Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
First, a specific arrangement of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. Fig. 1 is a first cross-sectional structure diagram of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a second cross-sectional structure diagram of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a third cross-sectional structure diagram of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion a of fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the pulsator washing machine includes a cabinet 1, an inner tub 2 disposed in the cabinet 1, and a tray base 3 disposed above the inner tub 2, wherein a pulsator 4 is disposed at the bottom of the inner tub 2, a laundry input opening is formed in the tray base 3, an upper cover 5 for opening or closing the laundry input opening is pivotally disposed on the tray base 3, when washing laundry, a user opens the upper cover 5 to input the laundry into the inner tub 2 from the laundry input opening, and then closes the upper cover 5 and adds detergent and washing water into the inner tub 2, the pulsator 4 drives the detergent, the washing water, and the laundry to rotate, and the laundry can be washed clean through friction between the laundry, action of the detergent, and the like. The pulsator washing machine of the present invention further comprises a hair collecting device 6, wherein the hair collecting device 6 comprises a hair suction module and a hair trap 63 connected to each other, wherein the hair trap 63 is detachably provided on the inner surface of the upper cover 5, the hair trap 63 has a substantially cylindrical structure with a sealed bottom, the upper end thereof is detachably connected to the inner surface of the upper cover 5, and a communicating structure allowing the passage of hair is provided on the sidewall thereof, so that external hair can be stored in the hair trap 63 after entering the inside of the hair trap 63 through the communicating structure. The hair suction module is arranged on the base 8, and the hair suction device is arranged to enable a local area inside the hair collector 63 to form negative pressure, so that hair on clothes to be washed can enter the inside of the hair collector 63 through the communicating structure under the action of the negative pressure. In the assembled state, at least a portion of the hair trap 63 can be inserted into the inner tub 2, so that the hair on the laundry can be better cleaned by the hair collecting device 6.
In this embodiment, the hair trap 63 may be detachably disposed on the inner surface of the upper cap 5 in a screwing manner, an inserting manner, a clamping manner, and the like, for example, a screwing manner is used, the inner surface of the upper cap 5 extends downward to form an extending end, the outer surface of the extending end is provided with a first thread section, a second thread section matched with the first thread section is correspondingly formed on the inner wall of the upper end of the hair trap 63, and the hair trap 63 is detachably disposed on the upper cap 5 through the matching of the first thread section and the second thread section. Of course, the above embodiments are only exemplary, and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the specific arrangement manner of the hair-traps 63 detachably disposed on the upper cover 5 according to the specific application scenario, so as to adapt to more specific application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and according to the orientation shown in fig. 1, the pulsator washing machine further includes a base 8, and the base 8 is connected to the cabinet 1 and is located at the bottom of the cabinet 1. The hair suction module comprises a power mechanism 61 with an air suction port and an air exhaust port and an adsorption head 62, wherein the power mechanism 61 is arranged on the base 8, the adsorption head 62 is arranged in the hair collector 63, the adsorption head 62 is connected with the air suction port through a pipeline 64, the air exhaust port is connected with an air exhaust pipe 65, the air exhaust pipe 65 penetrates through the base 8 and is communicated with the outside, therefore, when the power mechanism 61 works normally, the power mechanism 61 sucks air from the hair collector 63 through the adsorption head 62, and then exhausts the air to the outside of the box body 1 through the air exhaust pipe 65, so that negative pressure can be formed in the area where the inlet of the adsorption head 62 is located, namely negative pressure can be formed in the local area inside the hair collector 63. Thus, under the action of the power mechanism 61, the hair on the clothes to be washed can move towards the hair-traps 63 under the suction force, and then pass through the communicating structure to reach the interior of the hair-traps 63, so that the hair on the clothes to be washed can be sucked into the hair-traps 63 without manual cleaning. Obviously, the hair-sucking module may be configured in other forms, such as not including the suction head 62, and the power mechanism 61 is directly communicated with the hair-trap 63 through the conduit 64, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the specific configuration of the hair-sucking module according to the specific application scenario, as long as the partial area inside the hair-trap 63 can form negative pressure.
