The water washing air device mainly comprises a water tank assembly and a roller assembly, wherein the water tank assembly comprises a water tank and a water tank seat, the water tank is arranged on the water tank seat, water is stored in the water tank, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the water tank, the water washing air device guides air to enter the water tank from the air inlet through the roller assembly, the roller assembly rotates to enable the water to form a water curtain, and the air is blown out from the air outlet after being purified through the water curtain in the water tank, so that the effect of purifying the air is achieved.
The water tank is filled with enough water to prolong the service time of the water-washing air device, but after the water is added, the water in the water tank is pushed into the water tank seat to reset, so that the water in the water tank inevitably shakes due to the action of inertia, and particularly under the condition of higher water level or larger shaking amplitude, the water is easy to overflow from the air inlet on the side wall of the water tank, so that the water tank seat or the air conditioner base is accumulated, and the use of the water-washing air device or the air conditioner is affected.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a water washing air device and an air conditioner, wherein water in the water washing air device is not easy to spill.
The technical scheme of the air washing device and the air conditioner of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of a water-washable air appliance of the present invention; fig. 2 is an exploded view of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner, which includes an air conditioner body and a water-washing air device connected with the air conditioner body.
The water washing air device can be used for carrying out water washing filtration and purification on indoor air, so that the air quality is improved, and the water washing air device can be independently arranged or can be integrally arranged in other household appliances. Specifically, the water-washing air device may be disposed in an air conditioner, an air purifier, an indoor fan, etc., and the specific application scenario of the water-washing air device is not limited in this embodiment. For convenience of description, the present embodiment is described in terms of an application of the air washing device to an air conditioner. The water washing air device may be disposed at the top, middle or bottom of the air conditioner, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. When the air conditioner works, air flow blown out by the air conditioner can be purified by the water washing air device, so that the freshness of indoor air is ensured.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of a water tank in the water-washing air device of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the air washing device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a water tank 100 and a water blocking member 200, wherein a containing cavity 110 is formed in the water tank 100, water for purifying air is formed in the containing cavity 110, an air inlet 120 communicated with the containing cavity 110 is formed in the side wall of the water tank 100, the water blocking member 200 is arranged on the water tank 100, and the water blocking member 200 is positioned in the containing cavity 110. The water blocking member 200 can rotate relative to the water tank 100 under the driving of water to block water from overflowing the water tank 100 through the air inlet 120.
In the present invention, the water tank 100 is used to mount the water blocking member 200 and other components of the water washing air device, and the water tank 100 has the receiving chamber 110 therein for receiving water, and the water blocking member 200 is used to block water from overflowing the water tank 100 from the air inlet 120.
When the air washing device is operated, air enters the accommodating cavity 110 from the air inlet 120 on the side wall of the water tank 100, is filtered and purified by water in the accommodating cavity 110, and then enters the room through the air outlet 510, so as to provide cleaner and fresh air for the room.
When the water capacity in the accommodating cavity 110 is insufficient, the water tank 100 needs to be pulled out, water is added to the air washing device, and then the water tank 100 is reset, in the process, the water can shake continuously in the accommodating cavity 110 due to inertia, so that acting force is generated on the water baffle 200, the water baffle 200 is driven to rotate relative to the water tank 100, so that the water baffle 200 can cover part of the air inlet 120, and water cannot overflow from the air inlet 120. Thus, the water blocking member 200 can prevent water from overflowing the water tank 100 through the air inlet 120.
The air washing device can also adopt mixed liquid of water and disinfectant or mixed liquid of water and fragrance and the like to purify air.
According to the water-washing air device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water tank 100 is used for containing water, the air inlet 120 is arranged on the water tank 100, so that air enters the containing cavity 110 through the air inlet 120, the water is used for purifying the air, and the water retaining piece 200 is arranged on the water tank 100, so that the water is prevented from overflowing out of the water tank 100 from the air inlet 120, and therefore, the water in the water-washing air device is not easy to overflow.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the structure of the water blocking member and the filter member in the water-washing air device of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in one possible implementation, the water washing air device further includes a filter 300, wherein the filter 300 is connected to the water tank 100 to cover the air inlet 120, and the water blocking member 200 is rotatably connected to the filter 300.
