As shown in figures 1-2, a backpack fire extinguisher comprises a backpack 100 and a fire extinguisher body 200 which is arranged on the backpack 100 in a pick-and-place way, the backpack 100 comprises an inflatable back plate 101 with a chute 1011, straps 102 and mounting seats (not marked in the figures) which are respectively arranged on both sides of the inflatable back plate 101, and an alarm device 1012.
The mounting seat is used for fixing the fire extinguisher body 200 and is provided with a sliding block 103 which can be matched with the sliding groove 1011; the inflatable backboard 101 comprises an elastic member 106 and a detecting member 105 connected with the alarm device 1012, wherein the elastic member 106 is arranged at the bottom of the sliding groove 1011 and can be abutted against the sliding block 103.
Specifically, along with the change of the weight of the fire extinguisher body 200, the elastic member 106 can be switched between a compressed state and a released state to drive the mounting seat to move up and down relative to the sliding groove 1011, and the alarm device 1012 sends out an alarm signal through the triggering action between the sliding block 103 and the detecting member 105.
The inflatable back plate further comprises an inflatable layer (not shown in the figure) and a mounting layer (not shown in the figure), wherein the mounting layer is attached to the inflatable layer and is provided with the sliding groove 1011, so that the fire extinguisher body 200 can be mounted conveniently, and the strength of the inflatable back plate is improved; aerify the inside on layer and be provided with composite fiber (not shown in the figure), composite fiber can improve aerify the holistic intensity of backplate 101 to through inside aerifing, alleviate its total weight, make it keeps certain structure to aerify backplate 101, makes its back that can laminate the firefighter, can alleviate the discomfort on firefighter's back in the use, improves the travelling comfort of firefighter in the use.
Further, the mounting seat comprises a clamping piece 104 with an arc-shaped bayonet, the clamping piece 104 is provided with an unlocking state and a locking state, and the detachable connection between the fire extinguisher body 200 and the mounting seat is realized through switching between the unlocking state and the locking state.
In addition, the clamping member 104 can be provided with a first adjusting member 107, and the clamping area of the clamping member 104 can be enlarged and reduced by adjusting the first adjusting member 107 so as to adapt to fire extinguisher bodies 200 with different diameters.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, the first adjusting member 107 may be selected from an adjusting bolt, the clamping member 104 includes a first clamping jaw (not shown in the figure) and a second clamping jaw (not shown in the figure) hinged to each other, and the top ends of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are connected through the adjusting bolt, so that the distance between the top end of the first clamping jaw and the top end of the second clamping jaw is enlarged and reduced by rotating the adjusting bolt, and further the clamping area of the clamping member 104 is changed to adapt to fire extinguisher bodies 200 with different diameters.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, as an embodiment of the present application, the detecting element 105 is a trigger switch disposed on an inner wall of the sliding groove 1011, and the sliding block 103 can contact or separate from the trigger switch during the up-and-down movement of the fire extinguisher body 200 relative to the gas-filled back plate 101.
The touch switch may be a push switch, and specifically, the weight of the fire extinguisher body 200 is reduced, so that the elastic member 106 pushes the slider 103 to move upward and press the push switch, and the alarm device 1012 is triggered to alarm, thereby monitoring the weight of the fire extinguisher body 200.
As another specific embodiment of the present application, the detecting element 105 is a light-sensitive switch disposed on the inner wall of the sliding groove 1011, and in the process that the fire extinguisher body 200 moves up and down relative to the gas-filled back plate 101, the slider 103 can shield the light-sensitive switch, so that the detecting element 105 is triggered.
It should be noted that the specific triggering alarm mode of the photosensitive switch is the same as the triggering alarm mode of the trigger switch, and both are realized by the contact and separation of the slider 103 and the photosensitive switch; therefore, the description is not repeated herein; in addition, the above embodiments are only two optional embodiments, and any switch that can cooperate with the slider 103 to achieve the alarm triggering effect may be used.
As shown in fig. 1-2, preferably, the side wall of the sliding groove 1011 is opened with an adjusting window 108, and a second adjusting member 109 extends outwards; the detecting element 105 is disposed in the adjusting window 108 and connected to the second adjusting element 109, so that the position of the second adjusting element 109 is changed to drive the detecting element 105 to move up and down in the adjusting window 108.
The lateral wall of adjusting window 108 can be provided with the graduation apparatus, adjusting bolt can be chooseed for use to the second regulating part, through the rotation adjusting bolt makes adjusting bolt with fastening or separation between the adjusting window 108, and adjusting bolt with during the adjusting window 108 separation, adjusting bolt can reciprocate in the adjusting window, and drive detecting part 105 removes extremely the different scales department of graduation apparatus, screws up adjusting bolt again, makes the bolt with adjusting window 108 closely laminates, in order to fix detecting part 105's position, with this adjusts fire extinguisher body 200 to different weight detecting part 105's position, reduces the error that weight detected, can avoid alarm device 1012 misreport.
The specific setting position of the detecting element 105 can be set according to the difference between the slider 103 and the trigger type:
for example, when the two blocks 103 are connected to each other by a connecting rod, the position of the detecting member 105 may be set at the middle position of the sliding groove 1011; alternatively, when the slider 103 is a whole, the detecting member 105 may be disposed on the upper portion or the lower portion of the sliding groove 1011.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, when the detecting member 105 is triggered by contact and the sliding block 103 is a whole, the detecting member 105 can be disposed on the upper portion of the sliding groove 1011, the fire extinguisher body 200 gradually loses its weight during use, the elastic member 106 gradually loosens and pushes the sliding block 103 upwards until the fire extinguishing agent or fire extinguishing gas in the fire extinguisher body 200 is exhausted, and at this time, the sliding block 103 contacts the detecting member 105 and triggers the detecting member 105, so that the alarm device 1012 gives an alarm.
As shown in fig. 3, when the detecting member 105 is separately triggered and the sliding block 103 is a whole, the detecting member 105 can be disposed at the lower part of the sliding slot 1011, and the sliding block 103 presses the detecting member 105, when the fire extinguisher body 200 is lightened, the elastic member 106 also pushes the sliding block 103 to move upwards and gradually move away from the detecting member 105, and when the fire extinguishing agent or the fire extinguishing gas in the fire extinguisher body 200 is used up, the sliding block 103 is completely separated from the detecting member 105 and triggers the detecting member 105, so that the alarm device 1012 gives an alarm.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, the two sliders 103 are connected to each other through a connecting rod (not labeled in the figure), the position of the detecting element 105 may be set at the middle position of the sliding slot 1011, or may be set at the upper portion or the lower portion of the sliding slot 1011, and the triggering manner is the same as that when the sliders 103 are integrated, so that redundant description is not repeated herein.
