sending the user illness state description information carried in the remote medical consultation request information to target doctor medical terminal equipment corresponding to the target doctor user, and acquiring user illness state diagnosis information sent by the target doctor medical terminal equipment based on the user illness state description information, wherein the target doctor medical terminal equipment is used for displaying the user illness state description information to the target doctor user, responding to user illness state diagnosis operation performed by the target doctor user to generate corresponding user illness state diagnosis information, and sending the user illness state diagnosis information to the remote medical server;