The filter 300 can filter out large particle pollutants in the air, and then the large particle pollutants enter the accommodating cavity 110 to further filter and purify the air by adopting water, so that the purifying effect of the air washing device is better.
The water guard 200 may cover a portion of the air intake 120 by rotatably coupling the water guard 200 with the filter 300 such that the water guard 200 may rotate with respect to the water tank 100.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the structure of the water guard in the water-washing air device of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in a specific implementation, the water blocking member 200 includes a rotating shaft 210 and a water blocking portion 220, the water blocking portion 220 is disposed at one side of the rotating shaft 210, the rotating shaft 210 is rotatably connected with one side of the filter 300 facing the bottom of the accommodating cavity 110, and the water blocking portion 220 rotates toward the air inlet 120 and blocks part of the air inlet 120 to block water from overflowing the water tank 100 through the air inlet 120.
Thus, when the water in the accommodating cavity 110 is in a static state, the water blocking member 200 is located below the air inlet 120, and when the water in the accommodating cavity 110 shakes, the water exerts a force on the water blocking member 220, so that the rotating shaft 210 is driven to rotate relative to the filter member 300, the water blocking member 200 rotates towards the air inlet 120 under the force of the water to cover part of the air inlet 120, and during the rotation of the water blocking member 200, the water blocking member 220 can give a reaction force to the water away from the air inlet 120, so that the water flows back into the accommodating cavity 110, and therefore, the water cannot overflow from the air inlet 120 under the blocking of the water blocking member 220.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, in some embodiments, the water guard 200 further includes at least two connection portions 230, where the water guard 220 and the rotating shaft 210 are connected by the connection portions 230, and the connection portions 230 are disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 210, so that when the water applies a force to the water guard 220, the force can drive the rotating shaft 210, the water guard 220 and the connection portions 230 to rotate together toward the air inlet 120.
The rotating shaft 210, the water blocking portion 220 and the two connecting portions 230 may be integrally formed.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the structure of the water-washing air device when the first contact surface is contacted with the water tank; fig. 7 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 6 at a. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the connecting portion 230 has a first abutting surface 231 and a second abutting surface 232, an included angle is formed between the first abutting surface 231 and the second abutting surface 232, and when the water deflector 200 is located below the air inlet 120, the first abutting surface 231 abuts against the inner wall of the water tank 100 below the air inlet 120. Thus, when the water in the accommodating cavity 110 is in a static state, the water blocking member 200 may rest under the air inlet 120, and at this time, the water blocking portion 220 has an included angle with the inner wall of the water tank 100, so that a surface of the water blocking portion 220, which is close to the inner wall of the water tank 100, can be fully contacted with the water, and the water drives the water blocking portion 220 to rotate towards the air inlet 120. The included angle between the first abutting surface 231 and the second abutting surface 232 is an acute angle, and the specific angle may be set as required, which is not limited in this embodiment.
FIG. 8 is a schematic view of a structure of the water-washing air device according to the present invention when the second contact surface contacts the water tank; fig. 9 is a partial enlarged view at B in fig. 8. Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, when the water blocking portion 220 blocks part of the air intake port 120, the second contact surface 232 contacts the inner wall of the water tank 100 on the side of the air intake port 120. Thus, when the amplitude of the water sloshing is large, the rotation angle of the water blocking member 200 can be prevented from being too large, so that the water blocking member 220 and the inner wall of the water tank 100 can be prevented from forming an angle favorable for water overflow, and when the second abutting surface 232 abuts against the inner wall of the water tank 100 at the side of the air inlet 120, the connecting portions 230 positioned at the two sides of the water blocking member 220 can prevent water from overflowing from the two sides of the water blocking member 220, thereby having a better blocking effect of the water blocking member 200.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of a filter member in the water-washable air device of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 to 5 and 10, in a specific implementation, the filter 300 includes a frame 310 and a first clamping portion 320, the first clamping portion 320 is connected to the frame 310, the frame 310 is inserted into the air intake 120, and the first clamping portion 320 is clamped to the rotating shaft 210. And the rotation shaft 210 may rotate with respect to the first clamping portion 320, whereby the filter 300 may be connected to the water tank 100, and the water blocking member 200 may be rotatably connected to the filter 300.