It should be noted that the power mechanism may be a vacuum pump or other device capable of exhausting air to the outside and generating vacuum, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly select a specific setting form of the power mechanism according to a specific application scenario so as to adapt to a more specific application scenario.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, and in the orientation shown in fig. 2, the inlet of the suction head 62 is configured in a horn-like configuration, increasing the suction area of the suction head 62. The large opening end of the horn-shaped structure faces to the right side and is aligned to the communicating structure on the right side of the hair trap 63, and the horn-shaped structure can be aligned to more areas where the communicating structures are located. The pipeline 64 between the adsorption head 62 and the air inlet of the power mechanism 61 is fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the box body 1 through the pipe clamp 7, after reaching the upper cover 5, the pipeline 64 bends and extends along the inner part of the upper cover 5, after reaching the area where the hair trap 63 is located, the pipeline extends downwards along the axis of the hair trap 63, and after being bent again at the position close to the bottom of the hair trap 63, the pipeline extends along the horizontal direction and is connected with the small-end of the adsorption head 62. Thus, a negative pressure area is formed on the right part of the hair trap 63 where the suction head 62 is located by the power mechanism 61, and the hair on the laundry can be sucked into the hair trap 63 by the suction force of the negative pressure.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the large opening end of the horn-shaped structure faces downward and faces the bottom of the hair trap 63, so that a negative pressure area can be formed at the lower part of the hair trap 63 where the adsorption head 62 is located under the power mechanism 61, and the hair on the clothes to be washed can be sucked into the hair trap 63 under the negative pressure.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid sucking the hair into the suction head 62, a blocking member 633 is provided in the hair trap 63, the blocking member 633 is provided between the suction head 62 and the communication structure, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the blocking member 633 is provided on the lower side of the suction head 62 and the upper side of the communication structure, which is roughly a filter screen adapted to the cross-section of the hair-traps 63, the aperture of which is smaller, which can allow air to pass through and can prevent hairs from passing through the blocking member 633 to the inlet of the suction head 62, thus, in the working process of the hair-sucking module, the hair on the clothes to be washed enters the hair collector 63 through the communicating structure under the suction action of the hair-sucking module, and then, under the blocking action of the blocking member 633, cannot pass through the blocking member 633 to reach the inlet of the suction head 62, thereby avoiding the occurrence of problems such as the hair being sucked into the suction head 62 and the hair suction module being clogged. Obviously, the filter screen is only an exemplary description of the blocking member 633, and of course, a person skilled in the art can flexibly select a specific arrangement form of the blocking member 633 according to a specific application scenario, as long as air can be allowed to pass through and hair can be blocked.
As another possible embodiment, the blocking member 633 is fixedly disposed at the large opening end (bell mouth) of the bell-shaped structure, for example, fixedly disposed at the bell mouth in a manner of plugging, clipping, screwing, etc., so that when the hair collecting device 6 works, the hair is sucked into the hair-traps 63 under the action of the power mechanism 61, and under the action of the blocking member 633, the hair stays in the hair-traps 63 without entering the suction head 62. Of course, the skilled person can also flexibly select the specific arrangement of the blocking member 633 between the hair trap 63 and the suction head 62 according to the specific application, as long as it can allow air to enter the suction head through it and can prevent hair from entering the suction head through it.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, and in the orientation shown in fig. 1, the communicating structure comprises a plurality of strip hole groups circumferentially distributed on the side wall of the hair-trap 63, each strip hole group comprising two strip holes 631 distributed in the axial direction of the hair-trap 63 (i.e., the up-down direction in fig. 2), each strip hole 631 being distributed in the up-down direction, the lower strip hole 631 being longer than the upper strip hole 631 because the lower strip hole 631 is closer to the laundry, and more hair enters the hair-trap 63 through the lower strip hole 631. The outer side of the hair trap 63 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 632 along the circumferential direction, and the protrusions 632 are substantially triangular structures extending outward from the outer side of the hair trap 63, and the outer edges thereof are smoothed to prevent scratching clothes. Obviously, the protrusion 632 can be provided in other forms, and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the form according to the specific application, as long as the protrusion can stir the laundry together with the pulsator 4. It is obvious that each group of strip holes may also comprise other numbers of strip holes 631, such as three or four, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the number according to the specific application scenario.
