Background
The working principle of the steam box is that the steam generator inside is utilized to generate steam for high-temperature steam, so that the steam box is quite wide in application, but the steam box is quite high in sealing performance requirement between the box body and the box door due to the adoption of the steam, the steam box in the prior art is usually realized through a sealing ring between the box body and the box door and a lock, and the box door is not tightly closed after the service time is prevented for improving the sealing performance, so that the structure of the lock is generally complex, and the box door is inconvenient to open.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the prior art has the defects, and provides the steam box with the door convenient to open.
According to the invention, the steam box comprises a box body, a box door and a steam generator, wherein the box door is hinged with the front part of the box body and is in sealing fit, a lock cylinder is arranged on the left side of the front part of the box body, the lock cylinder is vertically arranged and vertically penetrated, the box door is provided with a lock seat, an upper lock rod, a lower lock rod, an upper pressing spring, a lower pressing spring and a push block are arranged in the lock seat, an upper lock pin and a lower lock pin are respectively arranged at the bottom of the upper lock rod and the top of the lower lock rod, a handle in transmission connection with the push block is arranged outside the lock seat, and the push block overcomes the upper pressing spring and the lower pressing spring to push the upper lock rod upwards and push the lower lock rod downwards under the action of the handle, so that the upper lock pin and the lower lock pin are respectively separated from the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder.
In the steam box, the lock seat is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity is provided with an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the upper lock rod and the lower lock rod are respectively positioned in the upper cavity and the lower cavity, the upper pressing spring is connected between the top wall of the upper cavity and the top of the upper lock rod, the lower pressing spring is connected between the bottom wall of the lower cavity and the bottom of the lower lock rod, the push block is positioned in the second cavity, the top and the bottom of the push block are respectively provided with an upper inclined plane and a lower inclined plane, and the upper inclined plane and the lower inclined plane are respectively in butt joint with the upper lock rod and the lower lock rod.
In the steam box, the right ends of the upper lock rod and the lower lock rod are respectively connected with a downward upper supporting pressure rod and an upward lower supporting pressure rod, the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod are respectively provided with supporting inclined planes, and the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod are respectively in supporting connection with the upper inclined planes and the lower inclined planes.
In the steam box, the left end of the push block is connected with the vertical locking plate, the middle fixing plate is arranged in the middle of the first cavity, the upper part and the lower part of the middle fixing plate are respectively positioned in the upper cavity and the lower cavity, and the damping spring is arranged between the middle fixing plate and the vertical locking plate.
In the steam box, a horizontal lock plate is arranged between the vertical lock plate and the left end of the push block, an upper lock column and a lower lock column are arranged at the right end of the horizontal lock plate, an upper lock hole and a lower lock hole are respectively arranged at the left ends of the upper supporting pressure rod and the lower supporting pressure rod, and after the upper lock pin and the lower lock pin are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder, the upper lock column and the lower lock column respectively extend into the upper lock hole and the lower lock hole partially.
In the steam box, after the upper lock pin and the lower lock pin are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder, the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod are respectively attached to the top and the bottom of the horizontal lock plate.
In the steam box, an upper fixing plate is arranged between the upper cavity and the second cavity, a lower fixing plate is arranged between the lower cavity and the second cavity, a downward upper limiting plate and an upward lower limiting plate are respectively arranged at the bottom of the upper lock rod and the top of the lower lock rod, the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate are respectively attached to the middle fixing plate, and an upper supporting pressing rod and a lower supporting pressing rod are respectively attached to the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate.
In the steam box, a screw is rotationally connected in the second cavity, an upper threaded section and a lower threaded section of the screw are respectively in threaded connection with an upper threaded sleeve and a lower threaded sleeve, an upper connecting rod is connected between the upper threaded sleeve and the right end of the push block, and a lower connecting rod is connected between the lower threaded sleeve and the right end of the push block.
In the steam box, a gear is fixed in the middle of the screw rod, a rack is connected with the gear in a meshed mode, and the rack is provided with a handle seat which is rotatably connected with the handle.
In the steam box, the lock seat is provided with a strip-shaped opening, and the handle seat is positioned in the strip-shaped opening.