It will be appreciated that a filter screen may be mounted on the frame 310, so that air may be further purified by passing through the filter screen for preliminary filtration and then further purifying the air in the accommodating chamber 110.
In one possible implementation manner, the number of the connecting portions 230 is two, one end portion on the same side of the water blocking portion 220 and the rotating shaft 210 is connected to one connecting portion 230, the other end portion on the same side of the water blocking portion 220 and the rotating shaft 210 is connected to the other connecting portion 230, and the two connecting portions 230 are respectively abutted to two ends of the first clamping portion 320.
That is, the extending direction of the water blocking portion 220 is consistent with the extending direction of the rotating shaft 210, and the water blocking portion 220 located at the same side and the end portion of the rotating shaft 210 are connected with the same connecting portion 230, so that two connecting portions 230 located at two sides of the water blocking portion 220 can prevent water from overflowing from two sides of the water blocking portion 220, and the blocking effect of the water blocking portion 200 is good.
The surfaces of the two connection parts 230 facing the water blocking part 220 are respectively abutted against the two opposite end surfaces of the first clamping part 320, so that when the water blocking part 200 rotates, the water blocking part 200 can only rotate around the central axis of the rotating shaft 210 and cannot move along the central axis direction of the rotating shaft 210, and the water blocking part 200 is prevented from moving along the central axis direction of the rotating shaft 210 relative to the filter 300, and the position is changed, so that the blocking effect of the water blocking part 200 is affected.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, in some embodiments, the first clamping portion 320 is a C-shaped clamping groove, and a gap is formed between the water blocking portion 220 and the rotating shaft 210, and the gap is used for avoiding the first clamping portion 320 when the water blocking portion 220 rotates.
The C-shaped clamping groove is a cylindrical structure with an opening on the side wall, the inner cylinder of the C-shaped clamping groove is coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft 210, and the diameter of the inner cylinder is slightly larger than that of the rotating shaft 210, so that the rotating shaft 210 can smoothly rotate in the C-shaped clamping groove. When the water baffle 200 is mounted on the filter 300, the rotary shaft 210 is only required to be forcefully clamped into the C-shaped clamping groove, so that the installation is convenient and quick.
It can be appreciated that, when the water deflector 200 rotates, if there is no gap between the water deflector 220 and the rotating shaft 210, the water deflector 220 cannot rotate continuously when rotating to the opening of the C-shaped slot, so a gap is provided between the water deflector 220 and the rotating shaft 210 to avoid the first engaging portion 320 and enable the water deflector 200 to rotate smoothly, so that the first abutting surface 231 can abut against the inner wall of the water tank 100 below the air inlet 120, or the second abutting surface 232 can abut against the inner wall of the water tank 100 beside the air inlet 120.
In particular, the size of the gap may be set according to the sizes of the water retaining member 200 and the filter 300, so that a smaller gap is formed between the side surface of the water retaining portion 220, which is close to the rotating shaft 210, and the outer wall of the first clamping portion 320, thereby avoiding water overflowing from the gap between the water retaining portion 220 and the first clamping portion 320.
Referring to fig. 2 and 10, in some embodiments, filter 300 further includes at least one second clamping portion 330, second clamping portion 330 is connected to frame 310, and second clamping portion 330 is clamped to water tank 100. Thus, filter 300 can be more reliably connected to water tank 100. In specific implementation, the number of the second locking portions 330 may be set according to need, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The first clamping portion 320, the second clamping portion 330 and the frame 310 may be integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a possible implementation manner, the air washing device further includes a roller 400, where the roller 400 is located in the accommodating cavity 110, and the roller 400 is rotatably connected with the water tank 100.
Wherein, gyro wheel 400 can rotate with water tank 100 through gear assembly and be connected, at washing air device during operation, gyro wheel 400 constantly rotates, holds the water in the chamber 110 and forms the water curtain under the drive of gyro wheel 400, and after the air got into and holds chamber 110, the water curtain can filter dust and impurity in the air, plays the effect of air-purifying to the air can take away partial steam in the water curtain in the circulation in-process, thereby can play the effect of improving indoor air humidity when improving indoor air freshness.
