A is the evaluated row inspection operation field, and B is the mutual control row inspection operation field. And the mutual control train inspection operation field B scores the evaluated train inspection operation field A according to the standardized freight train evaluation standard, and the full score is 1000. The "acceptable" means a vehicle having an evaluation score of 900 points or more (inclusive), and the "unacceptable" means a vehicle having an evaluation score of less than 900 points. In the present invention, the above evaluation criteria are used in the specific examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other evaluation criteria and evaluation scores may be used.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the overall evaluation process is as follows:
(1) selecting an arrival and transfer operation property record L2 from operation records of a train-14 (namely, vehicle comprehensive information of train inspection, including train inspection train number, train inspection starting time, train inspection ending time and the like) of an inter-control train inspection operation field (train inspection 2), searching an operation record L1 closest to the L2 technical inspection starting time, and taking an L1 operation train inspection as an evaluated train inspection operation field (train inspection 1);
(2) matching the marshalling information of the trains of L1 and L2, identifying the trains as the same train when the overlapping rate of the train numbers is more than 95 percent, and beginning to evaluate the operation quality of the evaluated train inspection 1; the predetermined value of the number overlap ratio is 95%, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other ranges of the number overlap ratio may be adopted.
(3) And reporting typical faults and repairing vehicles to find vehicle fault codes by matching the mutual control train inspection operation field, or manually confirming the fault codes by a TFDS (thin film digital system) in front of the corresponding mutual control train inspection operation field, wherein two types of fault code information are successfully matched, namely, the evaluated train inspection operation field is determined to have fault missing inspection. The invention is not limited in this regard and may also include the use of other fault types.
(4) And (4) according to the standard freight car evaluation standard, deducting the missed inspection faults, and realizing the operation quality evaluation of the train inspection 1.
And judging that the two operation sites work in the same train standard:
(1) train comparison analysis is carried out by regularly utilizing the train number-14 coincidence rate every day
In the train-14, the arrival and transfer trains at the train inspection operation place are selected, for any train inspection record n, the train-14 record with the operation property of the start or transfer within 3 days before the technical inspection end time in n is inquired, and a plurality of train inspection records may be selected, wherein the train inspection record m of which the 'technical inspection completion time' is the nearest to the 'technical inspection start time' of n is taken. The job information of m and n form a collection, which is the basis of our data, n is the mutual control job site information, and m is the evaluated job site information.
(2) Train number information comparison
Comparing the formation train number information in the m and n train inspection records, wherein the train number coincidence rate is more than 95% (algorithm: the number of coincident trains/the number of formation trains in m), for example, the number of coincident trains m and n is 55, and the number of formation trains in the m train inspection record is 56, the coincidence rate is 55/56 and is approximately equal to 98%, namely, the trains are considered to be the same train.
The train number in the train inspection record m and the train number in the train inspection record n may not be completely the same, the train numbers of the two are compared, and the unmatched train numbers in n do not participate in quality evaluation.
(3) Basis for marking standardized truck quality for inter-control train inspection operation field
Based on the data base, for the car numbers which have operated in the two operation fields, three types of faults can be found according to the following modes:
according to the car number, searching for the repair fault record within 7 days after the technical inspection end time of the inter-control train inspection operation site, and obtaining the repair fault information of the car number;
according to the train number, matching the technical inspection end time of the inter-control train inspection operation field with the train number, the operation field and the date in the typical fault table to obtain the typical fault of the train number;
and searching TFDS of the train number within 2 hours before the technical inspection end time of the inter-control train inspection operation field according to the train number to confirm the fault.
After the faults are obtained, if any two of the three types of faults can correspond to the same fault, matching the standardized freight car evaluation standard according to the fault codes of the faults to obtain the deduction condition of the car number.