According to the invention, the lock cylinder which is vertically penetrated is arranged on the box body, and the upper lock rod, the lower lock rod, the upper pressing spring, the lower pressing spring and the pushing block are arranged on the box door, so that the upper lock rod and the lower lock rod are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder to realize the locking of the box door under the action of the upper pressing spring and the lower pressing spring in a normal state, and when the box door is to be unlocked, the upper lock rod and the lower lock rod can be separated from the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder through the pushing block only by pulling the handle to realize the unlocking, so that the operation is extremely simple, and the box door is very convenient to open.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more readily understood, a detailed description of the invention is provided below along with specific embodiments and accompanying figures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the structure of the steam box of the embodiment comprises a box body 1, a box door 2 and a steam generator 3, wherein the box door 2 is hinged with the front part of the box body 1 and is in sealing fit, the steam generator 3 is positioned at the bottom of the box body 1, a plurality of steam plates 4 are arranged on the box body 1 from top to bottom, sliding ways 5 are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the steam plates 4, meshes can be arranged on the steam plates 4 so as to enter steam, a plurality of steam outlet holes 6 are formed in the top of the box body 1, and the steam outlet holes 6 are used for discharging steam.
The right side of the box door 2 is hinged with the right side of the front part of the box body 1, the lock cylinder 7 is vertically arranged on the left side of the front part of the box body 1 and penetrates up and down, the box door 2 is provided with a lock seat 8, an upper lock rod 9, a lower lock rod 10, an upper pressing spring 11, a lower pressing spring 12 and a push block 13 are arranged in the lock seat 8, an upper lock pin 14 and a lower lock pin 15 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the upper lock rod 9 and the top of the lower lock rod 10, a handle 16 in transmission connection with the push block 13 is arranged outside the lock seat 8, the push block 13 overcomes the upper pressing spring 11 under the action of the handle 16 to push the upper lock rod 9 upwards and push the lower lock rod 10 downwards, the upper lock pin 14 and the lower lock pin 15 are respectively separated from the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7, and unlocking can be realized only by pulling the handle 16, so that the handle 9 and the lower lock rod 10 are separated from the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7 through the push block 13, and the operation is extremely simple, and the box door 2 is quite convenient to open.
The lock base 8 of the embodiment is provided with a first cavity 17 and a second cavity 18, the first cavity 17 is provided with an upper cavity 19 and a lower cavity 20, the upper lock rod 9 and the lower lock rod 10 are respectively positioned in the upper cavity 19 and the lower cavity 20, an upper pressing spring 11 is connected between the top wall of the upper cavity 19 and the top of the upper lock rod 9, a lower pressing spring 12 is connected between the bottom wall of the lower cavity 20 and the bottom of the lower lock rod 10, an upper lock pin 14 of the upper lock rod 9 is inserted into the upper end of the lock cylinder 7 under the action of the upper pressing spring 11, a lower lock pin 15 of the lower lock rod 10 is inserted into the lower end of the lock cylinder 7 under the action of the lower pressing spring 12, the push block 13 is located in the second cavity 18, an upper inclined plane 21 and a lower inclined plane 22 are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the push block 13, the upper inclined plane 21 and the lower inclined plane 22 are respectively in butt joint with the upper lock rod 9 and the lower lock rod 10, when the handle 16 drives the push block 13 to move leftwards, the push block 13 drives the upper lock rod 9 to move upwards under the action of overcoming the upper pressing spring 11 through the upper inclined plane 21, and the push block 13 drives the lower lock rod 10 to move downwards under the action of overcoming the lower pressing spring 12 through the lower inclined plane 22, so that the upper lock pin 14 and the lower lock pin 15 are separated from the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7 respectively to unlock the door 2. Specifically, the right ends of the upper lock rod 9 and the lower lock rod 10 are respectively connected with a downward upper supporting pressure rod 23 and an upward lower supporting pressure rod 24, the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod 23 and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod 24 are respectively provided with supporting inclined planes, the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod 23 and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod 24 are respectively in contact with the upper inclined plane 21 and the lower inclined plane 22, the pushing block 13 pushes the upper supporting pressure rod 23 through the action of the upper inclined plane 21 and the supporting inclined plane, and the pushing block 13 pushes the lower supporting pressure rod 24 through the action of the lower inclined plane 22 and the supporting inclined plane.
