The external fixing hole 32 of this application can make tray body 3 stably be fixed in the outside panel beating support of car through screw or bolt, and screw or bolt can not interfere the installation work of battery 1, and the upper surface of tray body 3 keeps leveling.
Regarding the electric vehicle, in one embodiment, the left edge of the tray body 3 is provided with the left stopper plate 33, and the right edge of the tray body 3 is provided with the right stopper plate 36. when the tray body 3 is provided with the small-size storage battery 1a or the medium-size storage battery 1b, the right side surface of the storage battery is abutted by the shrinkage support 2; when the tray body 3 is mounted with the large-sized battery 1c, the side surface of the battery is held by the right stopper 36.

According to the storage battery tray, the tray body 3 is provided with more than three external fixing holes 32, and the aim of butt joint with an automobile external sheet metal bracket is fulfilled through the external fixing holes 32; the periphery of the external fixing holes 32 of the tray body 3 is recessed downward for accommodating the heads of the screws or bolts, i.e., the depth of the recess is such that the top surfaces of the heads of the screws or bolts are located below the plane of the tray body 3. The external fixing hole 32 of this application can make tray body 3 stably be fixed in the outside panel beating support of car through screw or bolt, and screw or bolt can not interfere the installation work of battery 1, and the upper surface of tray body 3 keeps leveling.

three embedded nuts 6 with different front and back positions are arranged on one side of the tray body 3 relative to the front U-shaped groove 31, and the front and back installation sizes of the tray body 3 can be flexibly adjusted through the embedded nuts 6 with multiple gears; the strip-shaped shrinkage support 2 can be used for reducing the left and right installation size of the tray body 3; both mutually support, reached the front and back mounting dimension and control the nimble purpose of adjusting of mounting dimension for the electric automobile of this application can adapt the battery 1 of different capacities.

Claims (10)

1. A universalization battery tray for fixed different types of battery (1), stabilizer blade (11) and back stabilizer blade (12) before battery (1) bottom front and back border sets up, its characterized in that, the battery tray includes:
a tray body (3) having a square plate-like structure; a front U-shaped groove (31) used for accommodating the front support leg (11) is arranged upwards on the front edge of the tray body (3), and limiting plates are arranged upwards on the left edge and the right edge of the tray body (3); the tray body (3) is provided with a plurality of embedded nuts (6) with different front and rear positions on one side relative to the front U-shaped groove (31);
the strip-shaped shrinkage limit bracket (2) is used for being fixed on the tray body (3) when the left and right installation size of the tray body (3) needs to be reduced, and the side surface of the shrinkage limit bracket (2) is abutted against the side surface of the storage battery (1);
and one part of the metal pressure plate (4) is fixed on any one of the embedded nuts (6) through a screw, and the other part of the metal pressure plate is used for pressing the rear supporting leg (12).
2. A universal battery tray as recited in claim 1, wherein: the storage battery tray is provided with multiple types of shrinkage supports (2), and the shrinkage supports (2) of different types have the same length but different widths.

A universal battery tray as recited in claim 1, wherein: tray body (3) set up more than three outside fixed orifices (32) that are used for fixed car outside panel beating support, and outside fixed orifices (32) are sunken down on every side, and the end that screw or bolt can be held to sunken degree of depth.
4. A universal battery tray as recited in claim 1, wherein: a left limit plate (33) is arranged on the left edge of the tray body (3), and a right limit plate (36) is arranged on the right edge of the tray body (3);
the shrinkage support (2) is used for being tightly attached to the right limiting plate (36) in parallel;
the left end face (13) of the storage battery (1) is tightly attached to the left limit plate (33), and the right end face (14) of the storage battery (1) is tightly attached to the right limit plate (36) or the shrinkage support (2).
5. A universal battery tray as set forth in claim 4, wherein:
the number of the multi-gear embedded nuts (6) is three; the three-gear embedded nut (6) is respectively a first nut (6a), a second nut (6b) and a third nut (6c), and the front-back distance between the first nut (6a) and the front end U-shaped groove (31) is adaptive to the small-size storage battery (1 a); the front-back distance between the second nut (6b) and the front end U-shaped groove (31) is matched with the middle-size storage battery (1 b); the front-back distance between the third nut (6c) and the front end U-shaped groove (31) is adaptive to the large storage battery (1 c);
when the tray body (3) is provided with a small-size storage battery (1a) or a medium-size storage battery (1b), the side surface of the storage battery is abutted by the shrinkage support (2); when the tray body (3) is provided with a large-size storage battery (1c), the side surface of the storage battery is propped by the right limiting plate (36).
6. A universal battery tray as recited in claim 1, wherein: the tray body (3) is provided with screw holes corresponding to the mounting positions of the retraction limit brackets (2), and the retraction limit brackets (2) are fixed on the tray body (3) through screws.
7. A universal battery tray as recited in claim 1, wherein: a waist-shaped hole (34) and a round hole (35) are formed in the tray body (3) corresponding to the mounting position of the contraction limiting support (2); the shrinkage limit support (2) comprises a bottom plate (23), the bottom plate (23) is upwards provided with a left limiting rib (22) used for abutting against the side face of the storage battery (1), the lower surface of the bottom plate (23) is provided with two clamping jaws (21), and the two clamping jaws (21) can be used for inserting the waist-shaped holes (34) and the round holes (35) one by one.
8. A universal battery tray as recited in claim 1, wherein: the tray is characterized in that staggered groove structures are arranged on the upper surface of the tray body (3), and the tray body (3) is made of nylon and glass fibers.

An electric vehicle as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that: a left limit plate (33) is arranged on the left edge of the tray body (3), and a right limit plate (36) is arranged on the right edge of the tray body (3); the shrinkage support (2) is used for being tightly attached to the right limiting plate (36) in parallel; the left end face (13) of the storage battery (1) is closely arranged on the left limit plate (33), and the right end face (14) of the storage battery (1) is closely arranged on the right limit plate (36) or the shrinkage support (2);
the number of the multi-gear embedded nuts (6) is three; the three-gear embedded nut (6) is respectively a first nut (6a), a second nut (6b) and a third nut (6c), and the front-back distance between the first nut (6a) and the front end U-shaped groove (31) is adaptive to the small-size storage battery (1 a); the front-back distance between the second nut (6b) and the front end U-shaped groove (31) is matched with the middle-size storage battery (1 b); the front-back distance between the third nut (6c) and the front end U-shaped groove (31) is adaptive to the large storage battery (1 c);
when the tray body (3) is provided with a small-size storage battery (1a) or a medium-size storage battery (1b), the side surface of the storage battery is abutted by the shrinkage support (2); when the tray body (3) is provided with a large-size storage battery (1c), the side surface of the storage battery is propped against by the right limiting plate (36).
