However, in the existing humidifier product, a simple atomization mode is usually adopted to discharge water vapor into air to realize humidification, and the atomization amount is low, so that the effect of quick adjustment cannot be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an intelligent control humidification system, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, a humidifier is low in atomization amount and cannot rapidly adjust humidity.

The invention provides an intelligent control humidification system, please refer to fig. 1-4, which comprises a shell 40, a water tank 20, a fan 30 and an atomization assembly 10, wherein the water tank 20 is arranged in the shell 40; the fan 30 is arranged in the shell 40 and is positioned at the bottom of the water tank 20, and the air outlet direction of the fan 30 faces the water tank 20; atomization component 10 sets up water tank 20 with between the casing 40, atomization component 10 with water tank 20 intercommunication, atomization component 10 is last to be equipped with a plurality of delivery ports 121, and is a plurality of the direction orientation of delivery port 121 water tank 20.
The housing 40 is in a prism shape, such as a quadrangular prism, a pentagonal prism, etc. Under normal assembly conditions, the air outlet direction of the fan 30 may be set toward the direction of the atomizing assembly 10, so as to blow the atomized water vapor out of the housing 40. The fan 30 is located at the bottom of the water tank 20, and the atomizing assembly 10 is disposed around the water tank 20. The side wall of the water tank 20 is provided with a wetting paper, and the water outlet 121 is arranged toward the wetting paper. The humidifying paper can be arranged on the side of the water tank 20 facing the atomizing assembly 10, so that the humidifying efficiency of the intelligent control humidifying system using the suction satellite can be further improved through the humidifying paper.
Specifically, the atomizing assembly 10 includes a fixing frame 11, a water conduit 12 and an atomizer, and the fixing frame 11 is disposed between the housing 40 and the water tank 20; one end of the water guide pipe 12 is provided with a water inlet which is communicated with the water tank 20, the other end of the water guide pipe 12 extends around the water tank 20 to be annularly arranged, and a plurality of water outlets 121 are formed in the extending direction of the water guide pipe 12; each of the water outlets 121 is provided with one of the atomizers. The fixing bracket 11 is disposed between the water tank 20 and the housing 40, surrounds the water tank 20, and is used for fixedly supporting the water guide pipe 12. After the water conduit 12 is annularly disposed on the fixing frame 11, an end of the water conduit 12 is communicated with the water tank 20, so that water introduced into the water tank 20 through the water inlet is guided out through the water outlet 121 along an extending direction of the water conduit 12, the water guided out from the water tank 20 is atomized into steam under the action of the atomizer, and the fan 30 finally blows out the atomized steam out of the housing 40, thereby humidifying the external environment.
The plurality of water outlets 121 are uniformly spaced on the water guide pipe 12, so that the atomization amount can be increased, and the uniformity of atomization in each direction can be ensured. It is understood that, in order to further increase the atomization amount of the intelligent control humidification system, the number of the water conduits 12 may be provided in plurality, and a plurality of the water conduits 12 may be arranged at intervals in the vertical direction of the fixing frame 11. In addition, the conduit may also be disposed in a threaded manner, so as to increase the length of the conduit, that is, indirectly increase the number of the water outlets 121, and improve the atomization amount of the intelligent control humidification system of the present invention.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a water pump may be further disposed on the fixing frame 11, and the water pump is communicated with the water conduit 12. Therefore, the water pressure in the water guide pipe 12 is ensured to be constant under the action of the water pump, and the situation that the water cannot be discharged normally from the water guide pipe 12 after the water in the water tank 20 is reduced is avoided; in addition, when a plurality of water conduits 12 are provided, the water pumps may be respectively connected to different water conduits 12, or one water pump is correspondingly provided on each water conduit 12, so as to ensure that the water pressure in each conduit is consistent and constant, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the intelligent control humidification system of the invention.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the structure of the atomizing assembly 10 is adjusted, the atomizing assembly 10 is arranged around the water tank 20, the area of the atomizing assembly 10 is increased, that is, the atomizing amount of the atomizing assembly 10 is increased, a plurality of water outlets 121 can be arranged on the atomizing assembly 10, so that the plurality of water outlets 121 can be used for atomizing simultaneously, the fan 30 blows out atomized steam, the atomizing amount is increased, and the effect of quickly adjusting humidity is realized.
Further, an installation cavity is arranged at the bottom of the shell 40, the fan 30 is arranged in the installation cavity, and an air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the installation cavity; an air passage 14 is formed between the fixed frame 11 and the housing 40, a first air outlet 13 is arranged on the fixed frame 11, one end of the air passage 14 is communicated with the installation cavity, and the other end of the air passage 14 is communicated with the first air outlet 13; a second air outlet 41 is arranged on the shell 40, and the second air outlet 41 is communicated with the first air outlet 13. In order to prevent the blower 30 from being affected by moisture during use, the blower 30 and the water tank 20 are independent from each other, that is, the blower 30 is separately disposed in the mounting cavity at the bottom of the housing 40. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the blower 30 can blow out the water vapor, the air duct 14 is disposed between the housing 40 and the fixed frame 11, that is, the air blown by the blower 30 enters between the fixed frame 11 and the water tank 20 along the inner wall of the housing 40 and through the first air outlet 13 of the fixed frame 11, and the water vapor atomized by the atomizer is taken out to the external environment through the second air outlet 41. The second air outlet 41 is provided with the air deflector, so that a user can change the spraying direction of the water vapor by adjusting the air deflector, or continuously rotate the air deflector in the humidifying process, so that the water vapor can be sprayed into a room from a plurality of different directions, and the uniformity of the room humidity is ensured.
Specifically, the first outlet 13 may be disposed above the water conduit 12, or may be disposed below the water conduit 12. And blowing out the water vapor atomized by the atomizer by utilizing the fluidity of air. The second outlet 41 is disposed at the top of the water tank 20, i.e., directly above the water tank 20. It will be appreciated that the atomiser is arranged around the water tank 20 and when the atomiser is arranged towards the water tank 20, the atomiser is arranged parallel to the second outlet 41, so that the water vapour blown out can be more easily carried out through the second outlet 41. In addition, the angle of the atomizer can be adjusted to directly align the atomizer with the second air outlet 41, so as to further improve the atomization effect of the intelligent control humidification system.
Further, the intelligent control humidification system further comprises a filter element 50, wherein the filter element 50 is disposed in the installation cavity and located between the air inlet and the fan 30. The filter element 50 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 40. In the use process of the blower 30, the gas entering from the air inlet is firstly filtered by the filter element 50, and then is blown out from the second air outlet 41, so that the water vapor blown out from the second air outlet 41 is prevented from carrying impurities or bacteria, and the user experience of the intelligent control humidification system is improved.
Further, a water storage groove 60 is formed between the fixing frame 11 and the side wall of the water tank 20. It can be understood that after the atomizer blows out the water vapor, part of the water vapor adheres to the side wall of the water tank 20 to easily form dew, and in order to prevent the water leakage phenomenon of the device from affecting the fan 30 at the bottom, the water storage tank 60 is arranged between the side wall of the water tank 20 and the fixing frame 11, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the operation of the device. 8. The intelligent control humidification system of claim 1, wherein a humidifying paper is disposed on a sidewall of the water tank, and the water outlet is disposed toward the humidifying paper.
9. The intelligent control humidification system according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the number of the water conduits is multiple, the water conduits are all communicated with the water tank, and the water conduits are arranged at equal intervals.
10. The intelligent control humidification system of any one of claims 2-6 further comprising a water pump, wherein the water pump is disposed on the fixing frame, and the water pump is communicated with the water conduit.
