Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of doors, in particular to a novel fireproof door and a manufacturing method thereof.

Specifically, this embodiment provides a manufacturing method of a novel fireproof door, including:
step s 1: taking two cut galvanized steel plates, respectively bending the two cut galvanized steel plates up and down, and bending the two cut galvanized steel plates according to the lock area and the hinge area to obtain two door skins;

5. The fire rated door as claimed in claim 1 wherein said door leaf frame is provided with a keyhole aperture.

A method of making a new fire rated door as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 including: bending the galvanized steel sheet to obtain a door skin; the whole galvanized steel sheet is subjected to one-step forming by a rolling machine to obtain a door leaf framework with a groove on the side surface; the door leaf framework is provided with a hinge position and a lock hole position; filling fillers in the door leaf framework, and attaching a door skin on the door leaf framework; the bending of the door skin is positioned in the groove of the door leaf framework; the bending of the door skin and the groove joint of the door leaf framework are integrated through laser welding.