Through the arrangement mode, when the hair collecting device 6 is used for collecting hair on clothes to be washed, the clothes to be washed are put into the inner barrel 2, then the impeller 4 is started under the condition of no water inflow, the impeller 4 is used for driving the clothes to be washed to rotate, at the moment, the protrusions 632 also participate in stirring, the clothes are continuously stirred through the impeller 4 and the protrusions 632, and therefore different surfaces of the clothes to be washed are exposed. Then, the hair on different sides of the laundry is sucked into the hair trap 63 by the power mechanism 61, so that the hair on the laundry can be removed better. After the collection is completed, the upper cover 5 is opened, the hair trap 63 is removed, the hair collected therein is cleaned, and after the cleaning is completed, the hair trap is mounted on the upper cover 5, and then the washing process is started. Or, after the hair is collected by the hair collecting device 6, the washing procedure is started to wash the clothes to be washed, and after the washing is finished, the upper cover 5 is opened, and the hair collector 63 is taken down to be cleaned. The selection can be flexibly made according to specific application scenes, for example, when the number of hairs on the clothes to be washed is large, the hair collector 63 can be cleaned firstly, and then the washing program is started, and the like.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the protrusion 632 is disposed on the outer side surface between the two strip holes 631, so that when the protrusion 632 participates in turning over the laundry, even if some hairs fall upwards or downwards, the hairs can enter the hair trap 63 through the strip holes 631 located at the upper side or the lower side of the protrusion 632, thereby better cleaning the hairs on the laundry. Obviously, the protrusion 632 may also be disposed on the lower side of the communicating structure, and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the protrusion according to a specific application scenario. Here, when each elongated hole group includes two or more elongated holes 631, the protrusions 632 may be provided between two adjacent elongated holes 631, or the protrusions 632 may be provided only in a region of the outer side surface of the hair trap 63 near the lower portion, or the protrusions 632 may be provided between two adjacent elongated holes 631 of the first group, the protrusions 632 may not be provided between two adjacent elongated holes 631 of the second group, and the protrusions 632 may be provided between two adjacent elongated holes 631 of the third group, which may be alternately provided. Those skilled in the art can flexibly select the specific arrangement of the protrusion 632 on the outer side surface of the hair trap 63 according to the specific application so as to adapt to more specific application.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the inner tub 2 is further provided with a lint filter 9, lint is generated during the washing process of the laundry, and the lint can be collected by the lint filter 9, so that the lint is prevented from entering the drain pipe 64 and blocking the drain pipe 64. Of course, if the hairs on the laundry are not completely collected in the hair trap 63 in the above-mentioned hair collecting process, the hairs are introduced into the washing water during the washing process and are collected by the lint filter 9.
In summary, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hair-sucking module and the hair-trap 63 are connected to each other, the hair-sucking module includes the power mechanism 61 disposed on the base 8 and the suction head 62 disposed in the hair-trap 63, and the hair-trap 63 is provided with a communicating structure, so that the hair on the laundry in the inner tub 2 can be sucked into the hair-trap 63 by the power mechanism 61. By setting the inlet of the adsorption head 62 to a horn-shaped structure, aligning the inlet of the adsorption head 62 to a partial communication structure, and providing a blocking member between the communication structure and the adsorption head 62, while sucking the hair on the laundry to the inside of the hair trap 63, it is also possible to avoid sucking the hair into the adsorption head 62. By arranging the protrusion 632 on the outer side surface of the hair trap 63 between two adjacent elongated holes 631 in each elongated hole group, the pulsator 4 and the protrusion 632 can agitate the laundry at the same time, so that the hair can be sucked into the hair trap 63 more comprehensively while the laundry is better turned, and the hair on the laundry can be better cleaned.
