Abstract
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,且公开了一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2‑0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇30‑80质量分、扩链剂5‑25质量分、交联剂0.5‑3质量分、发泡助剂2‑5质量分和催化剂0.1‑0.5质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇30‑60质量分、异氰酸酯20‑60质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂10‑20质量分、无机盐30‑45质量分和有机盐30‑45质量分,相对于传统的抗凝冰材料,增加了与聚氨酯发泡材料的结合,延长了抗凝冰效果的时间,弥补了普通抗凝冰材料的使用时间短的问题,该方法的主要内容是由聚氨酯材料、无机盐、有机盐组成的低冰点材料,能够更长时间融冰化雪的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,具体为一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
冬季道路行车安全是国内外普遍关注的重要问题。冬季道路表面积雪、结冰导致路面抗滑能力大幅度降低,不仅严重削弱道路的通行能力,而且对车辆行驶安全构成严重威胁,极易诱发严重的交通事故。通常气温低于0℃时,路面便会出现凝冰,即黏附在路面表面的一层薄冰。
目前,我国除冰雪方法主要分为主动融冰雪技术和被动融冰雪技术,传统融雪除冰方法属于被动融冰雪技术,具有低效、损伤路面、污染环境等不足,例如撒布除冰盐是路面除冰使用最多的方法,但除冰盐中含有的氯离子会随融水渗入到路面结构或流入周围田地,不仅对路面材料造成侵蚀,影响路面使用性能,而且污染周围环境。人工或机械除冰则能耗大、效率低,容易破坏路面交通设施,且难以及时恢复交通。同时,在主动融冰雪技术上,微波除冰、相变储能材料、自应力弹性路面、环保型自融冰材料、热管传热技术、超疏水仿生材料等除冰技术蓬勃发展,为路面抗凝冰问题的解决提供了新思路。
在新技术领域,中国专利CN112390568A公开了一种能够降低路面冰点的沥青混凝土掺和料及其制备方法,通过取电石渣和氧化镁,加入去离子水中,再加入冰醋酸,冷却至室温后过滤得滤液,取硅藻土装入粉碎机中粉碎,将过筛后的硅藻土粉末加入滤液中,再加入甲基三乙氧基硅烷,以300W超声波超声分散后装入旋转蒸发仪中蒸发至干,再转入研钵中研磨,得抗凝冰剂,取石灰岩粉碎,并转入振筛机中,分别筛选出不同粒径的石灰岩碎石,并将碎石装入混料机中,得沥青集料沙石,取石油沥青,再加入脱硫胶粉,再加入矿粉,加入抗凝冰剂和橡胶颗粒,得抗凝冰沥青混合料,抗凝冰集料沥青混合料的耐久性好,能够增加路面的摩擦摩擦力。中国专利文献CN101787216A公开了本发明公开了一种沥青混凝土碎石封层用抗凝冰剂及其制备方法,由下列质量组份的材料制成:氯化物85~95份;碳酸钙2~7份;氧化硅2~5份;炭黑2~5份;硬脂酸6~10份;硬脂酸钙10~20份;制备方法包括以下步骤:1)、按质量配比称取各组份;2)、将氯化物和炭黑混合均匀100~105℃烘箱中保温1~2h;3)、将加热到80~90℃的硬脂酸溶液加入到步骤2的混合物中搅拌均匀,磨细成粉末;4)、将步骤3中破碎的粉末与碳酸钙、氧化硅进行混合;5)、将硬脂酸钙加入到步骤4得到的混合物中,在100~120℃下搅拌混合均匀,冷却即得。但是材料能够降低的路面的冰点有限,不能广泛应用北方地区。中国专利文献CN108949109A本发明提供了一种蓄盐缓释型融雪除冰剂及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:首先分别制备抗凝冰氯盐饱和溶液和纳米二氧化硅修饰的硅藻土悬浮液,然后将抗凝冰氯盐饱和溶液滴加入到纳米二氧化硅修饰的硅藻土悬浮液,搅拌、真空过滤、干燥、粉碎,即得缓释型无机盐;再配置聚合物单体溶液,最后依次将缓释型无机盐、异丙醇或丙二醇甲醚溶液加入烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于油浴中搅拌均匀,再向其中加入聚合物单体溶液与KH570和gAIBN的混合溶液,继续搅拌,将温度降低,然后向烧瓶中加入三乙胺,搅拌,再加入水,即得蓄盐缓释型融雪除冰剂。本发明制备的蓄盐缓释型融雪除冰剂中的融雪物质不受温控分子的限制,且融雪物质释放时间长,融冰量较高。但是这种措施属于被动控制技术,不能随时保证道路畅通,维护道路安全。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料及其制备方法。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2-0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇30-80质量分、扩链剂5-25质量分、交联剂0.5-3质量分、发泡助剂2-5质量分和催化剂0.1-0.5质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇30-60质量分、异氰酸酯20-60质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂10-20质量分、无机盐30-45质量分和有机盐30-45质量分。
