Background

The TIPS operation, also known as intrahepatic portal vein bypass of jugular vein (intrahepatic portal bypass of jugular vein), is an interventional radiology new therapy for treating portal hypertension and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. It utilizes the principle of surgical shunt and uses a series of interventional instruments to establish an artificial shunt channel between hepatic vein and portal vein in the liver parenchyma, thereby reducing portal vein pressure and reducing or eliminating symptoms such as bleeding and ascites due to esophageal varices and rupture caused by portal vein high pressure. The head of a patient is deviated to the left side during operation, the head of the patient is completely covered by a sterile sheet after conventional disinfection, venipuncture is carried out on the right neck of the patient, and obviously, the patient can breathe unsmoothly, suffocates and is difficult to breathe.

Disclosure of Invention
