KR 20100023288A discloses a domestic refrigeration appliance in the coolable interior of which a plurality of compartment bottoms for holding food are arranged. The bottom of the compartments are provided with circular weighing cells spaced apart from each other and arranged in an array.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved domestic refrigerator having a weighing device.
The object of the invention is achieved by a domestic refrigeration device having: an insulated housing having an inner container bounding a coolable interior space configured for storing food; a cooling device for cooling the coolable interior space; a weighing device; and a placement surface for placing food, the placement surface comprising the weighing device, which in turn comprises a plurality of individual (individudelle) weighing cells, which each have a weighing surface and are arranged directly adjacent to one another, such that the weighing surfaces of the individual weighing cells jointly span a weighing zone, which at least partially constitutes the placement surface.
The domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention comprises a thermally insulated housing with an inner container which delimits the coolable interior. The interior space is cooled by means of a refrigerating device. The refrigerating device is preferably designed as a refrigerant circuit, which is known in principle to the person skilled in the art, and is preferably designed such that it cools the coolable interior at least approximately to a predetermined temperature. The coolable interior space is configured to store food.
The domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention is in particular a domestic refrigeration appliance, the coolable interior of which is cooled to a temperature of more than 0 ℃.
The domestic refrigerator according to the invention furthermore comprises a placement surface for placing food. The placement surface comprises a weighing device. The weighing device comprises a plurality of individual weighing cells, which each have a weighing surface and are arranged directly adjacent to one another, so that the weighing surfaces of the individual weighing cells jointly span a weighing region, which at least partially forms the placement surface.
The weighing device comprises individual (or separate) weighing cells which jointly span (or form) a weighing area or weighing array, whereby the weighing device does not weigh all food items stored on the weighing area as a whole, but individual food items stored on the weighing area in individual part areas corresponding to the separate weighing cells. For example, this achieves: the individual foods stored on the weighing area are differentiated or the mass of the individual foods is individually detected. In the conventional case, a single weighing cell does not detect the total mass of the food items stored on the weighing area, but only a partial mass in the case of stored food items extending over a plurality of weighing cells of the weighing device. According to the invention, not only the total mass of the food items stored on the weighing region but also the mass of a plurality of food items stored on the weighing region can be determined individually, in such a way that the use is significantly simplified for the user and is application-friendly. For the evaluation of the signals generated by the individual weighing cells, the weighing device can be connected to an electronic evaluation device of the domestic refrigeration appliance. The electronic evaluation device can also be arranged outside the domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention. Furthermore, for recognizing the food and in particular for detecting the physical size of a plurality of food items simultaneously stored on the weighing area of the weighing device, an optical sensor (e.g. a camera) or another suitable sensor can be provided, which can be connected to an evaluation device provided outside or inside the domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention for processing data. According to the invention, the weighing device in particular forms a self-contained weighing area which is particularly user-friendly for the user, by means of an essentially continuous or gap-free arrangement of a plurality of weighing cells in the weighing area or by means of an arrangement of a plurality of individual weighing cells directly adjacent to one another.
The expression "open" is also to be understood as meaning "defined" or "formed" within the meaning of the present invention. In the sense of the present invention, this is understood as: the weighing device consists of a plurality of individual weighing cells or weighing cells which are arranged in defined regions or areas and which are perceived by the user as a coherent and self-integrating weighing region.
The expression "weighing zone" is also understood to mean, in the sense of the present invention, a "weighing array". In the sense of the present invention, a "weighing area" is understood to be an area or region in which: a plurality of individual weighing cells or weighing cells are arranged directly adjacent to one another in the region or area.
The weighing device can be embodied as an assembly, which has, in particular, a trough-shaped carrier on which the individual weighing cells are arranged.
The domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention can comprise a shelf bottom arranged in the coolable interior space for resting food. The bottom of the grid bottom may comprise a resting surface, which in turn comprises a weighing device. The weighing surfaces of the individual weighing cells of the weighing device jointly open a weighing region. The weighing region of the weighing device can form, in part or in large part, the resting surface of the compartment bottom or even the entire resting surface of the compartment bottom. In the case of a shelf at the bottom of the compartment, the rest of the bottom can be made of glass, with the weighing device being provided in part on the resting surface. The shelf surface of the shelf/storage base can comprise a circumferential, injection-molded frame, on which fastening means can be provided for fastening the storage base to the inner container of the domestic refrigeration appliance.
It can be provided that the weighing device is embodied as a component which is fastened to the bottom of the storage base, or that the weighing device is integrated into the bottom of the storage base.
It can be provided that the bottom of the storage base is constructed continuously and the module is fastened to the base, or that the module is arranged in an opening in the bottom of the storage base. The component is preferably arranged on that surface of the placement surface which faces the food stored on the placement surface. Naturally, it can also be provided on that surface of the resting surface which faces away from the food stored on the resting surface.
It may be provided that the storage base is the base of a drawer.