优选的,所述低聚物多元醇是由起始剂与环氧乙烷EO、环氧丙烷PO、环氧丁烷BO在催化剂存在下经加聚反应制得,具有较低的凝点,较好低温流动性。
优选的,所述扩链剂为含羟基或氨基的低分子质量多官能团的醇类或胺类化合物,扩链剂为1,4一丁二醇、1,6一己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇(DEG)、三甘醇、新戊二醇(NPG)、山梨醇和二乙氨基乙醇的一种或者多种混合物。
优选的,所述异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和赖氨酸二异氰酸酯其中的一种。
优选的,所述无机盐包括氯化钠、碳酸钙和碳酸钠其中一种或者多种混合物;所述有机盐包括醋酸盐和谷氨酸钠其中一种或者多种混合物。
优选的,所述开孔剂包括聚氧化丙烯一氧化乙烯共聚和聚氧化烯烃一聚硅氧烷共聚物其中的一种。
优选的,S1:制备A组分,将低聚物多元醇、扩链剂和交联剂混合并加热搅拌,冷却后,加入发泡助剂和的催化剂,搅拌至混合物均匀,密封等待使用;
S2:制备B组分,将低聚物多元醇加热并抽真空,然后冷却后加入异氰酸酯,然后再加热反应,冷却并密封等待使用;
S3:加入开孔剂,将A和B组分按照1:1的比例进行混合,然后加入开孔剂;
S4:加入有机盐和无机盐,将S3中的混合物倒入盛有无机盐和有机盐的容器中,并容器中搅拌均匀;
S5:固化脱模,将S4制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化脱模,脱模后,粉碎成直径为3mm的颗粒状材料。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料及其制备方法,通能够有效降低路面冰点,在-25~0℃的路面抗凝冰效果好,可满足北方大部分地区使用需求;将盐与聚氨酯发泡材料结合,有效延长了抗凝冰效果的时间,弥补了盐直接与沥青混合时使用时间短、释放效率过快的不足;利用开孔剂使聚氨酯形成盲孔,进而形成盐的释放通道,通过控制开孔剂用量,尽可能避免聚氨酯形成通孔,从而延长盐的释放,实现更长周期下的融冰化雪;一定程度上缓解了因夏季雨水溶解盐导致的盐流失问题,同时保证了盐在冬季需要融雪化冰时的正常释放。
2、该路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料及其制备方法,本发明相对于传统的抗凝冰材料,增加了与聚氨酯发泡材料的结合,延长了抗凝冰效果的时间,弥补了普通抗凝冰材料的使用时间短的问题,该方法的主要内容是由聚氨酯材料、无机盐、有机盐组成的低冰点材料,有延长缓释效果,能够更长时间融冰化雪的特点。

实施例一
一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2-0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇79质量分、扩链剂25质量分、交联剂0.9质量分、发泡助剂5质量分和催化剂0.1质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇40质量分、异氰酸酯60质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂10质量分、无机盐45质量分和有机盐45质量分。
实施例二
一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,其特征在于:所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2-0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇75质量分、扩链剂20.65质量分、交联剂1质量分、发泡助剂3.25质量分和催化剂0.1质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇50质量分、异氰酸酯50质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂20质量分、无机盐40质量分和有机盐40质量分。
实施例三
一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,其特征在于:所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2-0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇70质量分、扩链剂15质量分、交联剂2质量分、发泡助剂10质量分和催化剂3质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇45质量分、异氰酸酯55质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂15质量分、无机盐42.5质量分和42.5有机盐质量分。
实施例四
