In this embodiment, one end of the arm body 26 is provided with a driving arm hole 25, the driving arm hole 25 is used as a main fixed connection component of the driving arm 17, and the shape and size of the driving arm hole 25 are adapted to the shape and size of the driving arm connection arm 21, preferably, the driving arm hole can be provided as a non-circular hole to avoid the relative rotation between the driving arm 17 and the connection shaft 14, and other shapes adapted to the driving arm connection part 21 are also possible;

Further, as shown in fig. 11, the garbage can loading system for a small-sized domestic garbage incineration station further includes: a lifting mechanism 28, said lifting mechanism 28 being adapted to lift said garbage can above the feed opening 29 of the incinerator 30. When the incineration station needs to throw garbage, the garbage can is lifted to the position above the feeding hole 29 of the incineration station through the lifting mechanism 28 and begins to descend, and the lifting mechanism 28 can be a lifting machine or any mechanism capable of realizing a lifting function in the existing scheme.
Further, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the garbage can loading system for a small-sized domestic garbage incineration station further includes: the trigger mechanism 31 is arranged on the edge of the feeding hole 29 of the incinerator 30, and the trigger mechanism 31 is suitable for being matched with the limiting plate 3 and the guide plate 4 of the garbage can and controlling the rotation of the driving arm 17.
In this embodiment, the triggering mechanism 31 may be a cylinder, or a three-dimensional structure with other shapes; during the descending process of the garbage can, the touch body 27 on the driving arm 17 contacts with the trigger mechanism 31 and is pressed mutually to form a driving force 18 to the touch body 27, and the driving force 18 drives the driving arm 17 to rotate; when the garbage bin feeds materials into the incinerator 30, the trigger mechanism 31 is in contact fit with the guide plate 4 to guide the track of the garbage bin moving to the feed port 29 of the incinerator 30, so that the direction deviation in the descending process is avoided; meanwhile, the trigger mechanism 31 is in contact fit with the limit plate 3, when the garbage bin is fed into the incinerator 30, the position of the garbage bin relative to the incinerator 30 is limited, that is, the descending height of the garbage bin is controlled, and when the limit plate 3 is in contact with the trigger mechanism 31, the garbage bin stops descending, so that the garbage bin and the return spring 12 are prevented from being damaged.
In the specific application:
after the garbage enters the incineration station, the garbage is directly unloaded into the garbage can from the transport vehicle, the garbage enters the garbage can from the charging opening 1, and the unloading door 6 is closed to ensure that the garbage cannot come out from the unloading opening 9; when the incinerator 30 needs to be thrown into the garbage, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, an operator lifts the garbage can to the position above the feed port 29 of the incinerator through the lifting mechanism 28 and then gradually lowers the garbage can;
when the garbage can is not completely aligned with the feeding hole 29 of the incinerator 30 or has slight deviation, the guide plate 4 on the supporting leg 5 can be contacted with the trigger mechanism 31 on the periphery of the feeding hole 29, and the generated reverse thrust can correct the position of the garbage can so as to ensure that the discharge opening 1 of the garbage can is aligned with the feeding hole 29 of the incinerator;
along with the gradual descending of the height of the garbage can, the touch body 27 on the driving arm 17 is in contact with the trigger mechanism 31 around the feed port 29 and is mutually extruded with the touch body 27, and in the extrusion process, the trigger mechanism 31 forms a driving force 18 for the touch body 27, so that the torque of the driving arm 17 for the connecting shaft 14 is generated, and further the torque of the connecting shaft 14 for the swing arm 15 is generated;
along with the continuous descending of the height of the garbage can, the trigger mechanism 31 continuously presses the touch body 27, the driving arm 17 starts to drive the connecting shaft 14 to rotate, further the swinging arm 15 is driven to overcome the pulling force of the return spring 12 to start to rotate, after a certain angle is reached, the bayonet lock hook 24 of the swinging arm 15 is separated from the bayonet lock 16, the discharge door 6 is opened under the action of the garbage in the garbage can and the self gravity thereof, and the garbage in the garbage can slides out from the discharge opening 9 under the action of the gravity and enters the hearth through the feed inlet 29 of the incinerator;
