In one embodiment, the packer 2 comprises a base pipe 21 attached to the drilling tool 4, the base pipe 21 being a cylindrical tubular structure. The outside of the central tube 21 is provided with a packer casing, and the packer casing is of a cylindrical structure and is sleeved outside the central tube 21. The packer casing is provided with a packing element 22, and the packing element 22 can expand under the action of pressure. In this embodiment, the rubber sleeve 22 is externally provided with a metal shoulder of the packer 2 for setting with the borehole wall 5.

When the downhole packer performance testing device according to the embodiment is used for testing, after the pressure is suppressed by the pressure suppressing mechanism 3, the pressure of the liquid in the central pipe 21 is increased. When the pressure is increased to a certain degree, the liquid enters the inner side of the rubber tube 22 through the pressure transmitting hole 23 of the central tube 21, and the rubber tube 22 starts to expand and set under the action of the liquid pressure.
In a preferred embodiment, the pressure transfer hole 23 is arranged at the upper part of the base pipe 21, and a flow passage 25 is arranged between the base pipe 21 and the packer shell; the pressure transfer hole 23 is connected with the inner side of the rubber cylinder 22 through a flow passage 25.
In one embodiment, a single valve is arranged in the pressure transfer hole 23, and liquid enters the flow passage 25 from the central pipe 21 through the single valve, so that the packer 2 is also in a setting state after the pressure build-up is stopped. The lower part of the central tube 21 is provided with a pressure relief hole 24; the pressure relief valve is arranged below the rubber cylinder 22 and the flow channel 25; after setting, the test tube string is lifted up to move the pressure relief hole 24 to the position of the rubber cylinder 22, and the rubber cylinder 22 is relieved of pressure through the pressure relief hole 24.
When the pipe string needs to be unpacked, the rubber sleeve 22 is fixed with the packer shell because the rubber sleeve 22 is in a setting state, and the central pipe 21 moves upwards along with the pipe string. When the pressure relief hole 24 moves to the position of the rubber cylinder 22, the rubber cylinder 22 is relieved through the pressure relief hole 24, and therefore unsealing is completed.
In one embodiment, the circulating short section 1 comprises a circulating short section body 11, and the circulating short section body 11 is a tubular short section structure, and a circulating hole 13 is arranged in the upper part of the circulating short section structure along the radial direction. The inside of circulation nipple joint body 11 is provided with pressure differential sliding sleeve 12, and pressure differential sliding sleeve 12 can slide in the inside of circulation nipple joint body 11 under the effect of pressure. Wherein, the differential pressure sliding sleeve 12 is in a first position in an initial state and blocks the circulation hole 13; when the pressure reaches a certain value, the differential pressure sliding sleeve 12 moves to a second position, so that the circulating hole 13 is opened.

In one embodiment, an inner limiting step 15 is arranged on the inner side of the circulation nipple body 11, an outer limiting step 16 is arranged on the outer wall of the pressure difference sliding sleeve 12, and when the pressure difference sliding sleeve 12 moves to the second position, the inner limiting step 15 is in clamping fit with the outer limiting step 16.
In one embodiment, a plurality of sealing rings are arranged between the outer walls of the two ends of the differential pressure sliding sleeve 12 and the inner wall of the circulation nipple body 11. When the differential pressure sliding sleeve 12 is at the first position, the sealing ring at the upper part is positioned above the circulating hole 13; the lower sealing ring is positioned below the second step. In this way, complete sealing of the circulation hole 13 can be ensured by the sealing ring.