一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,其特征在于:所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2-0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇60质量分、扩链剂30质量分、交联剂3质量分、发泡助剂5质量分和催化剂2质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇55质量分、异氰酸酯45质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂20质量分、无机盐40质量分和有机盐40质量分。

所述异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和赖氨酸二异氰酸酯其中的一种;
所述无机盐包括氯化钠、碳酸钙和碳酸钠其中一种或者多种混合物;所述有机盐包括醋酸盐和谷氨酸钠其中一种或者多种混合物;
所述开孔剂包括聚氧化丙烯一氧化乙烯共聚和聚氧化烯烃一聚硅氧烷共聚物其中的一种。
请参阅图1,一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:制备A组分,50份低聚物多元醇、10份的扩链剂和1份的交联剂,加热温度至110℃,在此温度下边搅拌边抽真空约0.5h,至无气泡产生,待温度冷却至室温后,加入3.25份的发泡助剂和0.1份的催化剂,搅拌10min至混合物均匀,密封等待使用;
S2:制备B组分,将48.78份的低聚物多元醇加入三口烧瓶中,在110℃~120℃下抽真空至无气泡产生,将温度冷却至60℃,加入51.22份的异氰酸酯,然后升温至80℃,在此温度下反应1.5h,冷却至室温密封待用;
S3:加入开孔剂,将A和B组分按照1:1的比例进行混合加热升温至35℃,然后加入2.65份开孔剂;
S4:加入有机盐和无机盐,将S3中的混合物倒入盛有10份无机盐和有机盐的容器中,并容器中搅拌15~20s后均匀;
S5:固化脱模,将S4制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化40min脱模,脱模后,粉碎成直径为3mm的颗粒状材料。
在使用时,按5%的掺杂量将制得的材料与90#沥青拌和30s,还可根据实际需要加入粗集料、细集料等一起拌和,然后分别铺设在路基上,待沥青降温至50℃以下,方可通车。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,包括A组分、B组分和辅助材料,其特征在于:所述A组分、B组分和辅助材料按照1:1:0.2-0.25组成,所述A组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇30-80质量分、扩链剂5-25质量分、交联剂0.5-3质量分、发泡助剂2-5质量分和催化剂0.1-0.5质量分;其中B组分的具体配比为:低聚物多元醇30-60质量分、异氰酸酯20-60质量分;所述辅助材料包括有开孔剂10-20质量分、无机盐30-45质量分和有机盐30-45质量分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,其特征在于:所述低聚物多元醇是由起始剂与环氧乙烷EO、环氧丙烷PO、环氧丁烷BO在催化剂存在下经加聚反应制得,具有较低的凝点,较好低温流动性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,其特征在于:所述扩链剂为含羟基或氨基的低分子质量多官能团的醇类或胺类化合物,扩链剂为1,4一丁二醇、1,6一己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇(DEG)、三甘醇、新戊二醇(NPG)、山梨醇和二乙氨基乙醇的一种或者多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和赖氨酸二异氰酸酯其中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,其特征在于:所述无机盐包括氯化钠、碳酸钙和碳酸钠其中一种或者多种混合物;所述有机盐包括醋酸盐和谷氨酸钠其中一种或者多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料,其特征在于:所述开孔剂包括聚氧化丙烯一氧化乙烯共聚和聚氧化烯烃一聚硅氧烷共聚物其中的一种。
7.一种路面用低冰点抗凝冰材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:制备A组分,将低聚物多元醇、扩链剂和交联剂混合并加热搅拌,冷却后,加入发泡助剂和的催化剂,搅拌至混合物均匀,密封等待使用;
S2:制备B组分,将低聚物多元醇加热并抽真空,然后冷却后加入异氰酸酯,然后再加热反应,冷却并密封等待使用;
S3:加入开孔剂,将A和B组分按照1:1的比例进行混合,然后加入开孔剂;
S4:加入有机盐和无机盐,将S3中的混合物倒入盛有无机盐和有机盐的容器中,并容器中搅拌均匀;
S5:固化脱模,将S4制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化脱模,脱模后,粉碎成直径为3mm的颗粒状材料。