The following specific configuration, although directed in particular to a door shelf, is possible and not excluded by the invention, as is the use of the following specific configuration of the weighing device in a storage base or drawer of a domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention.
According to a preferred embodiment of the domestic refrigeration device according to the invention, the domestic refrigeration device has a door leaf which has a side facing the coolable interior and is provided for: the coolable interior space is closed in the closed state and made accessible in the open state. The domestic refrigeration appliance preferably comprises a door shelf which is arranged on the side of the door leaf facing the coolable interior and comprises the weighing device and a bottom, wherein the bottom of the door shelf forms a placement surface for placing food and the individual weighing cells are arranged directly next to one another such that the weighing surfaces of the individual weighing cells jointly form a weighing region.
The weighing device can be connected to an electronic evaluation device of the domestic refrigerator, which evaluates the signals generated by the weighing device. The weighing device can be electrically contacted, in particular for supplying it with electrical energy, or for communicating with an evaluation device, which is arranged, for example, in the door leaf or in the thermally insulated housing, for example, in that the weighing device has an electrical plug connection which is coupled to a mating electrical plug connection arranged on the door leaf.
The weighing device comprises a single (or individual) weighing cell, whereby the weighing device does not weigh all food items resting on the resting surface (in particular not all food items stored in the door shelf) as a whole, but only single food items stored in a single part area of the resting surface corresponding to these individual weighing cells (or in a single part area of the door shelf corresponding to these individual weighing cells). This achieves, for example: the foods stored on the resting surface (or in the door shelf) are differentiated or the quality of these foods is individually detected.
The individual weighing cells are preferably arranged in an array in the weighing region. In particular, the individual weighing cells are arranged closely and/or tessellately in the weighing region of the weighing device. Preferably, the individual weighing cells are substantially gapless relative to each otherAnd (4) arranging. In particular, it is provided that at least six weighing cells are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the door shelf
Figure BDA0003508006970000041
Arranged adjacently and at least two weighing cells are arranged adjacently transversely to the longitudinal orientation. Preferably, six weighing cells are arranged adjacently in the longitudinal orientation of the door shelf, and two weighing cells are arranged adjacently transversely to the longitudinal orientation.
For example, the area of the weighing surface of each of these weighing cells is, for example, 70mm x40 mm.
The individual weighing cells are preferably of rectangular design in order to keep the boundary region between two adjacent weighing cells as small as possible, so that the weighing surfaces of the individual weighing cells form a weighing region as free of interruptions (or continuously) as possible, and the regions which do not contribute to detection can be kept small.
The door shelf includes, for example, upwardly open containers. The container is made of plastic, for example.
The door shelf may have upwardly closed containers (e.g., made of plastic) that are accessible through lateral openings thereof. Such an embodiment of the door shelf (or container thereof) may have door leaves for opening and closing the lateral opening. The door shelf is preferably provided for storing butter.
According to one variant of the domestic refrigerator according to the invention, the weighing device is integrated into the bottom of the container.
According to a preferred embodiment of the domestic refrigeration appliance according to the invention, the weighing device is embodied as an assembly. The assembly can be produced in particular separately from the door shelf and, if necessary, can also be implemented in such a way that the door shelf can be subsequently retrofitted with a weighing device implemented as an assembly.
The weighing device embodied as an assembly is in particular fastened in a receptacle of a door shelf.
The component can be fastened to the container, in particular integrated into the door shelf, for example by force-fitting, form-fitting or material-fitting connection techniques, for example by insertion, snapping, gluing or welding.
The container may have, for example, a continuous bottom (i.e. a continuous downwardly directed wall) on which the assembly is fastened. In this case, the weighing device embodied as an assembly can be placed (or inserted) onto the bottom of the container. This makes it possible to subsequently add weighing devices embodied as modules to the door shelf.
Preferably, the container can be embodied such that the downwardly directed component part of the container is at least partially open. Furthermore, it can be provided that the container is embodied such that at least a major part of the downwardly directed components of the container is open. In this case, the component constitutes, partially or largely, the downwardly directed surface (or bottom) of the door shelf. The container according to this variant of the domestic refrigerator according to the invention has substantially no closed bottom (or no downwardly directed wall) and the downwardly directed surface of the door shelf is substantially formed by the component, so that the bottom of the entire door shelf is thinner than in the variant in which the container comprises a downwardly directed wall. Thus, the volume and lateral height of the door shelf with weighing means can be kept constant compared to a door shelf without weighing means, and the technical structure can be arranged or integrated into the bottom (or below the container bottom).
The assembly preferably comprises a basin-shaped carrier on which the individual weighing cells are arranged. The carrier is preferably embodied in one piece and comprises in particular fastening means for the individual weighing cells. In particular, substantially all of the component parts of the weighing device are arranged (or fastened) on a carrier, which is in particular configured as a carrier plate.
Preferably, the assembly is connected to the container of the door shelf by means of a carrier or the assembly is fastened to the container of the door shelf by means of a carrier.
