Abstract
The invention discloses a cutting device for a degradable polyethylene heat-shrinkable film, which relates to the technical field of heat-shrinkable film processing and comprises the following components: the device comprises a base, an unreeling roller, a compacting part, a cutting part, a first conveying roller, a second conveying roller, a third conveying roller, a fourth conveying roller, a winding roller and a driving part which are sequentially arranged from left to right, wherein the unreeling roller is arranged at the top of the base; the pressing part is used for pressing the heat-shrinkable film; the cutting part is used for cutting two sides of the heat-shrinkable film; the first conveying roller is obliquely arranged, the second conveying roller and the third conveying roller are vertically arranged, the fourth conveying roller is obliquely arranged, the edge trim is changed into a vertical state from a horizontal state after passing through the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, the edge trim is separated from the good material after passing through the third conveying roller, and then the edge trim is in a horizontal state after passing through the fourth conveying roller and reaches the winding roller; the driving part is in transmission connection with the wind-up roll and is used for driving the wind-up roll to rotate. The invention can separate the good material from the rim charge, thereby facilitating the subsequent rim charge treatment.

Technical Field

Background
The heat-shrinkable film is mainly applied to packaging of foods, beverages, medicines, health-care products, stationery, cosmetics, artware, daily chemical product toys, books and newspapers, audio-visual products, electrical elements, machines and supermarket commodities, and is a novel environment-friendly nontoxic heat-shrinkable packaging material in recent years.
But the heat shrinkage film can appear deckle edge in the production and processing process, so need to carry out the side cut to the both sides side of heat shrinkage film and handle, the rim charge after the side cut is handled at present and good material is all rolled up on the wind-up roll, and two are close very near, are difficult to separate.
Disclosure of Invention

the first conveying roller is obliquely arranged, the second conveying roller and the third conveying roller are vertically arranged, the fourth conveying roller is obliquely arranged, the edge trim is changed into a vertical state from a horizontal state after passing through the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, the edge trim is separated from the good material after passing through the third conveying roller, and then the edge trim is in a horizontal state after passing through the fourth conveying roller and reaches the winding roller;
the driving part is in transmission connection with the wind-up roll and is used for driving the wind-up roll to rotate.

From the above, the device can separate the good material from the rim charge, so that the subsequent rim charge treatment is facilitated.

