Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The specific issuing flow of the existing short message is as follows: after receiving a short message sending request of a service end corresponding to a terminal, a short message service sends the short message to the terminal corresponding to a mobile phone number through a short message channel provider and a short message operator, when the terminal receives or fails to receive the short message, the short message operator forwards a short message receiving state to the short message operator through a base station, and further generates a corresponding state report according to the short message receiving state, wherein the state report comprises the mobile phone number, the short message state code, the short message sending time, the time when a user actually receives the short message and the like, and pushes the state report to the service end corresponding to a terminal APP, and the service end judges whether to send the short message sending request to the short message service again according to the state report so as to enable the short message service to resend the short message. In the process, a client, namely a server corresponding to the terminal, is required to judge whether to send the short message again according to the state report, and the short message aiming at the verification code with higher timeliness cannot be processed immediately, so that the actual arrival rate of the short message is affected.
Based on this, the embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing a short message service, which can automatically determine whether to resend according to a status report after a target short message is sent, and automatically perform a resending operation according to a short message type and a short message sending-receiving time difference of the target short message when it is determined that the resending is needed, so as to effectively improve a sending success rate and an arrival rate of the short message.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a processing method of a short message service provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a short message server, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S102, if a status report of the target short message is received, judging whether the value of the short message status code in the status report is a designated error code.
After a service end corresponding to a user terminal initiates a short message sending request to a short message server, the short message server sends a target short message to the user terminal through a short message provider and a short message operator, and in the process, whether the target short message reaches the user terminal or not, the short message operator generates a state report of the target short message based on the sending condition and returns the state report to the short message server.
The status report is used for indicating whether the user really receives the short message or the failure reasons, the status report comprises a mobile phone number, a short message status code, a short message sending time and other various information, the value of the short message status code can be one of various error codes, the error code is determined based on the failure reasons of the short message sending failure, and the error code correspondingly has thousands of error codes due to various short message sending failure reasons. The attribution and reasons for partial error codes are listed below:
in many error codes, only a few specific error codes are required to resend the short message, for example, a verification code is sent out for over-limit "-181" corresponding to the number of times per day, a blacklist is corresponding to "-128" corresponding to the blacklist, and the short message server can judge whether the short message needs to be resent according to the value of the short message status code "ErrCode", if the value of the short message status code is one of the specific error codes, the short message needs to be resent, for example, one of the short message status codes in the status report is: "ErrCode": and 128", the short message retransmission is required.
Step S104, if the value of the short message status code in the status report is a designated error code, determining the short message type and the short message receiving and transmitting time difference of the target short message according to the status report.
After the step of determining that the short message needs to be retransmitted, further determining the short message type and the short message receiving and transmitting time difference of the target short message according to the status report. The status report includes a message sending time and a message receipt time, that is, an actual receiving time of the user terminal, but does not mean that the user can normally see the message, and the message receipt time is reported to the message operator by the terminal through the base station.
The short message sending and receiving time difference can be determined through the short message sending time and the short message receipt time, in addition, the status report also comprises an ID of a short message provider, the short message provider provides a short message sending interface with a user-defined ID parameter, the user-defined ID is transmitted into each short message sending request, and therefore the generated status report also has the ID of the short message provider, and based on the ID, the short message type of the target short message can be further determined.
And step S106, retransmitting the target short message according to the short message type and the short message receiving and transmitting time difference of the target short message.
In this embodiment of the present application, the foregoing types of short messages at least include: the verification code type short message type, the notification type short message type and the marketing type short message type. Different time thresholds are set for each short message type, and whether to resend the target short message is determined through comparison of the short message receiving and sending time difference and the time thresholds.
In the method for processing the short message service provided by the embodiment of the application, when the short message server receives the status report of the target short message, whether the short message needs to be retransmitted or not is judged according to the value of the short message status code in the status report, if so, the short message type and the short message receiving and transmitting time difference of the target short message are determined based on the status report, and the retransmission operation is carried out on the target short message according to the short message type and the short message receiving and transmitting time difference of the target short message. According to the embodiment of the application, after the target short message is sent, automatic judgment on whether to resend is carried out according to the state report, and when the situation that resending is needed is judged, resending operation is automatically carried out according to the short message type and the short message sending and receiving time difference of the target short message, so that the sending success rate and the arrival rate of the short message can be effectively improved.
Before the step of determining whether the value of the short message status code in the status report is the specified error code, the processing method of the short message service provided in the embodiment of the application further includes a conventional short message issuing process:
(1) If a short message issuing request of a corresponding service end of the terminal is received, issuing a target short message to the terminal through a short message provider and a short message operator;
(2) Receiving a status report of a target short message returned by a short message operator through a short message provider; the status report is generated by the short message operator according to the issuing condition of the target short message.
For example, a user clicks on a terminal APP to obtain a short message verification code, a server corresponding to the terminal APP receives a request, and then sends a short message issuing request to a short message server, wherein the request carries a mobile phone number and a short message type of the user, and the short message server further issues a short message to the user terminal through a short message provider and a short message operator after receiving the request. After receiving the short message, the user terminal reports the receiving condition to the short message operator, and the short message operator generates a status report based on the reported receiving condition, and synchronizes the status report to the short message provider, and further forwards the status report to the short message server by the short message provider.