The left end of the push block 13 is connected with a horizontal lock plate 25 and a vertical lock plate 26, the horizontal lock plate 25 is positioned between the push block 13 and the vertical lock plate 26, the right end of the horizontal lock plate 25 is provided with an upper lock post 27 and a lower lock post 28, the left end of the upper support pressure rod 23 and the lower support pressure rod 24 are respectively provided with an upper lock hole 29 and a lower lock hole 30, after the upper lock post 14 and the lower lock post 15 are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7, the upper lock post 27 and the lower lock post 28 respectively extend into the upper lock hole 29 and the lower lock hole 30, an intermediate fixing plate 31 is arranged in the middle of the first cavity 17, the upper part and the lower part of the intermediate fixing plate 31 are respectively positioned in the upper cavity 19 and the lower cavity 20, a damping spring 32 is arranged between the intermediate fixing plate 31 and the vertical lock plate 26, and after the upper lock post 14 and the lower lock post 15 are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7, the damping spring 32 is in a compressed state, and the upper lock post 27 and the lower lock post 28 respectively extend into the upper lock hole 29 and the lower lock hole 30 respectively, thus the locking state is maintained, and the pushing force of the push block 13 is prevented from moving leftwards easily and unlocking. Meanwhile, after the upper lock pin 14 and the lower lock pin 15 are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7, the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod 23 and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod 24 are respectively attached to the top and the bottom of the horizontal lock plate 25, namely, the bottom of the upper supporting pressure rod 23 and the top of the lower supporting pressure rod 24 are respectively approximately positioned at the middle positions of the top and the bottom of the horizontal lock plate 25, so that the pushing block 13 is pushed to move leftwards, the upper lock column 27 and the lower lock column 28 can be firstly separated from the upper lock hole 29 of the upper supporting pressure rod 23 and the lower lock hole 30 of the lower supporting pressure rod 24 respectively, and then the upper supporting pressure rod 23 is driven to move upwards and the lower supporting pressure rod 24 is driven to move downwards, and unlocking is smoothly realized.
An upper fixing plate 33 is arranged between the upper cavity 19 and the second cavity 18, a lower fixing plate 34 is arranged between the lower cavity 19 and the second cavity 18, a downward upper limit plate 35 and an upward lower limit plate 36 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the upper lock rod 9 and the top of the lower lock rod 10, the upper limit plate 35 and the lower limit plate 36 are respectively attached to the middle fixing plate 31, the upper supporting pressing rod 23 and the lower supporting pressing rod 24 are respectively attached to the upper limit plate 35 and the lower limit plate 36, and the middle fixing plate 31, the upper limit plate 35 and the lower limit plate 36 play a role in limiting the movement track of the upper lock rod 9 and the lower lock rod 10. The second cavity 18 is rotationally connected with a screw rod 37, an upper thread section and a lower thread section of the screw rod 37 are respectively in threaded connection with an upper threaded sleeve 38 and a lower threaded sleeve 39, threads of the upper thread section and threads of the lower thread section are opposite, an upper connecting rod 40 is connected between the upper threaded sleeve 38 and the right end of the push block 13, a lower connecting rod 41 is connected between the lower threaded sleeve 39 and the right end of the push block 13, a gear 42 is fixed in the middle position of the screw rod 37, a rack 43 is connected in a meshed manner, a handle seat 44 is arranged on the rack 43, a strip-shaped opening 45 is formed in the lock seat 8, and the handle seat 44 is positioned in the strip-shaped opening 45 and is rotationally connected with the handle 16.
In the locked state of the door 2, the handle 16 and the handle seat 44 are located at the leftmost end of the bar-shaped opening 45, after the upper lock pin 14 of the upper lock rod 9 and the lower lock pin 15 of the lower lock rod 10 are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7, the bottom of the upper pressing rod 23 and the top of the lower pressing rod 24 are respectively attached to the top and the bottom of the horizontal lock plate 25, the damping spring 32 is in a compressed state, and the upper lock post 27 and the lower lock post 28 are respectively partially extended into the upper lock hole 29 and the lower lock hole 30. When the handle 16 is to be unlocked, the handle 16 drives the screw rod 37 to rotate through the rack 43 and the gear 42, the upper screw sleeve 38 moves downwards, the lower screw sleeve 39 moves upwards, the push block 13 is pushed leftwards by the upper connecting rod 40 and the lower connecting rod 41, so that the upper lock post 27 and the lower lock post 28 are respectively separated from the upper lock hole 29 and the lower lock hole 30 gradually, after the upper lock post 27 and the lower lock post 28 are respectively separated from the upper lock hole 29 and the lower lock hole 30 completely, the bottom of the upper pressing rod 23 and the top of the lower pressing rod 24 are respectively contacted with the upper inclined surface 21 and the lower inclined surface 22 of the push block 13, and under the action of the upper inclined surface 21 and the lower inclined surface 22, the upper pressing rod 23 moves upwards together with the upper lock rod 9, and the lower pressing rod 24 moves downwards together with the lower lock rod 10, so that the upper lock pin 14 of the upper lock rod 9 and the lower lock pin 15 of the lower lock rod 10 are separated from the upper end and the lower end of the lock cylinder 7, so that unlocking is realized, and after the handle 16 is released, the parts can be reset under the action of the damping spring 32, the upper pressing spring 11 and the lower pressing spring 12.

Many possible variations and modifications of the disclosed technology can be made by anyone skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the technology, or the technology can be modified to be equivalent. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent variation and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
