Referring to fig. 2, in an initial state, an included angle is formed between the movable clamping bar 2 and the fixed clamping bar 3, when the lithium battery 4 is gradually embedded into the limit clamping groove 6 at the top of the limit plate 5, at this time, the traction mechanism is started, and then one end of the pull rope fixedly connected with the movable clamping bar 2 is loosened, so that the movable clamping bar 2 is gradually in a horizontal state under the action of the torsion spring movably hinged with the movable clamping bar 2, after the electrode plate 7 on the lithium battery 4 is just contacted with the test electrode 8 at the top of the fixed clamping bar 3, the test electrode 8 at the bottom of the movable clamping bar 2 is just tightly pressed on the top of the electrode plate 7, so that the electrode plate 7 is clamped between the movable clamping bar 2 and the fixed clamping bar 3, at this time, the pressing plate 20 is rotated, so that the pressing plate 20 is tightly pressed on the top surface of the lithium battery 4, and then the power supply on the detection machine body 1 can be started for testing;
after the test is finished, the pressing plate 20 can be rotated to a position where the pressing plate is separated from the top of the lithium battery 4, and when the lithium battery 4 is gradually separated from the inside of the limiting clamping groove 6, the traction mechanism can gradually pull one end of the pull rope fixedly connected with the movable clamping rod 2, so that the movable clamping rod 2 is gradually separated from the top of the electrode plate 7, and meanwhile, the lithium battery 4 moves upwards to finally extend out of the upper port of the limiting clamping groove 6, so that the lithium battery 4 can be conveniently taken out;
referring to fig. 7, when the pressing plate 20 rotates to the upper end of the limiting slot 6, because the included angle between the pressing plate 20 and the wire pulling rod 24 is an obtuse angle, the wire pulling rod 24 fixedly connected to the rotating rod 23 will not pull the pull rope connecting the movable clamping rod 2 and the traction mechanism, and when the lithium battery 4 needs to be taken out from the limiting slot 6, the pressing plate 20 needs to rotate to a position separated from the top of the lithium battery 4, the wire pulling rod 24 fixedly connected to the rotating rod 23 will pull the pull rope connecting the movable clamping rod 2 and the traction mechanism backwards, the end of the pull rope connected to the traction mechanism is fixed, and the pull rope will drive the end fixedly connected to the movable clamping rod 2, i.e. drive the movable clamping rod 2 to lift a distance, so that the movable clamping rod 2 is separated from the top of the electrode plate 7, and then when the lithium battery 4 is slowly released, the lithium battery 4 will gradually move upwards, and meanwhile, the movable clamping rod 2 will continuously lift upwards, so that the design that one end of the movable clamping rod 2 is lifted first avoids the friction damage of the electrode plate 7 caused by the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3 at the moment that the lithium battery 4 moves upwards;
according to the invention, the electrode plate 7 is clamped and fixed through the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3, the lithium battery 4 drives the electrode plate 7 to continuously approach to the test electrode 8 on the fixed clamping rod 3, the fixed clamping rod 3 will continuously approach to the top of the electrode plate 7, finally, when the bottom of the electrode plate 7 is contacted with the test electrode 8 on the fixed clamping rod 3, the test electrode 8 on the movable clamping rod 2 is also contacted with the top of the electrode plate 7, and the electrode plate 7 is clamped by the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3 at the moment, compared with the existing embedded clamping mode, the clamping mode avoids friction between the electrode plate 7 and the test electrode 8, further avoids damaging the electrode plate 7, and also avoids the influence on the test caused by static electricity generated by friction between the electrode plate 7 and the test electrode 8 when the air humidity is low;
meanwhile, compared with the prior art, the electrode plate 7 is clamped without using electric devices such as an air cylinder and the like, so that energy is saved, and meanwhile, when the lithium battery 4 is completely embedded into the limiting clamping groove 6, the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3 just clamp the electrode plate 7, so that the lithium battery is quicker and more convenient.
The top of the pin 19 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 20, the bottom end of the pin 19 extends into a disc-shaped sliding cavity 22 in the wall of the limiting plate 5 and is fixedly connected with a rotating disc 21, the rotating disc 21 and the disc-shaped sliding cavity 22 are in sliding connection with each other, a rubber pad is fixedly adhered to the inner wall of the disc-shaped sliding cavity 22, and the bottom of the rotating disc 21 is fixedly connected with the top of the rotating rod 23.
As shown in fig. 6, the pin 19 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 20, the rotation of the pressing plate 20 will drive the rotating disc 21 to rotate inside the disc-shaped sliding cavity 22, and the rubber pad arranged on the inner wall of the disc-shaped sliding cavity 22 can play a role in limiting the rotating disc 21, so as to limit the pressing plate 20.
