Referring to fig. 2, a space is formed between the bottom of the middle rib plate 4 and the surface of the saddle plate 3 to prevent the middle rib plate 4 from directly contacting the saddle plate 3, and the middle rib plate 4 is connected with the saddle plate 3 through the two clamping plates 5, so that a force transmission path is improved, and the punching shear capacity of the K-shaped intersecting node is enhanced.
In this embodiment, the middle rib plate 4 and the clamping plate 5 are connected by a side weld. 7. A saddle plate reinforcement structure for a K-shaped intersection node according to claim 1, wherein said saddle plate is connected to said parent pipe by a side weld.
8. The saddle plate reinforcing structure of a K-shaped intersecting node as claimed in claim 7, wherein said saddle plate and said main pipe are further connected by long hole plug welding.
9. The saddle plate reinforcing structure of a K-shaped intersecting joint as recited in claim 8, wherein the welding slot in said slot plug welding connection extends in the axial direction of said main pipe.
10. A saddle plate reinforcing arrangement for a K-shaped intersection joint according to claim 1, wherein the side of said intermediate ribs facing away from said saddle plate is radiused.