in the height descending process of the garbage can, when the limiting plates 3 on the supporting legs 5 are in contact with the trigger mechanism 31, the garbage can stops descending to prevent the garbage can from descending too much, so that the reset spring 12 and the can body 2 are prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the garbage can descends too much;
after the garbage is discharged from the loading bin, the operator lifts the emptied garbage bin again by the lifting mechanism 28 and leaves the feed opening 29 of the incinerator 30, and puts down the garbage bin while closing the feed opening 29; in the process of putting down the garbage can, an operator can close the discharge door 6 of the garbage can;
the closing process of the discharge door 6 is that as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the discharge door 6 rotates around the hinge 19 until the bayonet lock 16 touches the bayonet lock hook 24, so that the swinging arm 15 rotates against the pulling force of the return spring 12, the bayonet lock hook 24 retreats, after the bayonet lock 16 passes the bayonet lock hook 24, the swinging arm 15 resets the bayonet lock hook 24 under the action of the return spring 12 and hooks the bayonet lock 16, so that the discharge door 6 is closed, and the discharge door is firmly closed under the tensioning action of the return spring 12.
The garbage can and the loading system provided by the embodiment of the invention have the characteristics of convenience in loading, rapidness and reliability in unloading, simplicity in recovery after unloading and the like; during the processes of carrying, loading and unloading garbage, the descending direction of the barrel body can be automatically trimmed according to the guide plate, the automatic opening of the discharge door can be realized through the interaction of the touch body on the door opening mechanism and the trigger mechanism of the incinerator, so that the garbage can be simply, reliably and rapidly fed into the incinerator, and the discharge door can be simply and firmly closed after the unloading is finished; thereby reduced operating personnel intensity of labour, reduced the operation in traditional rubbish storage pool, compared with than the small-size domestic waste incineration station of tradition, reduced the time that rubbish was gone into the stove by a wide margin, further improved the operating efficiency and the stability of burning furnace.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A garbage can for a small-sized domestic garbage incineration station, characterized by comprising:
the barrel body (2) is provided with a cavity, the upper end of the barrel body (2) is provided with a charging hole (1), and the lower end of the barrel body is provided with a discharging hole (9);
the bottom ring beam (8) is annularly arranged at the lower end of the barrel body (2), a supporting leg (5) is arranged on the bottom ring beam (8), and a limiting plate (3) and a guide plate (4) are arranged on the supporting leg (5); the limiting plate (3) is suitable for being matched with a trigger mechanism (31) on an incinerator (30), and when the garbage bin is fed into the incinerator (30), the position of the garbage bin relative to a feeding hole (29) of the incinerator (30) is limited through the limiting plate (3); the guide plate (4) is suitable for being matched with a trigger mechanism (31) on an incinerator (30), and when the garbage bin feeds materials into the incinerator (30), the guide plate (4) guides the track of the garbage bin moving to a feeding hole (29) of the incinerator (30);
the discharge door (6) is positioned at the discharge opening (9), and the end part of the discharge door (6) is hinged with the bottom ring beam (8);
the door opening mechanism (7) is connected with the bottom ring beam (8) and is suitable for controlling the discharge door (6) to be opened or closed.
2. A refuse receptacle for a small-sized domestic waste incineration station according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of the discharge door (6) is hinged to the base ring beam (8) by a hinge (19); the other end is connected with the door opening mechanism (7) through a clamping pin (16).

the connecting shaft (14), the said connecting shaft (14) crosses the said base ring roof beam (8) horizontally;
a swing arm (15), wherein the swing arm (15) longitudinally penetrates through the bottom ring beam (8) and is connected with the connecting shaft (14), and the swing arm (15) is suitable for being connected with the bayonet pin (16);
the spring pull seat (13) is arranged on the bottom ring beam (8);
