Most of the two types of pipelines aim at thicker pipelines, and the spray head or the brush can be placed in the pipeline for construction; however, it is not suitable for some long and thin pipelines. Then, referring to fig. 1, the section bar is obliquely arranged, so that the left end of the section bar is high and the right end of the section bar is low, and then the thin round rod 104 at the free end of the cloth strip 103 is arranged inside the section bar; and the reel 102 is reversed so that the cloth strip 103 is guided by the thin round bar 104 through the whole profile and out the other end of the profile.
After the thin round rod 104 comes out from the right end of the profile, the thin round rod 104 is installed on the clamping block 303; and the profile is restored to the horizontal state, see fig. 2; the positioning rod 206 at the upper end of the supporting rod 201 is inserted into a positioning hole on a connecting block 205 hinged with the positioning rod 206, so that the section bar is kept in a horizontal state. In this state, the profile is in the low position; a part of redundant cloth strips 103 are retracted through the forward transmission of the reel 102, and the cloth strips 103 are in a tensioned state; and the stretched state of the cloth strip 103 is maintained by screwing the first compression screw 108 on the slider 106.
Because the cloth strip 103 is in a tensioning state, the cloth strip 103 arranged in the section bar can be tightly attached to the upper side wall of the section bar in the tensioning state, at the moment, the cloth strip 103 can move left and right relative to the section bar by pulling the hand wheel 304 left and right, and when the cloth strip 103 moves left and right, the sliding block 106 can slide left and right along the fixing rod 105. By moving left and right, the paint brush on the cloth strip 103 can be painted on the inner wall of the pipeline.
Subsequently, the second compression screw 308 is loosened, and the clamping block 303 is moved to the middle position of the guide plate 307, at which time the rope is in a loose state; then, the limiting pin 306 is pulled upwards, so that the sleeve 305 can rotate, namely the cross rod 302 can rotate, and at the moment, the hand wheel 304 is rotated, so that the cloth strip 103 can be twisted for a certain number of turns; by twisting, the paint adsorbed inside the cloth strip 103 can be squeezed out.
At the same time, the sleeve 203 can be manually rotated to bring the non-coated area of the profile above, since the cloth strip 103 is in a loose state.
Then the clamping block 303 is moved to one end of the guide plate 307 again, and the limiting pin 306 is released, so that the sleeve 305 is clamped again; the cloth strip 103 can now be pulled out to the left and right to apply a new area of the profile.
By manually twisting the cloth strip 103, the paint inside can be squeezed out, so that the problem of paint thinning in subsequent areas can be avoided. The smearing is more uniform.
In the above way, the cloth strip 103 is used as an application tool, so that the cloth strip 103 can penetrate through various elongated pipelines and can be applied by selecting the cloth strip 103 with a proper length according to the length of the pipeline; in addition, for the pipeline with a non-circular cross section, particularly the pipeline with the groove on the inner wall, the cloth strips 103 can be perfectly placed in the groove to fully coat the groove; the effect that other modes are not easy to achieve can be achieved. And as long as the cloth strip 103 can be arranged on the inner wall of the pipeline, the coating of each special part of the profile can be realized through various rotations and pulls even if the shape of the profile is special.
The above is a conventional usage, and in addition to this, the present device can be used as follows: keeping the profile horizontal and the cloth strip 103 tensioned, i.e. in the state shown in figure 2; through manual rotation section bar, can utilize cloth strip 103 to carry out annular to paint to the inner wall, make paint on the inner wall more even, avoid the condition of wall built-up. The mode is more suitable for the section bar with the regular cross section, and the smearing efficiency and the smearing uniformity can be improved.
