1. The sterilizing and disinfecting device for medical nursing is characterized by comprising a treatment box, wherein the treatment box is divided into a cleaning chamber (1) and a disinfecting chamber (2) through a partition layer (3);
an instrument clamping device (11) is arranged in the cleaning chamber (1), the instrument clamping device (11) is connected with the treatment box through a sliding device (12), the sliding device (12) is used for controlling the lifting of the instrument clamping device (11), and a cleaning device (13) for cleaning the instrument is arranged on one side of the instrument clamping device (11); the instrument clamping device (11) comprises a first transverse rod (111) and a plurality of clamps, the first transverse rod (111) is connected with the treatment box through the sliding device (12), and the bottom of the first transverse rod (111) is connected with the clamps; the clamp holder comprises a fixed rod (112), two hook-shaped rods (113) and two fixing sheets (114), one end of the fixed rod (112) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first transverse rod (111), the other end of the fixed rod (112) is rotationally connected with the hook-shaped rods (113), the two hook-shaped rods (113) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed rod (112), and the opposite ends of the two hook-shaped rods (113) are respectively connected with the fixing sheets (114); the sliding device (12) comprises a longitudinal rod (121), a second transverse rod (122) and a rotating rod (123), one end of the longitudinal rod (121) is connected with the first transverse rod (111), the other end of the longitudinal rod (121) is connected with the middle part of the second transverse rod (122), the second transverse rod (122) is in sliding connection with one end of the rotating rod (123), and the other end of the rotating rod (123) penetrates through the treatment box to be connected with a power device; the cleaning device (13) comprises a telescopic rod (131) and a plurality of cleaning brushes (132), wherein the bottom of the telescopic rod (131) is connected with the cleaning brushes (132), and the clamp holders are arranged among the cleaning brushes (132);
a wastewater recovery tank (21) is arranged in the disinfection chamber (2), the wastewater recovery tank (21) is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is connected with the interlayer (3) through a first water pipe (22), and the water outlet is connected with the cleaning device (13) through a second water pipe (23); a sterilizing device is arranged on the sterilizing chamber (2); the cleaning device (13) further comprises a water spraying device, the water spraying device comprises a water storage tank, a third water conveying pipe and a plurality of spray heads, the water storage tank is arranged on one side of the cleaning chamber (1), and the water storage tank is connected with the water outlet through the second water conveying pipe (23); the water storage tank is connected with one end of the third water delivery pipe, the other end of the third water delivery pipe penetrates through the cleaning chamber (1) and is connected with the spray head, and the spray head is arranged at the top of the clamp holder;
the interlayer (3) is connected with the treatment box in a sliding way; the interlayer (3) comprises a filter screen (31) for filtering impurities and a waste water collecting tank (32), and the filter screen (31) is arranged above the waste water collecting tank (32); the waste water collecting tank (32) is connected with the water inlet through the first water conveying pipe (22).

The sterilizing and disinfecting device for medical care according to claim 1, wherein the holder further comprises a limiting device, the limiting device comprises a first limiting strip and a second limiting strip, the first limiting strip and the second limiting strip are rotatably connected through a damping rotating shaft, and the first limiting strip and the second limiting strip are rotatably connected with two hook-shaped rods (113) which are close to each other through the damping rotating shaft.
