electronic private seal/electronic signature EPS and the binding information BI, wherein the plurality of basic keys BKEY1-BKEY ym are used for applying to relevant institutions for issuing licenses and electronic business licenses for creating small and medium enterprises/individual industrial and commercial enterprises.
In one embodiment, the family members of the registered user may be one or more, such as all family members registered in the same household script, which may include dad, mom, and kids. When the family member of the registered user a has only one person, only the plurality of identity information IDA1-IDAn corresponding to the person need to be obtained, and only one electronic private seal/electronic signature EPS is generated. When the registered user has more than one family member, it needs to obtain a plurality of identity information IDA1-IDAn of all family members, and also generates the electronic private seal/electronic signature EPS of all family members.

It should be noted that the plurality of identity information IDA1-IDAn includes identity card information, personal privacy information, personal signature information, fingerprint, social security information, phone call, mailbox, biometric information, blood type, gene sequencing result, personal privacy feature information data, credit investigation information and/or personal photo information of the family member of the registered user, but this is only an example and not a limitation of the present invention. The telephone number is bound with other identity information, and under the authorized condition, the other identity information can be called through the telephone number. Please note that the plurality of certificate information DI1-DIm includes account book, house property card, ID card, social security card, driver's license, passport, and professional certificate, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other similar certificate information also belongs to the scope covered by the present invention. The telephone number is bound with a plurality of certificate information, and under the authorized condition, the related certificate information can be called through the telephone number.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a block diagram of a pre-authentication device 20 for home startup according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The home startup pre-authentication apparatus 20 of fig. 2 is similar to the home startup pre-authentication apparatus 10 of fig. 1, except that the home startup pre-authentication apparatus 20 of fig. 2 further includes an enterprise authentication activation module 220 and an electronic official seal generation module 210. The enterprise authentication activation module 220 is coupled to the enterprise account opening key pre-establishment module 160, and is configured to authenticate the plurality of basic keys BKEY1-BKEY ym, and activate the plurality of basic keys after the authentication is passed, so as to enable the related organizations to issue licenses and electronic business licenses for creating small and medium enterprises/individual business businesses to registered users.
In another embodiment, the first retrieving module 110 is further configured to obtain a plurality of business information CI1-CIm of the registered user and a corresponding plurality of second digital certificates DCB 1-DCBm. The information authentication module 130 is further configured to perform entity or digital authentication on the plurality of enterprise information CI1-CIm of the registered user according to the plurality of second digital certificates DCB1-DCBm and generate a plurality of authenticated enterprise information aCI 1-aCIm. The electronic official seal generation module 210 is coupled to the information authentication module 130 for generating an electronic official seal ECS of the registered user according to the plurality of authenticated identity information aIDA1-aIDAn and the plurality of authenticated enterprise information aCI 1-aCIm. And when the family member of the registered user is authorized, allowing the family member of the registered user to call the electronic private seal/electronic signature EPS and/or the electronic official seal ECS to complete the digital service.
It should be noted that the electronic official seal ECS is a broad concept, and all electronic signature molds such as official seals, corporate seals, special seals for invoices, financial seals, contract seals, etc. in various electronic/digital formats that can represent enterprises and have legal effectiveness are included.
Please note that the plurality of enterprise information CI1-CIm includes phone numbers, bound bank account numbers authorized by bank systems and/or government systems to register the user, electronic business licenses, tax control information, official seal numbers, legal certificate numbers, social credit codes and/or electronic certificate numbers, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other similar enterprise information also belongs to the scope covered by the present invention. The central control module 310 is used for receiving input and controlling the operations of the other modules 320 and 350, and allowing the family member of the registered user to invoke the electronic private seal/electronic signature EPS and/or the electronic official seal ECS to complete the digital service after the family member of the registered user obtains authorization.
Further, the communication module 320 may include: at least one of a 3G communication module, a 4G communication module, a 5G communication module, a WIFI module, a NBIoT module, a Bluetooth module, an NFC module and an infrared module; the communication module 320 supports the IPV4 and IPV6 protocols.
Note that the biometric data may include fingerprint information data, iris information data, and/or facial feature identification data, or any biometric data that can identify a user. In practical applications, one or more of them may be used in combination to perform the security identification.