Preferably, the upwardly directed face of the carrier (or carrier plate) is divided into a number of individual weighing faces, or into a number of individual receptacles for weighing cells, which correspond to individual weighing cells. These weighing surfaces can be individually adapted to the geometry of the resting surface or to the geometry of the door shelf.
Each weighing surface corresponds to a weighing cell, which in turn comprises, for example, one or more elements for weighing. These weighing cells can be weighing cells with strain gauges, for example. However, other elements, such as piezoelectric elements, capacitive sensors or inductive sensors, may also be used.
Weighing plates may be arranged above these weighing cells, respectively, which transmit the weight force of the food to be measured to the measuring cells of the weighing cell.
In order to protect the weighing device from contamination (in particular liquid), according to one variant of the domestic refrigerator according to the invention, the weighing device has a liquid-repellent (in particular liquid-tight) protective film or pad which lies flat on the weighing surface of the weighing cell. The protective mat is in particular designed such that it has a significantly lower rigidity in the region corresponding to the boundary region of two adjacently arranged weighing cells than in the region of the protective mat corresponding to the weighing area of a single weighing cell. The protective mat preferably has a significantly lower rigidity in the boundary region, so that decoupling of the individual weighing areas and thus of the individual weighing cells can be achieved at least to some extent.
The protective film or pad may also enclose each individual weighing surface (or weighing plate) of these individual weighing cells.
The protective pad can be connected to the weighing device (in particular to the carrier of the weighing device) in a force-fitting manner (for example by tensioning), in a form-fitting manner (for example by means of a dovetail groove) or in a material-fitting manner (for example by means of gluing, welding or hot pressing).
The surface of the protective film or pad facing away from the weighing cell forms, in particular, a resting surface for food. The surface can be embodied or structured as a uniform surface (i.e. remain smooth to the same extent).
Preferably, the protective mat can be embodied in one piece and has a smaller material thickness in the region corresponding to the boundary region of two adjacently arranged weighing cells than in the region of the protective mat corresponding to the weighing surface of a single weighing cell. This can be achieved, for example, in this way: the protective film or pad has a weakening structure (or decoupling structure) between the individual weighing cells in order to transfer it only to a small extent or even not at all onto an adjoining weighing cell if there is a disturbance quantity due to the weight loaded onto this adjoining weighing cell.
The integrally formed protective mat can be provided with grooves in a region corresponding to the boundary region of two adjacently arranged weighing cells.
These grooves (or weakening structures) can be arranged in that surface facing away from the weighing cell, i.e. in the surface of the protective mat which constitutes the resting face. A single weighing cell can thus be identified.
These grooves (or weakening structures) may be arranged in that surface of the protective mat which faces the weighing cell. In this case, the surface facing away from the weighing cell (i.e., the resting surface) can be implemented smoothly, for example, it can be cleaned better. In order to identify the individual weighing cells, the placement surface can have, for example, corresponding color lines.
According to a variant of the domestic refrigerator according to the invention, the protective mat can have a rigid plate in each case in the region corresponding to a weighing cell, which rigid plate is connected to the flexible material in the region corresponding to the border region of two weighing cells arranged adjacent to one another. Thereby likewise achieving decoupling of the individual weighing cells.
The carrier can have a frame, which is covered or overlapped by a protective film or pad, or around which the protective film or pad is clasped. This improves the sealing of the weighing device against moisture or liquids.
In order to reliably rest the food on the weighing surface, that surface of the protective mat which faces away from the weighing cell preferably extends higher in the region corresponding to the weighing surface of the individual weighing cell than in the region of the frame. In this way, the shoulder, in particular between the weighing surface and the frame, is compensated for, for example, by adding a step.
The protective mat or film in particular seals the weighing device (and possibly also the door shelf if appropriate).
A plurality of individual weighing cells can be arranged closely and/or tessellately in the weighing region of the weighing device. Within the meaning of the present invention, a checkerboard is also understood to mean a mosaic. It is thereby achieved that the weighing area of the weighing device is occupied as closely and continuously as possible by a single weighing cell.
It can be provided that the weighing region of the weighing device substantially forms the entire resting surface. The weighing region of the weighing device can essentially form the entire resting surface of the storage base and/or of the door shelf.
It can be provided that the weighing surfaces of the individual weighing cells (or the weighing zones of the weighing device) form, partially or largely, the storage surface of the storage base and/or the door shelf.

In the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the individual weighing cells 61 are arranged in an array. For example, it is provided that six weighing cells 62 are arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction of the door shelf 6 and that two weighing cells 62 are arranged next to one another transversely to the longitudinal direction.
The individual weighing cells 62 are preferably of rectangular design, whereby the boundary region 65 between two adjacent weighing cells 62 is kept as small as possible, so that the weighing plate which forms (or comprises) the weighing surface 63 of an individual weighing cell 62 forms the weighing region 66 as continuously as possible and well covers the entire resting surface 6 a.
