Background
At present, a gearbox is a gear box for changing a transmission ratio and a movement direction, is a device for changing a rotating speed ratio and a movement direction, is widely applied to automobiles, tractors, ships, machine tools and various machines, and is used for changing torque, rotating speed and movement direction transmitted from a driving shaft to a driven shaft according to different working conditions. Preferably, the central axis of the front pin hole and the central axis of the rear pin hole on the gear are both positioned in the annular cutting groove of the gear, and the central axes of the annular cutting groove and the gear are on the same straight line; the front pin holes and the rear pin holes are at least two, the number of the front pin holes is equal to that of the rear pin holes, and the front pin holes and the rear pin holes are uniformly distributed in an annular mode around the central axis of the gear.
Preferably, the taper angle of the inner wall of the front pin hole on the gear is equal to the taper angle of the outer wall of the front positioning pin, the taper angle of the inner wall of the rear pin hole is equal to the taper angle of the outer wall of the rear positioning pin, and the lengths of the rear positioning pin and the front positioning pin are both smaller than the thickness of the gear.
Preferably, a rear limiting insertion hole and a front limiting insertion hole which are in a regular hexagonal shape are formed in the rear end face of the rear positioning pin and the front end face of the front positioning pin respectively.
Preferably, the length of the rear positioning pin is equal to the length of the front positioning pin.

The central axis of the front pin hole 11 and the central axis of the rear pin hole 12 on the gear 1 are both positioned in the annular cutting groove 13 of the gear 1, and the central axes of the annular cutting groove 13 and the gear 1 are on the same straight line; the number of the front pin holes 11 and the number of the rear pin holes 12 are at least two, the number of the front pin holes 11 is equal to that of the rear pin holes 12, and the front pin holes 11 and the rear pin holes 12 are uniformly distributed in an annular shape around the central axis of the gear 1.
The taper angle of the inner wall of a front pin hole 11 on the gear 1 is equal to the taper angle of the outer wall of the front positioning pin 2, the taper angle of the inner wall of a rear pin hole 12 is equal to the taper angle of the outer wall of the rear positioning pin 3, and the lengths of the rear positioning pin 3 and the front positioning pin 2 are both smaller than the thickness of the gear 1.
And a rear limiting jack 32 and a front limiting jack 22 in a regular hexagonal shape are respectively formed on the rear end surface of the rear positioning pin 3 and the front end surface of the front positioning pin 2.
The length of the rear positioning pin 3 is equal to that of the front positioning pin 2.
The diameter of the inner wall of the front end of the front pin hole 11 is larger than that of the inner wall of the rear end; the diameter of the inner wall of the front end of the rear pin hole 12 is smaller than that of the inner wall of the rear end.
The stop washer 5 comprises a main washer 51 in a shape like a Chinese character 'shan', the middle part of the main washer 51 is inserted and sleeved on the front stud 21 or the rear stud 31, two ends of the main washer 51 are bent to form arc-shaped inserting pieces 511, and the inserting pieces 511 are inserted and connected in annular cutting grooves 13 on two sides of the front stud 21 or the rear stud 31; a plurality of stop lugs 512 are formed in the middle of the main gasket 51, the fastening nut 4 is an outer hexagon nut, and the stop lugs 512 are bent and abut against the outer side wall of the fastening nut 4.
The working principle is as follows: the invention is a splicing combined type gearbox gear, the main parts of the gearbox gear are an inner ring a and an outer gear ring b, the outer gear ring b is used for transmission connection, the inner ring a is used for hot sleeve fixation on a rotating shaft, the main abrasion part of a gear 1 in the gearbox is arranged on the teeth of the gear 1, or the teeth of the gear 1 which is broken are mainly arranged on the gear 1, when in replacement, only the outer gear ring b needs to be replaced, and two groups of positioning pins (a front positioning pin 2 and a rear positioning pin 3) which are conical and have opposite directions are adopted between the outer gear ring b and the inner ring a and are matched with a thread structure to be positioned and fixed together; when the outer gear ring b is disassembled, the outer gear ring b can be taken down from the inner ring a only by disassembling the fastening nut 4 and taking down the front positioning pin 2 and the rear positioning pin 3, and the outer gear ring b is convenient and fast to disassemble and replace.