The traction mechanism comprises a straight gear plate 26, a circular gear disc 27, a wire winding roller 28 and a traction groove 29, wherein the straight gear plate 26 is movably installed in the traction groove 29 at the bottom of the limiting clamping groove 6, the circular gear disc 27 meshed with the straight gear plate 26 is movably arranged inside the traction groove 29, the wire winding roller 28 is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft of the circular gear disc 27, and the other end of a pull rope fixedly connected with the movable clamping rod 2 is fixedly connected with the edge of the wire winding roller 28.
As shown in fig. 6, when the gradual inside of embedding limit slot 6 of lithium cell 4, lithium cell 4 will extrude the top of spur gear board 26 this moment, and then drive spur gear board 26 and move down, spur gear board 26 moves down while and circular gear dish 27 intermeshing and then make the wire winding roller 28 that links firmly with circular gear dish 27 rotatory, and the stay cord that will link firmly with wire winding roller 28 unwinds, make activity clamping bar 2 move down gradually under the effect of the articulated torsional spring of activity with it, and when the gradual inside of following limit slot 6 of lithium cell 4 breaks away from, spur gear board 26 will move up and drive wire winding roller 28 and rotate, and then will coil the other end with the stay cord that activity clamping bar 2 linked firmly again, make activity clamping bar 2 raise once more.
The fixed guide block 30 that is equipped with in the position that straight gear plate 26 is close to the bottom, and guide block 30 is located the one side of keeping away from circular gear dish 27 on straight gear plate 26, and guide block 30 and the mutual sliding connection of the direction slide rail 31 of pull groove 29 inner wall, and the bottom of guide block 30 links firmly through the bottom of spring and direction slide rail 31.
As shown in fig. 6, when the lithium battery 4 presses down the spur gear plate 26, the spur gear plate 26 will be in meshing transmission with the circular gear disc 27 to drive the wire winding roller 28 to rotate to release the rope, and when the lithium battery 4 gradually breaks away from the inside of the limiting clamping groove 6, the spur gear plate 26 will move upwards under the action of the spring fixedly connected with the guide block 30, and is meshed with the circular gear disc 27 again to drive the wire winding roller 28 to wind one end of the rope.
The rear side surface of the wire pulling rod 24 is provided with a wire hooking groove 36, the wire hooking groove 36 is designed as a trapezoidal mechanism, and the size of the outer port of the wire hooking groove 36 is smaller than the size of the bottom of the wire hooking groove 36.
As shown in fig. 9, the design of the wire hooking groove 36 facilitates pulling the pull rope for connecting the movable clamping bar 2 and the wire winding roller 28, so that when the lithium battery 4 needs to be taken out of the limiting clamping groove 6, the movable clamping bar 2 is lifted up and separated from the surface of the electrode plate 7, and friction between the electrode plate 7 and the test electrode 8 at the bottom of the movable clamping bar 2 is avoided.
The inner wall of spacing draw-in groove 6 has been seted up and has been accomodate groove 32, and the bottom of accomodating groove 32 links firmly through the medial surface of spring with extrusion block 33, and the medial surface of extrusion block 33 still links firmly with the one end of stay cord, and the other end of stay cord stretches into the inside of stirring chamber 25 and links firmly with the outside end of dialling line pole 24, and when pressure strip 20 was in the position of skew spacing draw-in groove 6 upper port, extrusion block 33 was accomodate in the inside of accomodating groove 32.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, when the pressure strip 20 is located the position of the deviated upper port of the limiting clamping groove 6, the wire pulling rod 24 fixedly connected with the rotating rod 23 at this time pulls one end of the pulling rope fixedly connected with the extruding block 33, the extruding block 33 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 32 at this time, the lithium battery 4 can be conveniently placed in the limiting clamping groove 6 or taken out from the inside of the limiting clamping groove 6, and when the pressure strip 20 rotates to the upper port of the limiting clamping groove 6, the wire pulling rod 24 can be gradually released from the pulling rope fixedly connected with the extruding block 33 at this time, and further the extruding block 33 gradually stretches out the outer port of the accommodating groove 32 under the action of the spring fixedly connected with the pressure strip 20 and extrudes and fixes the lithium battery 4 placed in the limiting clamping groove 6, so that the lithium battery 4 is more firmly installed in the limiting clamping groove 6.
An installation groove 34 is formed in the outer end of the extrusion block 33, a rubber roller 35 is movably arranged in the installation groove 34, and the outer edge of the rubber roller 35 extends out of the outer port of the installation groove 34.
Referring to fig. 8, the rubber roller 35 may elastically compress the lithium battery 4 without damaging the lithium battery 4.
