A rasp rail grinding mechanism as defined in claim 1 wherein: the upper parts of the tension wheels are provided with supports connected through adjusting bolts, the outer diameters of the inner ends of the compression springs are restrained in the supports, and the outer ends of the compression springs are in contact with the outer edge surfaces of the tension wheels.

A rasp rail grinding mechanism as defined in claim 1 wherein: the lifting assembly comprises a guide rail pair, two hydraulic cylinders and two lifting connecting plates, the lifting connecting plates are rectangular frames and are located on the lower portion inside the vehicle body connecting plate, piston ends of the two hydraulic cylinders are fixed to two sides of the lower portion of an upper top plate of the vehicle body connecting plate respectively, a hydraulic cylinder body is fixedly connected with two side faces of the lifting connecting plates, and the guide rail pair is connected to two sides between the front face and the rear face of the lifting connecting plate and between a front panel and a rear panel of the vehicle body connecting plate.

The rasp rail grinding mechanism of claim 1 wherein: the transverse moving component comprises an adjusting rod, a transverse moving hydraulic cylinder, a stop block, a positioning hydraulic cylinder and a transverse moving guide rail pair, one end of the adjusting rod is fixed with the back panel of the lifting connecting plate, the piston end of the transverse moving hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the other end of the adjusting rod, the cylinder body of the transverse moving hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the upper surface of the upper plate of the circulating chain box body, the transverse moving guide rail pair is connected between the circulating chain box body and the upper top panel of the lifting connecting plate, the guide rail of the transverse moving guide rail pair is fixed below the upper top panel of the lifting connecting plate, the circulating chain box body is fixedly connected with the sliding block of the transverse moving guide rail pair, the cylinder body of the positioning hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper top panel of the lifting connecting plate, and the stop block is fixed on the upper panel of the circulating chain box body.

A rasp rail grinding mechanism as defined in claim 1 wherein: the driving assembly comprises a motor, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a transmission shaft, the driving wheel is connected with the driven wheel through an external transmission belt, the motor is fixed through a motor mounting plate, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the driving wheel, and the driven wheel is fixed at the end part of the transmission shaft.
8. A rasp rail grinding mechanism as defined in claim 1 wherein: and both sides of the bottom of the circulating chain box body are provided with positioning wheels with flanges.

A rasp rail grinding mechanism as defined in claim 1 wherein: the file block comprises an upper cutter holder and a lower cutter body which are integrally arranged, a mounting hole is formed in the upper cutter holder, the upper cutter holder is fixed with a circulating chain through a bolt in the mounting hole, an inward-concave arc surface is arranged below the lower cutter body, and a brazed or bonded polishing particle material is arranged on the arc surface.
10. A rasp rail grinding mechanism as defined in claim 9 wherein: the grinding particle material is diamond or CBN ceramic.