In order to more accurately determine whether to retransmit or not and improve the experience of the user, the type of the short message and the time difference between receiving and transmitting the short message should be considered, and the determining process of the two information may be implemented by referring to the flowchart of the information determining method shown in fig. 2:
step S202, extracting the short message sending time, the short message receipt time and the ID of the short message provider of the target short message from the status report.
A status report sample is shown below:
in the status report, the first two items of "SendTime" of 2020-06-05 14:47:02 "and" receivabetime "of 2020-06-05 14:47:02" are respectively the short message sending time and the short message receipt time, and the fifth item of "ExtId" of "asd123" is the ID of the short message provider.
Step S204, analyzing the ID of the short message provider to obtain the short message type of the target short message.
And analyzing the ID "asd123" of the provider to obtain the short message type of the target short message, for example, the analysis result is 2, which indicates that the target short message is the notification type short message type. Of course, other identifiers may be used to represent the types of the short messages, which are not limited herein.
Step S206, calculating the time difference between the short message sending time and the short message receipt time to obtain the short message receiving and sending time difference of the target short message.
For example, in the above example, if the time difference between the short message sending time 2020-06-05 14:47:02 and the short message receipt time 2020-06-05 14:47:02 is calculated to be 0, the short message sending and receiving time difference of the target short message is 0.
Based on the determined short message type and short message receiving-sending time difference of the target short message, whether to retransmit the short message is further determined, so that the arrival rate of the short message can be improved, and the experience of a user is improved.
Judging whether the short message receiving and sending time difference of the target short message is smaller than a time threshold corresponding to the short message type; if so, sending a target short message to a terminal of the target short message through a second short message provider, wherein the state report of the target short message is returned by the first short message provider.
The first short message provider and the second short message provider are two different providers, and the problem of the first short message provider causes short message sending failure, so that when the short message is resent, a short message channel needs to be switched, namely the second short message provider is selected for resending the target short message.
The verification code type short message is time-efficient, generally 30 seconds or one minute, and the notification type short message has no time-efficient requirement, so that the retry time can be properly increased, the marketing type short message is advertisement and popularization, and the retry time can be longer, generally the day level. Therefore, the time thresholds corresponding to the verification code type short message, the notification type short message and the marketing type short message respectively can be set to 30s, 60s and 300s, which are only examples herein, and can be set differently according to actual situations.
If the short message type of the target short message is the verification code type short message, when the short message receiving and sending time difference of the target short message is larger than 30s, the short message server selects other suppliers different from the initial short message supplier to send the target short message again, because the verification code type short message is generally required to be sent to the user terminal within 60 seconds, if the short message receiving and sending time difference is within 30s, after the target short message is sent to the user terminal again, the user can fill in the time, on one hand, the target short message meeting the condition is retransmitted under the condition that the user makes a request once, so that the short message arrival rate can be improved, on the other hand, after the user cannot see the short message after the request once, the user can quickly receive the retransmitted target short message without making a secondary request, and the experience of the user can be improved, although the user does not know that the target short message finally received by the user is possibly retransmitted in the whole process.
Similarly, if the short message type of the target short message is the notification short message type, when the short message receiving and sending time difference of the target short message is less than 60s, the short message server selects other suppliers different from the initial short message supplier to send the target short message again. If the short message type of the target short message is the marketing type short message type, when the short message receiving and sending time difference of the target short message is smaller than 300s, the short message server selects other suppliers different from the initial short message supplier to send the target short message again.
Referring to the flow chart of a processing method of short message service shown in fig. 3, firstly, a short message server issues a short message to a user terminal through a short message provider and a short message operator, then the user terminal returns a short message receiving condition to the short message operator, the short message operator generates a status report according to the short message receiving condition, and then returns the status report to the short message server through the short message provider. The short message server carries out logic processing according to the information in the status report, when the short message type is the verification code type short message type, the short message receiving and sending time difference is less than 30s, the channel is reselected to send the short message, when the short message type is the notification type short message type, the short message receiving and sending time difference is less than 60s, the channel is reselected to send the short message, when the short message type is the marketing type short message type, the current time is not in a preset time period, the short message is temporarily stored in the database, the short message receiving and sending time difference is less than 300s, and the channel is reselected to send the short message in the preset time period.
Because the marketing type short message belongs to the short message which is passively pushed and is automatically triggered by an operator of a service end corresponding to the terminal APP, the issuing time of the short message needs to be considered to avoid influencing the normal life of a user, so that in order to further improve the user experience, before the step of sending the target short message to the terminal of the target short message through the second short message supply end, the method further comprises the following time judging process:
judging whether the current time is within a preset time period or not; if yes, executing the step of sending a target short message to the terminal through the second short message supply terminal; if not, storing the target short message in a preset database.
For example, the preset time period is between 8 am and 9 pm, if the current time is not within the time period, the marketing type short message is not issued to the user terminal, but is stored in the preset database, and when the next 8 am is reached, the short message is retransmitted.
According to the processing method for the short message service, after the short message is actually sent, an automatic re-sending mechanism is added, corresponding automatic short message resending operation can be carried out according to different short message types, the short message arrival rate is improved, and meanwhile user experience is improved.