The movable clamping rod 2 is internally provided with a gas distribution cavity 12, the bottom of the movable clamping rod 2 is provided with a gas blowing hole 18 which is mutually communicated with the inside of the gas distribution cavity 12, and the detection machine body 1 is provided with a gas supply mechanism for supplying gas to the inside of the gas distribution cavity 12.
As shown in fig. 3, when the air supply mechanism can supply air to the inside of the air distribution cavity 12, the air entering the air distribution cavity 12 will be blown out from the air blowing holes 18 at the bottom of the movable clamping bar 2, so as to blow the surface of the electrode sheet 7, and further blow down the dust, lint and other fine impurities on the surface of the electrode sheet 7, thereby avoiding affecting the test.
The air supply mechanism comprises an air supply cavity 13, a spring compression pipe 14 and an extrusion plate 15, the air supply cavity 13 is positioned inside the detection machine body 1, the gas supply cavity 13 is positioned below the vertical rod 10, the top of the gas supply cavity 13 is fixedly connected with the top of the spring compression pipe 14, the bottom of the spring compression pipe 14 is fixedly connected with the extrusion plate 15, the top of the gas supply cavity 13 is fixedly connected with the extrusion plate 15 through a spring, the top of the extrusion plate 15 is fixedly connected with one end of a pull rope, the other end of the pull rope upwards penetrates through the surface of the detection machine body 1 and is fixedly connected with the outer side end of the movable clamping rod 2, and the top of the detection machine body 1 is provided with an air exhaust hole communicated with the inside of the spring compression pipe 14, the air exhaust hole and the inside of the air exhaust hole 18 on the movable clamping rod 2 are both provided with a one-way valve, the outer side end of the movable clamping rod 2 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the detection machine body 1 through a connecting hose 11, and the connecting hose 11 is used for communicating the air distribution cavity 12 with the inside of the spring compression pipe 14.
Referring to fig. 3, when the pulling rope connected to the movable clamping rod 2 is gradually loosened, the movable clamping rod 2 will gradually move toward the fixed clamping rod 3 under the action of the torsion spring movably connected thereto, and at the same time, the outer end of the movable clamping rod 2 will move upward, the extrusion plate 15 is pulled by the pull rope to move upwards, the spring compression pipe 14 is extruded in the process that the extrusion plate 15 moves upwards, the air in the spring compression pipe 14 enters the air distribution chamber 12 through the connecting hose 11 and is sprayed out from the air blowing hole 18 at the bottom of the movable clamping rod 2, when the inner side end of the movable clamping rod 2 is gradually lifted, the pull rope fixedly connected with the extrusion plate 15 becomes loose, the pressing plate 15 will move downwards under the action of the spring fixedly connected with the pressing plate, and then the outside air will enter the interior of the spring compression pipe 14 through the air suction opening to be stored so as to prepare for the next air blowing.
The bottom surface of the movable clamping rod 2 and the upper surface of the fixed clamping rod 3 are both fixedly provided with rubber anti-skidding blocks 9 at positions close to the testing electrode 8, the top of each rubber anti-skidding block 9 is provided with an air blowing cavity 16, and the surface of each rubber anti-skidding block 9 facing the testing electrode 8 is provided with air blowing holes 18 communicated with the inside of the air blowing cavity 16.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, when the movable clamping bar 2 is in a horizontal state, the electrode sheet 7 is clamped by the movable clamping bar 2 and the test electrodes 8 on the fixed clamping bar 3, the tops of the two groups of rubber anti-skid blocks 9 are also extruded, and air inside the air blowing cavity 16 is blown out from the air blowing holes 18 on the surfaces of the rubber anti-skid blocks 9, so that ash is removed from the surfaces of the test electrodes 8, and dust, lint and the like adhered to the surfaces of the test electrodes 8 are prevented from affecting the test;
and the rubber antiskid blocks 9 are clamped on the surface of the electrode plate 7, so that the antiskid and shock absorption effects can be achieved.