the cutting part is used for cutting two sides of the heat-shrinkable film;
the first conveying roller 31 is obliquely arranged, the second conveying roller 32 and the third conveying roller 33 are vertically arranged, the fourth conveying roller 34 is obliquely arranged, the edge material 71 after trimming is changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state after passing through the first conveying roller 31 and the second conveying roller 32, the edge material 71 is separated from the good material 72 after passing through the third conveying roller 33, and then the edge material 71 passes through the fourth conveying roller 34 to reach the winding roller 22 and is in a horizontal state;
the driving part is in transmission connection with the wind-up roller 22 and is used for driving the wind-up roller 22 to rotate.
During operation, the heat-shrinkable film is wound on the unreeling roller 21, the heat-shrinkable film passes through the compacting part and then is cut through the cutting part, the good material 72 is directly wound on the reeling roller 22 after cutting, the rim charge 71 is changed into a vertical state from a horizontal state after passing through the first conveying roller 31 and the second conveying roller 32, the second conveying roller 32 and the third conveying roller 33 are arranged in a staggered manner, the rim charge 71 is separated from the good material 72 after passing through the third conveying roller 33, and then the rim charge 71 passes through the fourth conveying roller 34 and reaches the reeling roller 22 and is in a horizontal state, so that the good material 72 and the rim charge 71 wound on the reeling roller 22 can be separated by a distance, and the subsequent treatment of the rim charge 71 is facilitated.
From the above, the device can separate the good material 72 from the rim charge 71, so as to facilitate the subsequent treatment of the rim charge 71.
In some embodiments, the cutting part comprises a portal frame 41, two groups of cutting units are arranged on the portal frame 41, each cutting unit comprises a first air cylinder 42, a sliding block 43 is arranged at the telescopic end of each first air cylinder 42, the sliding blocks 43 are slidably connected to the portal frame 41, a second air cylinder 44 is arranged on each sliding block 43, and a cutting knife 45 is arranged on the telescopic shaft of each second air cylinder 44.
During operation, the second cylinder 44 stretches to drive the cutting knife 45 to move downwards to contact with the heat-shrinkable film, so that the heat-shrinkable film is cut, the first cylinder 42 works to drive the sliding block 43 to move, and then the distance between the two cutting knives 45 can be adjusted to meet different cutting width requirements.
In some embodiments, the pressing part comprises two pressing rollers 5 rotatably arranged on the base 1, and the two pressing rollers 5 are respectively arranged at two sides of the cutting part.
In some embodiments, the drive includes a motor in driving communication with the wind-up roll 22. The wind-up roller 22 is driven to rotate by the operation of the motor, so that the good material 72 and the rim charge 71 are wound up.
In some embodiments, the cutting device further comprises a cutting portion for cutting and recycling the rolled rim charge 71.
Optionally, the cutting part includes a third cylinder 61 disposed below the wind-up roller 22, and a cutting knife 62 is disposed on a telescopic shaft of the third cylinder 61.
The collected hemming material 71 needs to be re-granulated. Because the aperture of the granulator is small, the rolled rim charge 71 cannot directly enter the powder machine, the rim charge 71 needs to be cut, and the rolled rim charge 71 can be cut by the cutting knife 62.
In some embodiments, the third cylinder 61 is rotatably disposed on the base 1, a sector gear 63 is disposed on the third cylinder 61, the sector gear 63 is meshed with a rack 64, and the rack 64 is in driving connection with a fourth cylinder 65.
In the case where the roll of the rim charge 71 is thick, the cutting may not be completed at one time, at which time the cutting is performed first, and then the wind-up roll 22 is rotated by a certain angle. The fourth air cylinder 65 drives the third air cylinder 61 to rotate by a certain angle through the connection relation, so that a wedge block can be cut firstly, then deep cutting is carried out, and cutting of the edge 71 roll with relatively thick thickness is realized.

A cutting device for a heat-shrinkable film of degraded polyethylene, comprising: the base, the unreeling roller, the compacting part, the cutting part, the first conveying roller, the second conveying roller, the third conveying roller, the fourth conveying roller, the wind-up roller and the driving part are sequentially arranged from left to right,
the unreeling roller is arranged at the top of the base;
the pressing part is used for pressing the heat-shrinkable film;
the cutting part is used for cutting two sides of the heat-shrinkable film;
the first conveying roller is obliquely arranged, the second conveying roller and the third conveying roller are vertically staggered, the fourth conveying roller is obliquely arranged, the edge trim is changed into a vertical state from a horizontal state after passing through the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, the edge trim is separated from the good material after passing through the third conveying roller, and then the edge trim is in a horizontal state after passing through the fourth conveying roller and reaches the winding roller;
the driving part is in transmission connection with the wind-up roll and is used for driving the wind-up roll to rotate;
the cutting device further comprises a cutting part, wherein the cutting part is used for cutting and recycling the rolled rim charge;
the cutting part comprises a third cylinder arranged below the wind-up roller, and a cutting knife is arranged on a telescopic shaft of the third cylinder;
the third cylinder is rotatably arranged on the base, a sector gear is arranged on the third cylinder, the sector gear is meshed with a rack, and the rack is connected with a fourth cylinder in a transmission way;
during cutting, firstly cutting, then the wind-up roll rotates a certain angle, and the fourth cylinder drives the third cylinder to rotate a certain angle through a connection relation, so that a wedge block is firstly cut, then deep cutting is carried out, and the cutting device is used for cutting the thick rim charge roll.
