Abstract
The invention provides a regenerated polyester fiber and viscose fiber blended yarn and a manufacturing process thereof, the blended yarn is formed by blending the regenerated polyester fiber and the viscose fiber, the weight ratio of the regenerated polyester fiber to the viscose fiber in the blended yarn is 1:1, and the manufacturing process of the blended yarn comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of an opening picking process, a cotton carding process, a drawing process, a roving process, a spinning process and a winding process, wherein in the drawing process, the regenerated polyester fiber is pre-blended and then is sliver-blended with viscose. The blended yarn provided by the invention has the advantages of environmental protection, elegance, comfort, health, sanitation and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spinning, in particular to a regenerated polyester fiber and viscose blended yarn and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
With the increasing living standard, people begin to develop towards health, environmental protection, comfort, sanitation and the like in the aspect of wearing.
The regenerated polyester fiber is prepared by using polyester cloth, waste polyester bottle chips, spinning waste silk, bubble materials and pulp blocks as raw materials, and performing crushing, cleaning, drying, melting, spinning, winding, bundling, drafting, curling, loose heat setting and cutting on the raw materials to form the polyester fiber, and has the advantages of high strength, good heat resistance, good washing and wearing performance, environmental friendliness and the like.
The viscose fiber has the advantages of elegant color, soft hand feeling, good moisture absorption and air permeability, less static electricity and bacteria breeding prevention, and is a high-quality yarn which is green, environment-friendly, elegant, comfortable, healthy and sanitary.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new technical solution, which can combine the regenerated polyester fiber and the viscose fiber to form a new fabric.