an information authentication module, coupled to the first retrieving module, for performing entity or digital authentication on the plurality of identity information according to the plurality of first digital certificates and generating a plurality of authenticated identity information;
a binding module, coupled to the second retrieving module and the information authentication module, for binding the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of certificate information and generating binding information;
an electronic signature/privacy seal generation module, coupled to the information authentication module, for generating an electronic signature and/or privacy seal of the family members of the registered user according to the plurality of authenticated identity information; and
and the enterprise account opening key prefabricating module is coupled with the binding module and the electronic private seal/electronic signature generating module and is used for prefabricating a plurality of basic keys according to the electronic private seal and/or the electronic signature and the binding information, wherein the plurality of basic keys are used for applying for approving and issuing licenses and electronic business licenses of small and medium enterprises/individual industrial and commercial enterprises to relevant institutions.
2. The home startup pre-authentication apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the enterprise authentication activation module is coupled with the enterprise account opening key prefabrication module and used for authenticating the plurality of basic keys and activating the plurality of basic keys after the authentication is passed so as to prompt related organizations to verify and establish the license and the electronic business license of the small and medium-sized enterprise/individual business merchant to the registered user.

and when the family member of the registered user is authorized, allowing the family member of the registered user to call the electronic private seal/electronic signature and/or the electronic official seal to complete a digital service.

acquiring a plurality of identity information of family members of a registered user and a plurality of corresponding first digital certificates by using the first acquisition module;
acquiring a plurality of certificate information of family members of the registered user by utilizing the second acquisition module;
utilizing the information authentication module to perform entity or digital authentication on the plurality of identity information according to the plurality of first digital certificates and generate a plurality of authenticated identity information;
binding the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of certificate information by using the binding module, and generating binding information;
generating an electronic signature and/or an electronic privacy seal of a family member of the registered user according to the plurality of authenticated identity information by using the electronic privacy seal/electronic signature generation module; and
and utilizing the enterprise account opening key prefabricating module to prefabricate a plurality of basic keys according to the electronic private seal/electronic signature and the binding information, wherein the basic keys are used for applying for issuing and establishing the license and the electronic business license of the small and medium-sized enterprise/individual industrial and commercial business to related institutions.
11. The home startup pre-authentication method of claim 10, further comprising the steps of:

generating an electronic official seal of the registered user according to the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated enterprise information by using the electronic official seal generation module;
and when the registered user is authorized, allowing the family member of the registered user to call the electronic private seal/electronic signature and/or the electronic official seal to complete a digital service.
14. The home startup pre-authentication method of claim 13, further comprising the steps of:
providing a plurality of modules, wherein each module comprises a central control module, a communication module, an identity authentication module, a key module and a storage module, and the communication module, the identity authentication module, the key module and the storage module are connected with the central control module;
utilizing the communication module to realize communication between the registered user and an external server;
the identity authentication module is used for authenticating the biological identification data input by the family member of the registered user, and after the authentication is passed, the family member of the registered user is authorized;
storing a plurality of keys by using the key module, and encrypting the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated enterprise information according to corresponding keys in the plurality of keys to generate a plurality of encrypted authenticated identity information and a plurality of encrypted authenticated enterprise information;
storing, with the storage module, registered biometric data of a family member of the registered user, the plurality of encrypted authenticated identity information, the plurality of encrypted authenticated business information, the electronic private seal/electronic signature, and the electronic official seal; and
and receiving input and controlling the operation of other modules by utilizing the central control module, and allowing the family member of the registered user to call the electronic private seal/electronic signature and/or the electronic official seal to finish the digital service after the family member of the registered user obtains authorization.
