The invention discloses a method for opening an application at any position of a mobile phone interface, which comprises a mobile phone presetting system capable of adjusting the mobile phone application, wherein the mobile phone presetting system comprises a storage module, a screen detection module and an application control module; and then appointing and adjusting the area of any blank instruction on the screen and setting an activation mode.
