Description

Water-soluble self-lubricating spherical pig and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, in particular to a water-soluble self-lubricating spherical pig and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The deep sea oil and gas field is developed by using the underwater production system, so that an expensive offshore oil production platform can be avoided, and a large amount of construction investment is saved. And the underwater production system is less influenced by weather and has strong reliability, so the underwater production system becomes a key technology of the deepwater oil and gas field. In the process of construction, the submarine oil and gas pipeline inevitably carries sand, soil, welding slag, sewage or other impurities. The pigging of the pipeline is therefore an indispensable procedure for the pre-commissioning phase before the subsea production system is put into production.
After pipeline delivery, the submarine pipelines for conveying petroleum and natural gas are all operated continuously. Because certain impurities, condensate and hydrate may exist in the conveyed medium, precipitates are attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, and finally, the pipeline conveying efficiency is reduced, the inner wall of the pipeline is corroded, or equipment such as an instrument valve is blocked. Therefore, the pipeline cleaning operation is an important work in the process of operation and maintenance before the submarine pipeline is put into production. The pipe cleaning operation is to use compressed air or water to push a pipe cleaner to clean impurities, sand, accumulated water and floating rust in the pipeline and to check the passing performance of the pipeline. The selection of the cleaning pig is very critical, and the success or failure of the cleaning operation is directly related.
The pig is the equipment that can remove in order to clear up the residue in pipeline inside, according to the difference of structure and material, can divide into foam ball pig, integral type rubber ball pig and mechanical pig. The foam ball pipe cleaner is made of polyurethane foam as a main material, has the characteristics of high compression rate, large deformation, light weight, simplicity and convenience in use, low cost, strong passing capacity and the like, and is poor in wear resistance and capacity of removing residues on the pipe wall. The integrated rubber ball pipe cleaner is usually made of polyurethane or oil-resistant and wear-resistant chloroprene rubber, has the characteristics of small deformation, good elasticity, easiness in operation, safety in use and the like, and has better sealing capability than a mechanical pipe cleaning ball, but has poorer pipe cleaning capability than the mechanical pipe cleaner. The mechanical pipe cleaner consists of a metal main body (iron or aluminum) and an isolation sealing device for driving the balls to move in the pipeline, has strong cleaning capacity, and is also a main pipe cleaner used in the current pipeline cleaning operation. However, when the mechanical pipe cleaner is used for cleaning the pipeline, monitoring needs to be well implemented, and the problem that the mechanical pipe cleaner is blocked due to deformation of the pipeline is avoided.
Conventional pigging operations are performed on offshore platforms, using deck space to house the barrels. The spherical pig starts from the spherical pig serving barrel, goes down the sea pipe through the vertical pipe and finally receives the spherical pig at the destination; since subsea wellheads are usually located far from offshore platforms or land, there is not enough room to place the launch canister. Therefore, the conventional pipe cleaner is difficult to clean the small-caliber pipeline or the reducing pipeline on the seabed. Or even if a special spherical pig could be used for pigging, the cost of pigging would be very high.
At present, the three conventional pipeline cleaning technologies are mature, and have better economical efficiency and higher efficiency for pipelines with larger calibers. However, in the pipe cleaning operation of the conventional pipeline, the preliminary preparation work is complicated, the installation labor intensity of the temporary ball receiving and sending device is large, the operation is inconvenient, and a perfect pipe cleaning mode is lacked for a small-caliber pipeline (the pipe diameter is less than 102mm) and a reducing pipeline. The risk of ball blocking caused by mechanical pipe cleaning operation is large, and particularly for pipelines in a flexible-rigid pipe combination mode, even if special pipe cleaning operation is used, the risk of blockage of the pipe cleaning ball is still much higher than that of large-diameter pipelines.

Further, the defoaming agent is at least one of polyether modified organosilicon or polysiloxane.
A preparation method of a water-soluble self-lubricating spherical pig comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving a water-soluble polymer, a super absorbent resin and a defoaming agent in a plasticizer at normal temperature and normal pressure, and fully stirring until the water-soluble polymer, the super absorbent resin and the defoaming agent are completely dissolved and uniformly dispersed;

The invention has the technical effects that: (1) the plasticizer is used as a good solvent of the water-soluble polymer, and can fully dissolve the water-soluble polymer to form an elastomer, so that the elasticity and the sealing of the spherical pig are improved; the organic silicon defoaming agent can avoid bubbles generated in the preparation process; when carrying out the dredging pipe operation, the dredging pipe ball can continuously release the plasticizer and play the lubrication action, can effectively prevent that the dredging pipe ball from producing crooked card ball phenomenon even, takes place the volume inflation after super absorbent resin can absorb the residual moisture in the pipeline, can guarantee that the dredging pipe ball has good sealing performance all the time, ensures that the high-efficient completion of dredging pipe work.
(2) The preparation method of the spherical pig provided by the invention is simple, easy to operate and low in cost, and is suitable for pipeline environments in which mechanical spherical pigs cannot be applied to pipeline cleaning operation;