The working principle is as follows: referring to fig. 2, in an initial state, an included angle is formed between the movable clamping bar 2 and the fixed clamping bar 3, when the lithium battery 4 is gradually embedded into the limit clamping groove 6 at the top of the limit plate 5, at this time, the traction mechanism is started, and then one end of the pull rope fixedly connected with the movable clamping bar 2 is loosened, so that the movable clamping bar 2 is gradually in a horizontal state under the action of the torsion spring movably hinged with the movable clamping bar 2, after the electrode plate 7 on the lithium battery 4 is just contacted with the test electrode 8 at the top of the fixed clamping bar 3, the test electrode 8 at the bottom of the movable clamping bar 2 is just tightly pressed on the top of the electrode plate 7, so that the electrode plate 7 is clamped between the movable clamping bar 2 and the fixed clamping bar 3, at this time, the pressing plate 20 is rotated, so that the pressing plate 20 is tightly pressed on the top surface of the lithium battery 4, and then the power supply on the detection machine body 1 can be started for testing;
after the test is finished, the pressing plate 20 can be rotated to a position where the pressing plate is separated from the top of the lithium battery 4, and when the lithium battery 4 is gradually separated from the inside of the limiting clamping groove 6, the traction mechanism can gradually pull one end of the pull rope fixedly connected with the movable clamping rod 2, so that the movable clamping rod 2 is gradually separated from the top of the electrode plate 7, and meanwhile, the lithium battery 4 moves upwards to finally extend out of the upper port of the limiting clamping groove 6, so that the lithium battery 4 can be conveniently taken out;
referring to fig. 7, when the pressing plate 20 rotates to the upper end of the limiting slot 6, because the included angle between the pressing plate 20 and the wire pulling rod 24 is an obtuse angle, the wire pulling rod 24 fixedly connected to the rotating rod 23 will not pull the pull rope connecting the movable clamping rod 2 and the traction mechanism, and when the lithium battery 4 needs to be taken out from the limiting slot 6, the pressing plate 20 needs to rotate to a position separated from the top of the lithium battery 4, the wire pulling rod 24 fixedly connected to the rotating rod 23 will pull the pull rope connecting the movable clamping rod 2 and the traction mechanism backwards, the end of the pull rope connected to the traction mechanism is fixed, and the pull rope will drive the end fixedly connected to the movable clamping rod 2, i.e. drive the movable clamping rod 2 to lift a distance, so that the movable clamping rod 2 is separated from the top of the electrode plate 7, and then when the lithium battery 4 is slowly released, the lithium battery 4 will gradually move upwards, and meanwhile, the movable clamping rod 2 will continuously lift upwards, so that the design that one end of the movable clamping rod 2 is lifted first avoids the friction damage of the electrode plate 7 caused by the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3 at the moment that the lithium battery 4 moves upwards;
according to the invention, the electrode plate 7 is clamped and fixed through the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3, the lithium battery 4 drives the electrode plate 7 to continuously approach to the test electrode 8 on the fixed clamping rod 3, the fixed clamping rod 3 will continuously approach to the top of the electrode plate 7, finally, when the bottom of the electrode plate 7 is contacted with the test electrode 8 on the fixed clamping rod 3, the test electrode 8 on the movable clamping rod 2 is also contacted with the top of the electrode plate 7, and the electrode plate 7 is clamped by the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3 at the moment, compared with the existing embedded clamping mode, the clamping mode avoids friction between the electrode plate 7 and the test electrode 8, further avoids damaging the electrode plate 7, and also avoids the influence on the test caused by static electricity generated by friction between the electrode plate 7 and the test electrode 8 when the air humidity is low;
meanwhile, compared with the prior art, the electrode plate 7 is clamped without using electric devices such as an air cylinder and the like, so that energy is saved, and meanwhile, when the lithium battery 4 is completely embedded into the limiting clamping groove 6, the movable clamping rod 2 and the fixed clamping rod 3 just clamp the electrode plate 7, so that the lithium battery is quicker and more convenient.

The welding resistance testing device for the electrode plates of the lithium batteries according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the rear side surface of the wire pulling rod (24) is provided with a wire hooking groove (36), the wire hooking groove (36) is designed to be a trapezoidal mechanism, and the size of an outer port of the wire hooking groove (36) is smaller than the size of the bottom of the wire hooking groove (36).

The welding resistance testing device for the electrode plates of the lithium batteries according to claim 2, is characterized in that: the inner wall of spacing draw-in groove (6) has been seted up and has been accomodate groove (32), and the bottom of accomodating groove (32) links firmly through the medial surface of spring with extrusion block (33), and the medial surface of extrusion block (33) still links firmly with the one end of stay cord, and the other end of stay cord stretches into the inside of stirring chamber (25) and links firmly with the outside end of dialling line pole (24), and when pressure strip (20) were in the position of skew spacing draw-in groove (6) upper port, the inside of accomodating groove (32) was accomodate in extrusion block (33).

The welding resistance testing device for the electrode plates of the lithium batteries according to claim 3, is characterized in that: an installation groove (34) is formed in the outer side end of the extrusion block (33), a rubber roller (35) is movably arranged in the installation groove (34), and the outer edge of the rubber roller (35) extends out of the outer port of the installation groove (34).

The welding resistance testing device for the electrode plates of the lithium batteries according to claim 4, is characterized in that: the gas distribution cavity (12) is formed in the movable clamping rod (2), the bottom of the movable clamping rod (2) is provided with gas blowing holes (18) communicated with the inside of the gas distribution cavity (12), and a gas supply mechanism for supplying gas to the inside of the gas distribution cavity (12) is arranged on the detection machine body (1).
